Wild Nothing (formed in 2009) is the indie-rock, synth-infused dream pop project of former Jack and the Whale member John Tatum, who rose to blogosphere esteem in 2010 with his debut album “Gemini”, hailing from Blacksburg, Virginia, U.S.

John Alexander Tatum a.k.a. Jack Tatum had been slowly raising his profile during his teenage years as a musician in the bands Jack and the Whale and FACEPAINT, in his hometown of Blacksburg. In the summer of 2009 however, Tatum began writing and recording breezy, laid back summer soundtracks under the moniker Wild Nothing. Alongside the likes of Pains of Being Pure at Heart and Beach Fossils, who were also gaining attention for their similar musical output, Tatum’s profile was first raised when his cover of Kate Bush’s “Cloudbusting” started making waves in indie circles.

The success of the cover and subsequent tracks led Wild Nothing to sign with Captured Tracks and began touring with the musicians Jeff Haley (bass), Nathan Goodman (guitar), and Max Brooks (drums). Ahead of their debut album, the band issued the single “Summer Holiday” in 2009, followed shortly afterwards by “Cloudbusting”. The following year in May, Wild Nothing issued their debut studio album “Gemini” to a wave of critical acclaim, including a feature on Pitchforks’ Best Albums of 2010. Whilst failing to make inroads into the charts, the record endeared Tatum to the hearts of indie-music lovers the world over, and raised anticipation for future releases.

Briding the gap between another full-length release, Tatum et al. issued the EP “Golden Haze”, complete with percussive bells, clean guitars and laboured, love-inflected lyrics. Featuring Nicolas Vernhes on production duties, Wild Nothing’s sophomore full-length “Nocturne” arrived in 2012. Record at Rare Book Room Studios, the record was an extension of previous work with added skills, experience and maturity, and topped the U.S. Heatseekers Chart. Marked by Tatum’s most experimental and genre-defying work to date, he released the EP “Empty Estate” in 2013.

Live reviews

Wild Nothing are a fairly new band, having only been around since around 2009. Mastermind Jack Tatum writes all the music himself, and got friends Nathan Goodman, Jeff Haley, Kevin Knight, and Jeremiah Johnson on guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums, respectively, to play with him.

Wild Nothing's music is reminiscent of artists featured on the 1986 compilation C86 released by NME. However, Wild Nothing stand on their own. They have a sound that is completely unique to them, combining elements of post-punk, dream pop, and shoegaze. This band is definitely amazing in their own way.

This becomes even more evident during a live event. In an outdoor venue during the daytime, the crowd gathers a while before the band even shows up, just chatting amongst themselves as they wait patiently. When the band does show up, Jack simply greets them with a hello and says "We're Wild Nothing" as they begin to play the first song of their set. The band cheers as they begin to play. The communication with the audience is also kept to a minimum.

Jack sometimes asks the crowd how their doing, but otherwise he lets the music speak for itself. The audience simply watches on as the band play their music. The entire atmosphere is completely laid-back, which is to be expected, since this sort of music is perfect for having a relaxing time.

Did not disappoint!! Amazing show from start to finish. Johnny Brenda’s is a great old school venue to see a show. It was crowded but not overly so; fortunately I was able to get a great view on the first floor and has arrived 10/15 min prior to the band coming on. They were tight on time and sounded fantastic/ very crisp and clear. Really talented musicians (even included sax solos!) and to have only paid $25 didn’t seem quite right. I would be willing to pay much more! Was considering going to see them on the 2nd night. I lol forward to their next tour and additional music they putt out. Would highly recommend to any indie music fan to see this excellent band!! Thanks for a fantastic evening

My experience to go see Wild Nothing was heart-breaking yet funny, at the same time. Sadly, I did not go see the band. Had money to purchase tickets but did not have money to drive three hours to Austin, for their concert. So, I went to a bbq I was invited to for the night and drink with some friends. It was when I reached for my cooler in the trunk, I noticed a graduation card my grandmother gave to me. Inside it was more than enough money to buy my ticket, pay for enough gas for two round trips, and any festivities. In a way, it was not meant for me to go but could only imagine being able to see this band bring their sound to life...right in front of me. Still giving Wild Nothing five stars.

