Sam Smith Schedules 27-Date ‘Gloria’ North American Tour

Sam Smith will spend their summer on the road completing a 27-date tour in support of their forthcoming fourth studio album Gloria , set for release on January 27.

The tour will begin on July 25 at FTX Arena in Miami, Florida, with support from Jessie Reyez, who will join them for all but one date. Smith will make stops in Orlando, Nashville, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Houston, Monterrey, and more before concluding on Sept. 14 at Palacio de Los Deportes in Cuidad de Mexico.

General sale for the Gloria tour begins Friday, Jan. 13, at 9 a.m. local time. Full details are available on the official Sam Smith website .

Gloria will feature collaborations with Petras, Reyez, Koffee, and Ed Sheeran . “Gloria got me through some dark times and was a beacon for me in my life,” Smith wrote in a statement at the time of the album’s announcement. “I hope it can be that for you. Thank you for waiting so long.”

As you plan your visit to the arena, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the most of your experience. We've put together this "know before you go" guide, which includes important tips to help you enjoy your time at Kia Center.

VIP Package:  If you have VIP GA Early Entry, please line up outside the Disney Atrium. (The Atrium is located on Church Street and is the main entrance into the arena.) Guests with this package will enter the building at 6 p.m.

GA Floor Ticket Holders:  If you have General Admission tickets to Sam Smith, we will be allowing guests to line-up outside the arena at 7 a.m. Camping overnight will not be allowed. 

All other VIP Package holders will enter Kia Center at 7 p.m. through any door and go to Section 106 for their merchandise.

The 27-city headline outing kicks off on July 25 in Miami, FL and include shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (August 8) and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA (August 31).  Jessie Reyez , who is featured on  Smith’s  forthcoming album, “Gloria,” is the special guest on all dates except August 4.

Bags are not permitted at Kia Center events. Guests are permitted to bring one small clutch that is 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Medical and parent bags (max. 14" x 14" x 6") are exceptions but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to Kia Center.

The 27-city headline outing will kick off on July 25 at the Kaseya Center in Miami.  Jessie Reyez , who guests on  Sam’s  forthcoming album,  Gloria , will be the special guest.

Set for release on January 27 via Capitol Records, Sam’s fourth studio album, Gloria , includes the GRAMMY®-nominated single  “Unholy”  ft. Kim Petras , which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the  Billboard  Hot 100 and four weeks atop the UK Official Singles Chart. The song also took the #1 position on the Mediabase Top 40 Airplay chart, spent 29 consecutive days at #1 on the Global Spotify chart and topped the Apple and Shazam worldwide tallies.  “Unholy”  was the only pop collaboration of 2022 to be certified RIAA Platinum and the third collaboration across all genres to reach this milestone and the track has amassed over one billion combined global streams.

American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Monday, January 9, at 9:00 AM local time through Thursday, January 12, at 10:00 PM local time. An exclusive 24-hour ticket pre-sale for fans will begin on Wednesday, January 11, at 9:00 AM local time. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 13, at 9:00 AM local time.

Sam Smith , whose fourth studio album is out on Jan. 27, has announced dates for “Gloria the Tour,” their North American tour in support of the album. The tour, Smith’s North American outing since 2018, will cover 27 cities and launch on July 25 at FTX Arena in Miami and include shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden and the Kia Forum near Los Angeles. Jessie Reyez, who guests on the album, will be the special guest on all dates except August 4. See below for itinerary.

Sam Smith has announced the North American leg of his 2023 “Gloria the Tour,” where they’ll be supported by Jessie Reyez .

Picking up a month after wrapping their tour of the UK and Europe, Sam Smith will come stateside July 25th in Miami, Florida. The 27-date trek will include big cities such as Washington DC, New York, Toronto, Phoenix, and Los Angeles, before finishing up September 14th in Mexico City.

