Can you beat the Sunshine Tour pros?
The Sunshine Tour is offering fans a chance to show their skills against the best in the country at par-three shootouts to be hosted at 10 Tour events this season.
The big prizes up for grabs are 10 trips to the Mauritius Open and, the grand prize, an all-expenses paid trip to one of golf’s Majors next year.
Any golf fan over 18 can enter by purchasing a ticket on the Sunshine Tour website for one of the 10 qualifying tournaments.
And then you need to beat the pro in a closest-to-the-pin challenge on a par three. In tournament conditions. Under tournament pressure.
There will be 10 aspiring stars competing in each event, which will take place during the fourth round of each Sunshine Tour tournament.
If none of the 10 amateurs manages to beat the professional, then the closest to the pin amongst the 10 amateurs will win that event and an all-expenses paid VIP trip for two to the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.
In Mauritius, you will again compete against the other nine champions for the ultimate prize of a trip to attend a Major in 2024.
So golf fans, glove up, pitch up, and show us what you’ve got against the best on the Sunshine Tour.

Top-ranked Korda cruises to T-Mobile Match Play final and will face Maguire

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Nelly Korda raced out to an early lead and beat the self-destructing Narin An 4 and 3 on Saturday in the semifinals of the T-Mobile Match Play to put herself a match away from her fourth straight LPGA Tour victory.
The world's top-ranked player will play Leona Maguire in the final Sunday. The Irish star beat Sei Young Kim 3 and 2.
Recommended Videos
“I know she’s going to be fiery,” Korda said. “That’s just how Leona is. She’s a great competitor. I think it’ll be great to share the stage with her, and hopefully it’ll be a good show.”
Korda is trying to become the first LPGA Tour player to win four consecutive starts since Lorena Ochoa in 2008. The record is five, set by Nancy Lopez in 1978 and matched by Annika Sorenstam in 2004-05.
Korda took seven weeks off including the Asian part of the schedule after winning in January in her hometown of Bradenton, Florida. That means a victory this weekend would be her third consecutive in a scheduled event. Four players share the record of four straight, with Mickey Wright doing it twice.
Should Korda win, she will have the chance to equal that record in two weeks at The Chevron Championship, the year's first major.
“Nelly is the best in the world right now,” said Maguire, 3-1 against Korda in team matches for Europe in the Solheim Cup, though they haven't met in singles. “She’s on a really hot streak. It’s been incredibly impressive what she’s been doing in the past few weeks.
"It’s going to be a really tough battle tomorrow. I’ve got a big challenge ahead of me. I’m excited. I mean, that’s why you practice. You want to play the best players in the world and that’s what Nelly is.”
Korda was never tested in the semifinals, going 5 up through seven holes, needing only two birdies to take that lead. An bogeyed the first three holes before steadying herself and even winning a hole with a birdie on the par-4 10th hole.
That, however, was a temporary reprieve. An was never able to overcome the early deficit to seriously threaten Korda, who played the backside 3-over par.
“The back nine is a little tougher, so started to make a little bit more mistakes,” Korda said. “Fatigue started setting in it just a little.”
There was a tad more drama in the other semifinal. Maguire was 2 up through seven holes when Kim, the 2020 LPGA Tour Player of the Year, had an excellent chance to cut into the lead. But Maguire got up and down on the par-3 eighth, sinking a 12-foot par putt save to keep the advantage.
She picked up another shot when Kim bogeyed the par-4 10th, and the outcome was never truly in doubt after that.
“I think when you’re doing these 36-hole days, it’s who makes the least mistakes almost, especially on a golf course like today,” Maguire said. “Really happy how I played.”
Weather had been a major story during this tournament, and the temperature was 42 degrees with the players teed off Saturday morning in the quarterfinals. But the strong winds that plagued the previous two days was reduced to a breeze, and temps were in the 60s for the afternoon play.
Korda advanced to the semifinals by defeating Angel Yin 3 and 2, and Maguire beat Moriya Jutanugarn 4 and 3. Also, Kim routed Rose Zhang 6 and 5, and An beat Minami Katsu 1 up.

