When is the 2024 Daytona 500? Where can I get tickets? For how much?

In a matter of days, we’ll collectively turn the final page of the calendar and enter 2024, which in these parts can only mean one thing — we’re yet another step closer to the start of NASCAR's 76th season beginning with the 66th running of the Daytona 500.

That’s right, the the Great American Race draws ever nearer and of course, even more imminent is the Rolex 24 , scheduled for January 27 at Daytona International Speedway.

But the 500 won’t be far behind. The race is set for 2:30 p.m. on February 18 with a full week of festivities leading up to that including Daytona 500 qualifying, the Bluegreen Vacations Duel at Daytona and season openers in the ARCA Menards Series, the Craftsman Truck Series (Fresh From Florida 250) and the Xfinity Series (United Rentals 300).

The Daytona 500 is held at Daytona International Speedway, located at 1801 W International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach.

As reported weeks ago, the 2024 Daytona 500 is sold out.

You’re not going to let that stop you, are you?

Yes, it’s true that the time to purchase grandstand tickets or camping through the Daytona International Speedway box office has come and gone. And if you missed out, don’t be too hard on yourself. After all, never before in the modern era had a sellout been announced so early.

But where there’s a will, and a credit card, there’s a way. Which leads us to…

How can I get tickets to the Daytona 500?

As with any event in modern times, second-market tickets are available on several sites including SeatGeek, StubHub, TickPick and Gametime among others.

All four sites offer two- and four-day packages, Fanzone and parking add-ons and tickets to the rest of the week’s events.

How much are tickets to the 2024 Daytona 500?

Currently, the cheapest individual grandstand ticket can be found on Gametime for $135 with StubHub right behind at $136. SeatGeek, the official ticket marketplace partner of NASCAR, lists its cheapest ticket at $169 with TickPick’s cheapest grandstand seat going for $179.

What about the week’s other events?

Plenty of tickets still remain for qualifying, the Duel and the ARCA, Truck Series and Xfinity Series races through the track website at www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com .

Tickets for Daytona 500 qualifying are currently $20 apiece. General admission seating for the Bluegreen Vacations Duel, the Fresh From Florida 250 and an ARCA/Xfinity Series Saturday doubleheader all start at $49 apiece.
