View to the city (bid window). Bedroom was huge and perfect for travelling with our dog. Location is also great - close to metro and a Starbucks just in front 😁 Parking was close by and affordable (12€ for 24h).

Great location for walking Tours near restaurants and grocery. Extremely accomodating staff that appear to really enjoy their job. Our room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good, but somewhat crowded (bumping elbows kind of crowded). Secure and covered bike storage was provided at neighboring sister hotel.

I loved the view of the Loire River from our 6th floor room. I also loved that breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. It's nice to have eggs in the morning! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Heater wasn’t working for almost 2 hours before we had to ask for another room. It’s winter! For young children with luggage, challenging as no porter to help to unload from the car

location was amazing and staves were so kind. the one problem is the parking system, they don’t have their own parking lot, and they offered parkint ticket of 24 hr. The thing is .. that this was not well announced before enough to traveler in this hotel , and I couldn’t use the two tickets (24hr * 2) at once, so I had to pay my self for another 24 hr of payment during 2 days. I didn’t have time to fix and complain it , because I didn’t have enough time to do it at the end of day. however, without parking issue, otherwise it was nice experience for me.

Parking sale, des détritus visibles depuis l'ascenseur, des portes qui claquent avec un bruit assourdissant (et cela résonne bcp dans un parking)

Réservation sur Internet qui n'a apparemment pas marché. Payé mais le parking n'a pas reconnu la plaque d'immatriculation. Obligé de prendre un ticket qui ne marchait pas aux bornes. Bureau fermé, je n'ai pas trouvé le personnel pouvant m'aider. Perdu 9€ de réservation

Fuimos en coche de alquiler, no pudimos introducir la matrícula en la reserva y cada vez que queríamos salir del aparcamiento teníamos que llamar por teléfono interior y explicarlo para que levantaran la barrera. Y en otro idioma. Fue incómodo. Por lo demás todo bien.

Le parking n’a pas reconnu mon immatriculation mais SURTOUT : c’est une fois garée que j’ai découvert qu’il fermait 2 h plus tard, donc samedi à 13h et qu’il n’était pas possible de récupérer ma voiture avant dimanche 21h…. J’aurais voulu ÊTRE PRÉVENUE car j’étais sur Tours pour faire plusieurs trajets en périphérie donc j’avais choisi cette solution de parking pour entrer et sortir librement et être sure d’avoir une place à chaque fois.