Former King Crimson Members Form Beat, Announce 2024 Tour
P rog-rock band King Crimson may have disbanded decades ago, but that hasn’t stopped a few former members from forming their own supergroup. Adrian Belew (former King Crimson guitarist and vocalist) and Tony Levin (former King Crimson bassist) have formed a new group called Beat with Tool drummer Danny Carey and famed guitarist Steve Vai. The band’s namesake comes from King Crimson’s 1982 album Beat . And yes, if you’re wondering, KC frontman Robert Fripp has given his full endorsement for the project.
Less than a month after forming, the band has just announced a North American tour that’s set to kick off in September. The supergroup will perform across the US and Canada well into November. No supporting acts have been announced.
The Beat 2024 Tour will start on September 12 in San Jose, California at San Jose Civic. The tour will end on November 8 in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Theater at Virgin Hotels.
The main ticketing platform for the Beat 2024 Tour is going to be Ticketmaster , and there are a ton of different presale events going on right now. If you want in on the artist presale specifically, use the code “BEATTOUR”.
General on-sale kicks off on April 5 at 10:00 am local. If the presale event sells out your tour date of choice, give Stubhub a try. It’s a great platform for finding after-sale tickets, and your purchase will be guaranteed by the FanProtect Program. No scams here!
Get your tickets now before they sell out!

I see the only difference - one mentioned Spanish-speaking guide, the other not-presumably English...
I've seen one more - for 60+ euro!

For Tyla, Music and Movement Go Hand in Hand
The singer talks what’s to come following her critically acclaimed debut album, and starring in the latest Beats x Alo campaign
Every product on this page was chosen by a Harper's BAZAAR editor. We may earn commission on some of the items you choose to buy.
The South African star has proven she’s a certified hitmaker with the recent release of her critically acclaimed self-titled debut album. While “Water” was her big breakout single in 2023, new tracks like “Art” and “Truth or Dare” have joined the lexicon of infectious songs courtesy of the amapiano singer, and she has already made Billboard history with the highest debut on the Hot 100 for any female African soloist. Now, fresh off her first Grammy win earlier this year, Tyla is the star of Beats and Alo Yoga’s first ever collaborative campaign, showcasing the two California-born brands’ new Special Edition Fit Pro true wireless earphones. For the campaign, the artist is seen strutting along the water in an angelic white set from the cult-favorite athleisure brand.
“When I heard that I was going to the Bahamas, I was obviously so excited, and it was my first time there,” Tyla tells Harper’s Bazaar of shooting on location for the new campaign. “The people were great, and the location was so beautiful—the white sand, everything was just like I was on holiday, even though I was working. Working with Alo and Beats—I love both brands, so it all felt super genuine.”
Tyla’s conquering of the music industry means she is spending much more time traveling, and more specifically, time Stateside. Working with Beats and Alo reminded the star about her first impression of California, which she describes as “quite chill.” When she needs to stay motivated while constantly on the go, however, headphones do often come in handy.
“I always like listening to music that I wish I made, because it makes me want to make better music,” she says. “But I listen to very chill amapiano and live jazz on YouTube all the time—that’s what I listen to on the daily.”
Personal style, of course, is imperative for a budding pop star, whether that means getting red-carpet ready or dressing more casually for rehearsals and downtime. For Tyla, experimenting with fashion allows her to create a fully fleshed-out experience for her fans, something she remembers her own idols doing not too long ago. More specifically, the singer often sports tiger-print pieces to shout out her loyal fan base, whom she affectionately refers to as her “Tygers.”
“I love incorporating tiger print and the effortless island vibes—especially in this era, because it’s obviously me introducing myself to the world and those themes are heavy in the stuff that we’re doing. We’re introducing it as part of the Tyla story,” she says. “It’s just so fun to make it all exciting for the fans. I’m excited to perform more and give people more visuals and content and just expand the world that we’ve created and allow more people in—just like how it used to be when I was younger and I was a fan girl. I really wanna create that type of excitement again.”
While there’s plenty more to come from Tyla—she is gearing up for her first tour later this year—her work will always keep her home of South Africa front and center.
“Wherever I go, I represent my home, I represent South Africa in my music and in just myself. As I get bigger, I’m always be sure that South Africa’s name is uplifted,” she says. “The [amapiano] genre, the music, the culture—it all comes with me. This is not only, my moment, but also Africa’s moment too.”
Beats x Alo Special Edition Beats Fit Pro
Beats x Alo Special Edition Beats Fit Pro ($199.99) will be available beginning April 4 at apple.com , aloyoga.com , and select Apple Store and Alo store locations. Alo Access members can begin preordering the product today at aloyoga.com .