I Fernandez + Wild Nothing @ Village Underground.

A wonderful show in a very nice location.

The gig was sold out, and the venue was packed.

The support was J Fernandez, a band that mixes various musical styles: from the retro sound of the ‘60 to post rock. They played an interesting gig, really.

The main act was Wild Nothing and their performance was great! They played songs from the latest album “Indigo” but also some gems of the past taken from Gemini but even from the ep “Evertide” (Golden Haze). Jack Tatum was happy to play in London, and the crowd was very touched by the dreamy sound of the band. One of those gigs to be remembered for a very lomg time.

So this show was awesome, Jack Tatum and crew played a mixture of their new album and also their older great songs. To me, there's nothing worse when a band will only play songs from their new album they are trying to sell, and thankfully this didn't happen. They had a great sound, and the audience had a really mellow and great vibe (maybe because it was 4/20? I dunno..). Regardless, I've been a huge fan for years and am pleasantly surprised at how great they sounded live! Some bands are studio bands, some bands are better live, but Wild Nothing seems to have a solid grasp on both! A+!

The only bad thing I'd say about this concert is that it ended so fast... I could be there for my whole life. Tatum and his band have a hypnotic feature, the pumping bass, the heavy drumming and the all-around guitars and keys, I was deeply impressed.

Listening to Wild Nothing is a really emotional thing for me, and to hear the songs LIVE for the first time, it was even better: I cried throughout the whole thing, even before they started I was already trying to hold the tears... as soon as Reichpop started, though, I just couldn't.

This concert was incredible. It was an amazing and memorable experience. The band played a few songs from Indigo as well as other Wild Nothing classics though I was quite disappointed that they didn't play Blue Wings. They signed my ticket and my Wild Nothing t-shirt! Wild Nothing's music is pure art. I LOVED EVERY SECOND.

These guys were amazing live. I started listening to them after hearing their song “Chinatown” I was instantly hooked. They gave off a beachy sound with an 80s vibe. Amazing Set. Guitars were mesmerizing. I will definitely be seeing them when they come back again! So worth the $20!

This band is good!

Good show. Good mix of old and new from Gemini and nocturne. Good crowd as well, not stuck up in the slightest. Changed it up with a live saxophone, which was surprisingly good (I usually am not a fan of the sax)

10/10 would nothing again.

AMAZINGGGG!! It was one of my favorite concert. Been a fan since 2010. They sound even better live. The Setlist was on point from Gemini to Indigo. It was such a sweaty venue but regardless their performance were 10/10. Thanks for coming to JKT.

Wild Nothing Announce Tour and First Album in 5 Years, Share Video for New Song: Watch

By Hattie Lindert

Wild Nothings Jack Tatum

Wild Nothing have announced their first new album since 2018: Hold is out October 27 via Captured Tracks . The announcement comes with the lead single, “ Headlights On ,” featuring Hatchie. Check out the video for the new song below. Also below, find Wild Nothing’s upcoming tour dates.

Jack Tatum made his new Wild Nothing album with guest contributions from his wife, Dana, as well as Hatchie, Molly Burch, Becca Mancari, and Beach Fossils’ Tommy Davidson. “I’ve sat with this record for a very long time now, so, naturally, I’m both excited and apprehensive to let it see the light,” Tatum said in a press statement. “It’s my first record as a father. My first self-produced record since my debut. It’s a record that deals in existential themes, but doesn’t always take itself too seriously. It’s not afraid of pop, but it’s hopefully not afraid to be strange either. It has fun, gets sad, dwells in the quiet moments and embraces the loud ones. It’s me doing what I love and feeling grateful for it.”