General on-sale begins Friday, January 13th at 9:00 a.m local time via Ticketmaster , though a variety of pre-sale options will be available beforehand. American Express cardholders can get tickets January 9th through January 12th, a fan pre-sale kicks off January 11th for 24 hours, and over at Ticketmaster, pre-sale begins Monday, January 9th (use code SOUND ). Smith’s fourth studio album,  Gloria,  will be released January 27th. It includes the smash hit “Unholy” with Kim Petras, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and which made Smith and Petras the first publicly nonbinary and transgender artists to top the chart. Last month, Smith performed “Stay with Me” at the White House as President Biden signed the Respect for Marriage Act.

Trek hitting North American arenas this summer

Sam Smith has announced Gloria The Tour, the pop star’s first North American run since 2018. The 27-city headline outing will kick off on July 25th at FTX Arena in Miami, FL and include shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on August 8th and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA on August 31st. Jessie Reyez, who guests on Sam’s forthcoming album, Gloria , will be the special guest on all dates except August 4th.

American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Monday, January 9th at 9 am local time through Thursday, January 12th at 10 pm local time. An exclusive 24-hour ticket pre-sale for fans will begin on Wednesday, January 11th at 9 am local time. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 13th at 9 am local time via Ticketmaster .

Set for release on January 27th via Capitol Records, Smith’s fourth studio album, Gloria , includes the Grammy-nominated single “Unholy” featuring Kim Petras , which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and four weeks atop the UK Official Singles Chart. The song also took the No. 1 position on the Mediabase Top 40 Airplay chart, spent 29 consecutive days at No. 1 on the Global Spotify chart and topped the Apple and Shazam worldwide tallies. “Unholy” was the only pop collaboration of 2022 to be certified RIAA Platinum and the third collaboration across all genres to reach this milestone and the track has amassed over one billion combined global streams.

With the ongoing growth and development of downtown Miami, fewer parking options in the immediate area surrounding FTXArena will be available to arena guests. A number of parking lots located directly adjacent to the facility have been permanently eliminated. Patrons are strongly advised to consider alternative parking options, which include a variety of lots offering a flat rate and within a convenient walking distance of the Arena. Click here to learn more. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking: There will be an event at Bayfront Amphitheatre starting at 7:00pm. Therefore, Bayside Parking and the Miami Parking Authority lots in the center median will have limited parking availability. Ticketholders are encouraged to park at the arena or alternative parking options in the area. Onsite Arena Parking - Available exclusively for Sam Smith Ticketholders. Please present your ticket upon arrival at Valet or the Arena P2 Garage.

Arena Valet: Pre-paid Summer Valet Parking Special - $30.00 per car, first come, first serve. Click here to reserve.

Valet is available at $35.00, night of event, based on availability. Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis. Arena P2 Garage for $20.00 per vehicle, based on availability.

Floor guests can enjoy access to Hyde Lounge beginning at 7:00pm for dining and cash bar. Enter via the South Flagship vom, located South center floor. Sam Smith hit the beach to cap off the week -- and they bared it all out there ... rocking a de facto Speedo, and showing off some major PDA with a mystery man in the water.

The singer was in Miami Friday, where they stripped down a teeny-tiny bathing suit and got into the water ... with all their tattoos on display, including a Betty Boop one by their leg. There's lots of ink on Sam's body ... and they certainly gave folks an eyeful to take in.

While Sam was splashing around, a dude joined them and got a little touch-feely as well. While they were both neck-deep underwater, this fella started riding on SS like a horse.

It's basically a piggy-back ride in the ocean, and they both seemed to have a blast out there.

Eventually, Sam and their pal were joined by even more friends -- with the whole group greeting one another ... and handing out hugs and kisses. Looks like a big ol' meetup.

It's great to see Sam out and about in the sunshine, and comfortable in their own skin. We know Sam's been on a major body-positivity journey in recent years -- this after struggling with self-image insecurities. Now, they're embracing what they're working with for all to see.

Sam tends to be a bit of a lightning rod at times ... but here, they're dishing the electricity!