Moscow metro tour: architectural styles of the subway.
Duration: 2 hours
Categories: Culture & History, Sightseeing
This metro tour of Russia’s capital and most populous city, Moscow, is your chance to get a unique insight into the beautiful and impressive architecture of the city's underground stations. Admire their marble walls and high ceilings representing Stalin's desire for glory after World War 2, and see first-hand how the interiors change with the rise of new political eras. Your guide will lead you through the complex network, which is one of the most heavily used rapid transit systems worldwide, with over two billion travelers in 2011.
Opened in 1935, Moscow’s underground system, now 190 miles (305 km) long with 185 stations, is today one the largest and most heavily used rapid transit systems in the world. On this Moscow metro tour, discover the impressive architecture of Moscow’s underground stations and learn how they reflect the Soviet era.
Getting around by metro, your local guide will take you through parts of Moscow’s infamous history. Stop at stations built during the time of the USSR (Soviet Union) that are praised as one of the most extravagant architectural projects from Stalin’s time. After World War 2, he was keen on establishing Stalinist architecture to represent his rising regime and a recognized empire. Learn how when his successor started the de-Stalinization of the former Soviet Union in 1953, the extravagancy of the architecture was toned down.
Discover how the unique character of each station reflected several different eras. While stations like Kievskaya and Slavyansky Bulvar have pompous halls and high stucco ceilings brimming with extravagant decorations, those built later, like Volzhskaya, are lightly adorned with sparse furnishings. Architect Alexey Dushkin and painter Alexander Deyneka were just two of the many artists who made these magnificent landmarks possible.
Revel in Moscow's glory days, as well as the years of scarcity, on this fascinating Moscow metro experience. Conclude your tour at one of the central stations in Moscow. If you're lucky, you may even find the secret entrance to the unconfirmed Metro-2, a parallel underground system used by the government -- a mystery which has neither been denied nor confirmed today.

Culture Shock Rating
We have a wide range of tours designed to give you an insight into the destination you're travelling in and there is something for everybody. The culture shock ratings considers the destination visited, transport used, activities undertaken and that "Wow, I'm really not at home now!" factor. While generalisations are always tricky, a summary of our gradings is as follows…
This is the least confronting of our tour range. Transport used on the trip is either private or a very comfortable public option, the activities included are usually iconic sites and locations that are not all too confronting.
The tour can include a mix of private and public transport providing a level of comfort that is slightly below what you would experience at home. Sites visited are usually iconic sites, tours can also include market visits, visits to communities etc that provide the traveller with a fantastic insight into destination.
Expect to rough it for parts of this tour, whether it's a packed public bus where you are forced to stand, a visit to a local market, a local community, you are sure to have an experience that is very different from what you're used to at home.
The comforts of your home town and the environment you are used to are more of a rarity. Expect some challenging transport options, visits to local sites and areas that don't resemble anything at home.
You're out there in the global community! You are likely to be exposed to the elements, travel in whatever means of transport is available and basically take it as it comes, whatever comes! It can be tough.
Physical Rating
Our physical rating gives you an idea of how much huffing and puffing you can expect on the tour. While generalisations are always tricky, a summary of our gradings is as follows…

These Tours will provide you with some solid physical activity. Whether its bike riding, walking, trekking, kayaking or riding on public transport you will need to have a good level of fitness to enjoy this tour.

To help you choose the trip that's right for you, we've broken all of our trips down into four service levels. Measuring the comfort level of the accommodation and transport.
