Another option aside from the resale market is the rental market. One of the reason why condos have gained a huge popularity as a sound investment, is due to having a peace of mind that it may generate a positive monthly cash flow via rentals according to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). The condos available for rent in the Montreal CMA is a relatively low number (9.3%) in comparison to Toronto (22.2%) and Vancouver (25.7%). The downtown Montreal and Nuns’ Island shows otherwise, more than 20% condominiums are rentals. However, other areas of Montreal and Quebec shows below 10%. With such low vacancy rate within the CMA’s, points to the indication of how tight the rental market is.

Sarah Nurse a obtenu son premier tour du chapeau dans la Ligue professionnelle de hockey féminin (LPHF), dimanche, et Toronto a battu New York 6-2 pour ainsi s'emparer de la tête du classement, devant Montréal.

Toronto (11-4-0-7) se retrouve à égalité avec Montréal (10-3-5-5) en 1re place, mais détient un match en main. Les représentantes de la Ville Reine affronteront le Minnesota, mercredi, puis Ottawa, le 5 mai.

Les Montréalaises sont assurées de terminer au plus bas en 2e place. La troupe de Kori Cheverie mettra fin à sa saison samedi, à Boston.

Ken Carson has announced the 2024 Chaos World Tour, an extensive run of dates that will bring the Atlanta rapper across North America and Europe. He’s hitting the road in support of his new album, A Great Chaos , which came out last October. Find the complete list of tour dates below.

The 2024 Chaos World Tour begins in Orlando, Florida, on July 8 and keeps Ken Carson on the road until October 5, where he ends the run in Prague, Czech Republic. Along the way, he’ll perform in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Paris, London, Berlin, and Milan, among other locales. News of the tour arrives on the heels of Carson’s new track “ Overseas .”
