All Future Cruise Deposits expiring in the next 120 days will be extended for 1 year unless a 2 year extension is noted below.
Future Cruise Deposits (FCDs) are created per person. Therefore, you must create a separate request for each FCD holder. Please be advised that a single request for multiple people cannot be processed.

Standard processing time is approximately four weeks from date of receipt. Please note that requests received without appropriate receipts and documentation may result in processing delays. Does anyone have an email address for Princess Cruises? I have been trying to contact them by phone at 1-800-PRINCESS for two days and get a busy signal every time.

Princess Passenger Relations
I send e-mails all the time to friends. They are delivered to their rooms.
Ship name followed by @PrincessCruises.com
example. [email protected] would be their address. All ships have delivered all of my e-mails to cabins.
If you have a cabin number, it sure does help them out.

Thanks for the email address. After sending a fax and two emails, I finally got confirmation that Princess Cruises received my written request for a gluten free diet.
I wonder why Princess does not have an email address to contact them on their web site.

We have had two several emails to customer relations in the past two months totally ignored other than the initial “we received your email”response. They are not about a minor issue. It would be nice to be acknowledged.

If it's post cruise, I use the survey they send out. They've called me after reading it.

Have had several conversations with calls received after sending post to that mail. Even got several app problems fixed prior to our Nov cruise. It took awhile to get the calls but they did happen.
We've only had a complaint once that we emails them about & never did receive an answer. Making them know about a problem on the ship always seems to generate a solution.
They take the comment cards very seriously & you'll get results quickly.
