Queens of the stone age will return to the maritimes in april..

Datex will include the Avenir Centre in Moncton, finishing off at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax.

“Queens of the Stone Age  have announced a run of Canadian dates to continue their epic worldwide  The End Is Nero Tour , including the Avenir Centre in Moncton, April 16 , and the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax on April 17. Special guest is British rock band,  The Struts .” Organizers, Live Nation said in a Tuesday release.

Queens of the Stone Age pre-sales begin tomorrow, Wednesday, December 6 at 10 a.m. local time, with general on-sale following this Friday, December 8 at 10 a.m. local time.

Queens of the Stone Age Announce 2023 Tour

Queens of the Stone Age are going on tour in support of their new album, In Times New Roman… . After the band plays festivals in Europe and the United Kingdom, the North American leg of the tour begins in August and stretches into October. Support on the tour will come from Phantogram, the Armed, Viagra Boys, and Jehnny Beth. See Queens of the Stone Age’s tour dates below.

Queens of the Stone Age are calling their trek the End Is Nero Tour. A press release promises: “The End Is Nero tour is an invitation from Joshua Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita and Jon Theodore to come celebrate the end of the world, which we hear is ‘in a month or two.’ They would like to encourage the obscene and the clean, the outcasts and the weirdos, and anyone and everyone in between to attend, this is where you belong. Leave your judgment at the door, bring anything and everything else.”

In Times New Roman… is out June 16. It’s been led by the singles “Emotion Sickness” and “ Carnavoyeur .”

Queens Of The Stone Age has announced details of a new North American tour, The End Is Nero , set to take place later this year.

The dates will kick off in Sterling Heights, MI, on August 3 and continue through October 8, when the tour will wrap up with an appearance at Aftershock festival in Sacramento, CA. Along the way, the band will perform at the likes of Washington D.C.’s The Anthem, New York’s Forest Hills Stadium, and Chicago’s Riot Fest .

QOTSA will be joined by Phantogram and The Armed for the dates in August, while Viagra Boys and Jehnny Beth will open for it in September and October.

Tickets will go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (June 9). A Citi pre-sale will give Citi cardmembers access to a special pre-sale between 10am local time today (June 6) and 10pm local time on Thursday (8). Find tickets and more information on the band’s official website .

The End Is Nero tour is an invitation from Joshua Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita, and Jon Theodore to come celebrate the end of the world, which they say they hear is “in a month or two.” In a press release, the band said it would “like to encourage the obscene and the clean, the outcasts and the weirdos, and anyone and everyone in between to attend, this is where you belong. Leave your judgment at the door, bring anything and everything else.”

The North American dates follow a series of intimate UK QOTSA shows set to take place later this month, ahead of the band making an appearance at Glastonbury Festival. On either side of those shows, it will also perform at a handful of European festivals, including Poland’s Open’er and Spain’s Mad Cool.

Last year, the band reissued three of its albums on vinyl , including its 1998 self-titled debut record, 2013’s Like Clockwork , and 2017’s Villains . On June 16, it will return with a brand new record, In Times New Roman…

Queens of the Stone Age are bringing their The End Is Nero tour up north.

Josh Homme and company have announced a Canadian leg of their ongoing outing, which supports their new album, In Times New Roman... The 2024 trek kicks off in April and will feature The Struts on the bill.

In Times New Roman... , the first Queens album in six years, dropped in June. It includes the singles "Emotion Sickness" and "Paper Machete."

Queens Of The Stone Age Announce Canadian Leg Of ‘ The End Is Nero’ Tour

Queens Of The Stone Age have announced the Canadian leg of their The End Is Nero Tour.

The rock band will perform in 12 cities across seven Canadian provinces in Spring 2024, with support from The Struts .

The tour will kickoff at Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary on April 1, and run through April 17 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Tickets are on sale now.

Fans can also check for deals or pick up tickets to sold-out shows via StubHub.

Meanwhile, QOTSA are currently on a brief U.S. tour in support of their latest album, In Times New Roman . The U.S. leg, featuring Spiritualized , is scheduled to wrap up with a December 16 show in Los Angeles.

I am unbelievably disappointed having spent £120.00 that I only saw some of The Hives. I left the festival in 30 degree heat, unable to get a drink unless I was prepared to queue for up to, or over 2 hours. This was unfeasible given the temperatures and the fact that I would miss the bands.

I was then told I was not allowed to re-enter the festival if I left. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS! We were not allowed to take refreshments inside the festival. We COULD NOT get a drink inside the festival and then were penalized for getting refreshment outside the site. Why was there no re-entry? This policy should have been immediately changed when you realised you were unable to provide adequate refreshment.

I would expect a refund as this was a terrible experience and one I will never repeat. I missed the bands I wanted to se because of your dreadful lack of planning.

I expect a reply please at your earliest convenience.

It was a pretty poorly organised affair if I am completely honest.

The queues for the bars were totally ridiculous and some of my friends left early as they were just so fed up with waiting for a drink.

That said, the bands were staggeringly good. I've been following QOTSA since 200 and have lost count of the number of times I've seen them but can honestly say that this was amongst the best I have seen them. Josh was on good form and the crowd were loving it. (Iggy had warmed them up nicely).

Before that we saw Brody Dalle, whose new stuff is excellent and benefited from the drummer and guitarist from Savages helping her out.

Deap Vally were excellent, as were Skinny Girls Diet but somehow, Miles Kane didn't fit into the line up.

Nice shows, shame about the organisation!

Queens of the Stoneage were Amazing,I have seen them Twice in the UK but this Gig was so much Better,Josh Homme & the Band were on Top Form Playing All their Big Singles Aswell as Tracks which they would not Normally Play like Songs From The Deaf & Millionaire which were Amazing,We came to the Gig Because Royal Blood were Supporting & we are Massive Fans of Theirs After Seeing Them Live in Cardiff on Their How Did We Get So Dark Tour Last November in Cardiff,I would Love to See Queens Of The Stoneage Play in the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff as on this Album Tour they only played London & Manchester which was a Real Disappointment as we always try to see them,we Seen them on the Era Vulgaris Tour in the 02 in Bristol when Josh Homme was not well & the Like Clockwork Tour in Birmingham 21/11/13 which they were good,I would love them to come to the Capital of Wales to play as they do have Loads of Fans here too,Fingers Crossed.

Queens of the Stone Age have unveiled “The End Is Nero Tour,” their 2023 North American jaunt with tickets spanning two legs this summer and fall. The lengthy trek supports the rock band’s latest LP, In Times New Roman… , arriving June 16th.

What Is Queens of the Stone Age’s Next Tour?

“The End Is Nero Tour” succeeds the band’s summer trip to Europe, including festival stops at the UK’s Glastonbury in June and Madrid’s Mad Cool in July. The first North American leg kicks off in Sterling Heights, Michigan on August 3rd, followed by stops to Toronto; Philadelphia; and Washington, DC within the first week. They’ll play New York’s Forest Hills Stadium on August 12th, then travel south to Atlanta, Nashville, and more before breaking for nearly a month.

Queens of the Stone Age will relaunch at Chicago’s Riot Fest on September 16th, and continue to Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Denver to close out the month. In early October, they hit Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, and San Francisco on the West Coast, then wrap the tour at Sacramento’s  Aftershock festival on October 8th.

Queens of the Stone Age have announced they are bringing ‘The End Is Nero’ tour to Canada in 2024 for 12 dates, including an April 10 performance at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario.

The band also announced they will be joined by special guests The Struts.

Tickets go on sale December 8, 2024 at 10 a.m. local time.
