Location, only a 5-10 min walk from central train station and shopping area. Booked 2 rooms which turned out to be joining (which was a bonus), felt like having an apartment to ourselves.

Great location and easy to find. Great parking. Good size room and particularly liked the tea and coffee facilities.

We had a huge amount of space- we booked two interconnecting rooms for 5 people but ended up with a suite of three rooms. Great breakfast too.

The rooms could accommodate a family of 5 which is sometimes hard to find.

We had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for us and the three children. The city center is just a short walk away.

The staff and cleanliness of the whole place. I would like to thank Majda for welcoming us and the useful information provided.

We had a quick stay in Tours to see the Chateaus, and this hotel was very close to the train station and walking distance to where our tour was meeting. A nice good sized room, big bed and quiet despite being so close to the train station, and quite a lot of restaurants nearby, not just fast food eateries. We walked into town and around looking at the attractions, so well situated.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas porque cogimos una suite familiar con habitaciones comunicadas. El personal de recepción encantador en especial Majda nos hizo una bienvenida magnífica.

La habitación era amplia y estaba bien insonorizada, contando con los complementos propios de los hoteles de su categoría (****). No se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle a pesar del tráfico gracias al doble sistema de acristalamiento. El baño también tenía un tamaño adecuado y la cama era bastante cómoda.

Muy bien situado. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Ninguna pega.

Me encantó la distribución de las habitaciones. Hemos ido 2 adultos y 3 niños de 15 años. Nos han dado tres habitaciones dobles cada una con baño con una unica entrada para las tres. Por lo tanto comunicadas. Limpias, confortables y con todos los detalles. Un detalle lo del buffet/desayuno ya que es cierto que a esas horas el hotel está a desmano. Aparcamos en la misma puerta. Sin duda, para recomendar, para repetir.

La ubicacion para poder visitar el centro esta bien, es un paseo de 10 min. Se puede aparcar el coche en frente del hotel. El personal amable y la habitacion familair que reservamos para cinco fue perfecto. Sin duda que si volvemos a Tours (que volveremos) repetiremos estancia.

Das Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen nur französisch und sind unaufmerksam und nicht sonderlich freundlich. Für eine Übernachtung gerade noch ok. Nochmal buchen werden wir es nicht. Frühstück normaler (Accor) Standard. Wir wollten bei der Buchung sichergehen einen guten Standard zu haben. Daher haben wir ein Accor Hotel gewählt, die unterste Erwartung wurde erfüllt. Aber insgesamt hat das Hotel einen unmotivierten und trostlosen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe beim Bahnhof von Tours. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel wir "familiär" geführt ist aber definitiv etwas in die Jahre gekommen - man sieht an allen Ecken und Enden die Gebrauchsspuren der letzten Jahre. Das Personal ist dennoch sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich erste Klasse. Auf der Homepage wie auch im Zimmer (Flyer) wird geschrieben, man könne seine Kleider waschen lassen - und zwar am selben Tag. Dieser Service wird aber nicht angeboten! Das Schlimmste ist, dass man sich nicht ans Management wenden kann; auf der Homepage der Accor-Gruppe gibt es keine Möglichkeit!