Hold follows the 2018 Wild Nothing LP Indigo and the 2020 EP Laughing Gas .

wild nothing tour 2022

Wild Nothing is the name Jack Tatum, formerly of Jack and the Whale and Facepaint, uses for his musical endeavors, which began as shimmery, synth-washed indie pop in the summer of 2009. Starting with an early batch of demos that included a glimmering cover of Kate Bush’s “Cloudbusting,” Tatum embarked on a career devoted to pairing his tender melodies with soft, echoing musical backing and his whisper-intimate vocals. After a couple albums and EPs spent honing this template to near perfection — especially on 2012’s Nocturne — Tatum branched out into a more mature and well-produced version of the sound on 2016’s Life of Pause and slick ’80s territory on 2018’s Indigo .

Captured Tracks picked up Wild Nothing soon after the project’s first demos came out in 2009, and it wasn’t long before Tatum recruited bassist Jeff Haley, guitarist Nathan Goodman, and drummer Max Brooks to round out the group’s live sound. Wild Nothing’s first single, Summer Holiday , was released on Captured Tracks before 2009 came to a close. The band’s debut full-length, Gemini , was released in the spring of 2010 and garnered Wild Nothing all kinds of critical acclaim. After releasing a follow-up EP, Golden Haze , near the end of 2010, Captured Tracks reissued Gemini in February 2011 with the addition of Tatum’s cover of Kate Bush’s “Cloudbusting.”

For his next record, Tatum worked with producer Nicolas Vernhes at his Rare Book Room Studios. The result was 2012’s Nocturne album. Another stopgap EP arrived in 2013 in the form of the stylistically scattered Empty Estate . After a move to Los Angeles and some time spent rethinking his musical approach, Tatum and producer Thom Monahan began working on 2016’s Life of Pause album. Recorded in Sweden (with contributions from Peter Biorn and John drummer John Ericsson and marimba player TK of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra) and Los Angeles (with Medicine guitarist Brad Laner), Life of Pause ‘s intricate arrangements and slick production marked a step forward artistically for Wild Nothing.

Always reexamining his process, Tatum decided to’ switch things up on 2018’s Indigo . After carefully constructing demos himself, he spent four days at L.A.’s Sunset Sound studio with drummer Cam Allen and guitarist Benji Lysaght doing live versions of the songs. Next, he and producer Jorge Elbrecht spent time adding new parts and layering in sounds from the original demos. The result was the most carefully arranged and ’80s-influenced Wild Nothing album yet, while also being one of their most intimate. In January 2020, the Laughing Gas EP collected five songs left over from the Indigo sessions. ~ Fred Thomas, Rovi

wild nothing tour 2022

Bound by circumstance, identity, and creative spirit, three trans multi-instrumentalists founded THUS LOVE in 2018 in Brattleboro, Vermont.

But the shared experience of Echo Marshall (she/her), Lu Racine (he/they), and Nathaniel van Osdol (they/them) runs much deeper, tracing its roots to poor, rural towns where it was difficult to find communities to call their own. That feeling of loss and solitary longing has also, paradoxically, cemented their powerfully close connection in THUS LOVE.

The band lived together in a one-bedroom apartment above downtown Brattleboro during the entire recording process of their debut album (release date TBD), with Marshall cordoning off a room to build a studio from scratch. Musically, THUS LOVE combines their love of post-punk with a loose, eclectic experimental streak that owes as much to van Osdol’s jazz collection as it does to Marshall’s classical training as a cellist.

The band is unafraid to tackle weighty themes with startling intimacy and vulnerability—and with a goal of amplifying the voices of those who continue to struggle. Says Marshall: “What I hope we’re able to accomplish with THUS LOVE is to redirect opportunities to those who haven’t had them and to create communities in the kinds of places where we grew up. We want them to know they’re not alone.”

Jack Tatum, front-man of dream pop band Wild Nothing, writes about the joys and challenges of fatherhood on his new album, Hold.

Dream pop band Wild Nothing released their last album, Indigo , in 2018. Since then, front-man Jack Tatum moved from Los Angeles to Richmond, Virginia — not far from where he grew up.

He says it was the right thing to do in his life. But he admits he had some misgivings about moving to a much smaller city.

The agony and ecstasy of parenting.

"There's a lot of things that I hate about stereotypical suburban culture," Tatum told NPR's Morning Edition . "But I have this soft spot for strip malls and big box stores, and...there's something about my upbringing that I feel was quintessentially American."

