Not sure what happened In my contacts I had a number for mileage Pluss members and reached this outfit. They did not answer as United but when I asked if they were United they said they were. I needed to change an arrival airport and they told me I needed a new ticket. They were even able to go into my United account and do the reservation change. When they asked for a $298 flight change. This raised my hairs. They said the ticket change had to be entered manually. I went along. Fortunately my Chase Visa card caught the fraud. They even tried a second time to submit the charge. I hung up. United told me they didn’t have change fees which I thought. The reservation was changed. Stop payment for the company was made with Chase. Stay away from these people.

Beyond expectations

We can't recommend this company high enough. We had a complex trip planned with several destinations. Henry, the agent, spent three hours on the phone with us figuring out the best flight plans for us. A few weeks later, we needed some follow-up; he spent another hour with us sorting things out. He gave us phone numbers in case we had any sort of problems before or during our trip.. He was consistently courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

airline ticket problems

In June of 2023 I made resservations for American Airline flights for 2 people from DRO to FLL on January 20, 2024. At that time, Skyline Travels said that I would not receive tickets until 5 days before the flight. Five days before the flight I contacted them to get tickets. They said American Airlines no longer flew into DRO,(which was a lie.) That I would have to fly with United and the change would ccost $125.00. When they booked our flight with United, they only booked a flight for my wife. When I asked why I wasn't booked on the same flight, they said I would have to fly out later on a different flight. When I insisted that we fly together they were going to book us on still another United flight and the change was going to cost an additional $125.00 each. At that point, I told them no, that I would book my flight directly with American Airlines. I have the original itinerary they sent for American Airlines on June 23, 2023. I also have the ticket confirmation for the United flight they booked for my wife. Needless to say, this was a very stresssful time.

Jennifer is the best travel agent I have ever used!!!! She has planned three of my most incredible vacations. The first two were amazing from start to finish. Her planning skills, her first hand knowledge of so many places, her attention to detail and her friendly personality make her top-notch. I will not plan a vacation again without Jennifer involved. Unfortunately, the third trip I had to cancel due to COVID (which would have been such a fantastic trip) and she made sure I was taken care of. I will be rebooking my trip in the future with her. She was extremely helpful and very attentive to our wants a and needs. She took the time to understand what we wanted, was able to offer suggestions to help us. I never felt pressured for anything. She was very responsive.

Jennifer was a Godsend as my husband and I planned our honeymoon. She was so knowledgeable about everything. She was absolutely on top of everything, from resort deposits, covid regulations and entry requirements, transfers to and from the airport, etc. She even got us a special pass to go through customs in Antigua efficiently and hassle-free! Jennifer is organized, friendly, and thorough. We ran into some issues with our room at the resort not being up to par (something that was unexpected and completely out of her control), and the minute I called her from our destination--she instantly whipped out an email to the General Manager and shook things up for our benefit. We were not only thankful but so impressed! Her efforts made it so that the resort moved us and upgraded us. Huge thanks to Jennifer. Without a doubt, we will be using her talents again!

My husband & I hadn't been out of the country in almost 20yrs, so a lot had changed since we traveled last. Jennifer was very quick to respond to our many questions, and her suggestion of purchasing Club Mobay to fast-track us through the Jamaican airport was some of the BEST money we've ever spent! Regardless of how you feel about the Los Angeles Chargers on the field, they at least know how to do their research before poking fun at other teams.

Just before the 2024 NFL regular-season schedules were released Wednesday evening , the Chargers posted a thread on X , formerly Twitter, that showed what each one of their 17 upcoming opponents would look like in Pop-Tart form.

"Our 2024 opponents as pop tarts: a thread," the post said.

Of course, the Cincinnati Bengals, who will play the Chargers in Los Angeles this year, were included in this thread, but some fans might actually be pleasantly surprised with the Pop-Tart flavor they got.

That flavor was none other than Skyline Chili , a longstanding local chain restaurant that is popular across Greater Cincinnati for serving Cincinnati-style chili in the form of ways, coneys and chilitos.

The Bengals replied to the post: "How can we get a box?"

The Chargers took some creative liberties with the majority of these Pop-Tart flavors, as many of them are completely made up for the sake of the joke.

While Skyline Chili-flavored Pop-Tarts don't actually exist, it'd be foolish to think that there isn't a faction of die-hard fans out there who would be very interested in giving them a try.

The Chargers' thread also included the Baltimore Ravens, whose flavor was crab legs (a popular Maryland delicacy); the Cleveland Browns, whose flavor was just the crusts; and the Las Vegas Raiders, whose flavor was garbage.
