Paraíso Travel is the story of Marlon Cruz, a young Colombian man who, motivated by his beautiful girlfriend Reina leaves his life in Colombia to illegally cross the border and find fortune in New York.

Gonzalo investiga la relación entre Paraíso Travel y el viaje de ilegales a EEUU. Tres meses antes, Reina le pide ayuda a Marlon para hallar a Raquel, su mamá, que decidió acabar con su vida. En la búsqueda son atracados y el taxi de Ramón se vuelca.

Katia, mamá de Yina, anima a Maritza a contactar a Paraíso Travel para viajar de ilegal a EEUU. Fabiola visita a Raquel y le confirma su viaje a Nueva York. Leonor le confiesa a Fabiola que mandó a su hijo Christian por el hueco y que no aparece.

Ramón le paga una parte del dinero a Jorge, que lo amenaza y le advierte que cobrará intereses. Reina confiesa a Marlon que no estuvo con él por temor a heredar la enfermedad de su mamá. Gonzalo cita a Iván para mostrar que sus intenciones son serias.

Reina ayuda a Raquel a empacar para internarse en Verde y Paz. Ramón y Marlon terminan la remodelación del comedor comunitario de Cecilia. Reina visita a Marlon y hacen las paces. Al otro día, Guillermo llega a Medellín deportado de Nueva York.

Reina busca a Fabián y comprueba que Raquel no está con él. Encuentra la tarjeta de Paraíso Travel, discute con Gonzalo y se va. Marlon le da posada, sin que Ramón y Cecilia se enteren. Fabiola hace un pacto con una adivina para conseguir clientes.

Raquel discute con Jeremy y planea su regreso a Colombia, pero él la amenaza con llamar a la policía y le advierte que debe casarse con Noa por el bien de Reina. Marlon, arriesgando su puesto, hospeda a Reina en el Hotel Excelsior.