On Wild Nothing's new album, Hold , Tatum writes about that inner conflict on the song "Suburban Solutions" — which explores his love-hate relationship with what he calls the "consumerism" of small town life.

Wild Nothing imagines a fictional real estate company in the song "Suburban Solutions"

"This song was a little bit about making fun of myself and my own fears of moving to a smaller city and choosing this life of slowing down, settling down," Tatum said. Tatum then soon took on another challenge — starting a family.

Maluma: On becoming a dad, hustling across genres and reggaeton's rise in Colombia

"Becoming a father, at least for me, there was this immediate thought of... 'Oh, I don't want to mess this up, I don't want to do the wrong thing, I don't want to let this person down,'" he said. "I did sort of have these wonders about how am I going to tour in the same way now? How am I going to find the time to write... As soon as he was born, it was like, I want to be a present parent, I want to be the best dad that I can, and so you have to change things about your life."

Lena, our guide in Moscow was excellent. She was very knowledgable and could answer any question we had for her. We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Moscow, a City Like No Other

Moscow is Russia’s largest city with a population of between 12 and 13 million. It is also Europe’s largest city and when you visit Moscow, you can feel it. The layout and architecture of the city is eclectic, ranging from crooked, ancient streets and alleyways to wide, bustling boulevards, from medieval churches to Stalin skyscrapers and to modern, glass buildings towering over everything and of course in the center of it all is the Kremlin and the magnificent Red Square. Moscow is also home to a fantastic, efficient and very beautiful metro system – each station having its own special design. In fact, Express to Russia’s Moscow metro tours and excursions are some of our most popular attractions that we offer. On our Moscow tours, you will see this and more.

Moscow Tours centering on Russian History

Moscow has a long and interesting history and has been the capital of Russia in many of its different iterations – capital of the Grand Duchy of Moscow , the Russian Empire and of course the Soviet Union (who could ever forget the Soviet Union?). Moscow, was founded in the 12th century by Prince Yuri Dolgaruki (Yuri of the long arms – he really did have long arms!). From that time on, it was home to the Russian Tsars until Peter the Great moved the capital to St. Petersburg in 1703. The city has survived invasions and sieges from the Mongols, the Tartars, the Poles, Lithuanians and Napoleon but has always persevered. Our Moscow tours will enlighten you on this great history and give you insights into Muscovites and their unique culture. Our Moscow tours show you what the city is like today but also brings to life the past. Moscow never seems to sleep and is bursting with energy. A Moscow tour with Express to Russia is truly the best way of getting to know Russia’s largest and most vibrant city.

Frequently Asked Questions From Our Travelers

What is the best time to visit moscow.

Any time of year is fine depending on what you plan to do. Summertime is pleasantly warm, ideal for exploring the city and its vibrant atmosphere, but Moscow will be much busier and accommodation is more expensive. Winter can be quite cold but beautiful nonetheless, and this is unproblematic if you intend to spend most of your trip in museums and galleries. There are also various festivals and events organised throughout the year. For more information about the best time to visit, read our guide

How many days are enough in Moscow?

If you plan your itinerary strategically and aren’t averse to a packed schedule, you can cover Moscow’s main sights over a long weekend. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. For an informative and well-organised day out, check out our Moscow day tours with options to suit all interests.

Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you. The Comprehensive Guide to Moscow Nightlife

wild nothing tour 2022

Moscow’s nightlife scene is thriving, and arguably one of the best the world has to offer – top-notch Russian women, coupled with a never-ending list of venues, Moscow has a little bit of something for everyone’s taste. Moscow nightlife is not for the faint of heart – and if you’re coming, you better be ready to go Friday and Saturday night into the early morning.

This comprehensive guide to Moscow nightlife will run you through the nuts and bolts of all you need to know about Moscow’s nightclubs and give you a solid blueprint to operate with during your time in Moscow.

What you need to know before hitting Moscow nightclubs

Prices in moscow nightlife.

Before you head out and start gaming all the sexy Moscow girls , we have to talk money first. Bring plenty because in Moscow you can never bring a big enough bankroll. Remember, you’re the man so making a fuzz of not paying a drink here or there will not go down well.

Luckily most Moscow clubs don’t do cover fees. Some electro clubs will charge 15-20$, depending on their lineup. There’s the odd club with a minimum spend of 20-30$, which you’ll drop on drinks easily. By and large, you can scope out the venues for free, which is a big plus.

Bottle service is a great deal in Moscow. At top-tier clubs, it starts at 1,000$. That’ll go a long way with premium vodka at 250$, especially if you have three or four guys chipping in. Not to mention that it’s a massive status boost for getting girls, especially at high-end clubs.

Without bottle service, you should estimate a budget of 100-150$ per night. That is if you drink a lot and hit the top clubs with the hottest girls. Scale down for less alcohol and more basic places.

Dress code & Face control

Door policy in Moscow is called “face control” and it’s always the guy behind the two gorillas that gives the green light if you’re in or out.

In Moscow nightlife there’s only one rule when it comes to dress codes:

You can never be underdressed.

People dress A LOT sharper than, say, in the US and that goes for both sexes. For high-end clubs, you definitely want to roll with a sharp blazer and a pocket square, not to mention dress shoes in tip-top condition. Those are the minimum requirements to level the playing field vis a vis with other sharply dressed guys that have a lot more money than you do. Unless you plan to hit explicit electro or underground clubs, which have their own dress code, you are always on the money with that style.

Getting in a Moscow club isn’t as hard as it seems: dress sharp, speak English at the door and look like you’re in the mood to spend all that money that you supposedly have (even if you don’t). That will open almost any door in Moscow’s nightlife for you.

Types of Moscow Nightclubs

In Moscow there are four types of clubs with the accompanying female clientele:

High-end clubs:

These are often crossovers between restaurants and clubs with lots of tables and very little space to dance. Heavy accent on bottle service most of the time but you can work the room from the bar as well. The hottest and most expensive girls in Moscow go there. Bring deep pockets and lots of self-confidence and you have a shot at swooping them.

Regular Mid-level clubs:

They probably resemble more what you’re used to in a nightclub: big dancefloors, stages and more space to roam around. Bottle service will make you stand out more but you can also do well without. You can find all types of girls but most will be in the 6-8 range. Your targets should always be the girls drinking and ideally in pairs. It’s impossible not to swoop if your game is at least half-decent.

Basic clubs/dive bars:

Usually spots with very cheap booze and lax face control. If you’re dressed too sharp and speak no Russian, you might attract the wrong type of attention so be vigilant. If you know the local scene you can swoop 6s and 7s almost at will. Usually students and girls from the suburbs.

Electro/underground clubs:

Home of the hipsters and creatives. Parties there don’t mean meeting girls and getting drunk but doing pills and spacing out to the music. Lots of attractive hipster girls if that is your niche. That is its own scene with a different dress code as well.

What time to go out in Moscow

Moscow nightlife starts late. Don’t show up at bars and preparty spots before 11pm because you’ll feel fairly alone. Peak time is between 1am and 3am. That is also the time of Moscow nightlife’s biggest nuisance: concerts by artists you won’t know and who only distract your girls from drinking and being gamed. From 4am to 6am the regular clubs are emptying out but plenty of people, women included, still hit up one of the many afterparty clubs. Those last till well past 10am.

As far as days go: Fridays and Saturdays are peak days. Thursday is an OK day, all other days are fairly weak and you have to know the right venues.

The Ultimate Moscow Nightclub List

Short disclaimer: I didn’t add basic and electro clubs since you’re coming for the girls, not for the music. This list will give you more options than you’ll be able to handle on a weekend.

Preparty – start here at 11PM

Classic restaurant club with lots of tables and a smallish bar and dancefloor. Come here between 11pm and 12am when the concert is over and they start with the actual party. Even early in the night tons of sexy women here, who lean slightly older (25 and up).

The second floor of the Ugolek restaurant is an extra bar with dim lights and house music tunes. Very small and cozy with a slight hipster vibe but generally draws plenty of attractive women too. A bit slower vibe than Valenok.

Very cool, spread-out venue that has a modern library theme. Not always full with people but when it is, it’s brimming with top-tier women. Slow vibe here and better for grabbing contacts and moving on.

wild nothing tour 2022

High-end: err on the side of being too early rather than too late because of face control.

Secret Room

Probably the top venue at the moment in Moscow . Very small but wildly popular club, which is crammed with tables but always packed. They do parties on Thursdays and Sundays as well. This club has a hip-hop/high-end theme, meaning most girls are gold diggers, IG models, and tattooed hip hop chicks. Very unfavorable logistics because there is almost no room no move inside the club but the party vibe makes it worth it. Strict face control.

Close to Secret Room and with a much more favorable and spacious three-part layout. This place attracts very hot women but also lots of ball busters and fakes that will leave you blue-balled. Come early because after 4am it starts getting empty fast. Electronic music.

A slightly kitsch restaurant club that plays Russian pop and is full of gold diggers, semi-pros, and men from the Caucasus republics. Thursday is the strongest night but that dynamic might be changing since Secret Room opened its doors. You can swoop here but it will be a struggle.

wild nothing tour 2022

Mid-level: your sweet spot in terms of ease and attractiveness of girls for an average budget.

Started going downwards in 2018 due to lax face control and this might get even worse with the World Cup. In terms of layout one of the best Moscow nightclubs because it’s very big and bottle service gives you a good edge here. Still attracts lots of cute girls with loose morals but plenty of provincial girls (and guys) as well. Swooping is fairly easy here.

I haven’t been at this place in over a year, ever since it started becoming ground zero for drunken teenagers. Similar clientele to Icon but less chic, younger and drunker. Decent mainstream music that attracts plenty of tourists. Girls are easy here as well.

Sort of a Coyote Ugly (the real one in Moscow sucks) with party music and lots of drunken people licking each others’ faces. Very entertaining with the right amount of alcohol and very easy to pull in there. Don’t think about staying sober in here, you’ll hate it.

Artel Bessonitsa/Shakti Terrace

Electronic music club that is sort of a high-end place with an underground clientele and located between the teenager clubs Icon and Gipsy. Very good music but a bit all over the place with their vibe and their branding. You can swoop almost any type of girl here from high-heeled beauty to coked-up hipsters, provided they’re not too sober.

wild nothing tour 2022

Afterparty: if by 5AM  you haven’t pulled, it’s time to move here.

Best afterparty spot in terms of trying to get girls. Pretty much no one is sober in there and savage gorilla game goes a long way. Lots of very hot and slutty-looking girls but it can be hard to tell apart who is looking for dick and who is just on drugs but not interested. If by 9-10am you haven’t pulled, it is probably better to surrender.

The hipster alternative for afterparties, where even more drugs are in play. Plenty of attractive girls there but you have to know how to work this type of club. A nicer atmosphere and better music but if you’re desperate to pull, you’ll probably go to Miks.

Weekday jokers: if you’re on the hunt for some sexy Russian girls during the week, here are two tips to make your life easier.

Chesterfield

Ladies night on Wednesdays means this place gets pretty packed with smashed teenagers and 6s and 7s. Don’t pull out the three-piece suit in here because it’s a “simpler” crowd. Definitely your best shot on Wednesdays.

If you haven’t pulled at Chesterfield, you can throw a Hail Mary and hit up Garage’s Black Music Wednesdays. Fills up really late but there are some cute Black Music groupies in here. Very small club. Thursday through Saturday they do afterparties and you have an excellent shot and swooping girls that are probably high.

Shishas Sferum

This is pretty much your only shot on Mondays and Tuesdays because they offer free or almost free drinks for women. A fairly low-class club where you should watch your drinks. As always the case in Moscow, there will be cute girls here on any day of the week but it’s nowhere near as good as on the weekend.

wild nothing tour 2022

In a nutshell, that is all you need to know about where to meet Moscow girls in nightlife. There are tons of options, and it all depends on what best fits your style, based on the type of girls that you’re looking for.
