Doesn’t work & login not the same as exotic login.

The app makes no sense. Asks for email used what I use for exotic logging with our membership and does not work. No option for forgot password and what not. Perhaps you should spend the money on fixing your website before adding an app that looks unfinished and not needed perhaps. The lady in seasides had this on their desk promoting it at the exotic club but as you can clearly see from app reading and the only review it does not work.

If in case a booking is cancelled/amended after the cancellation/amendment deadline, charges will be applicable. On acceptance of the charges, the booking will be cancelled/amended. A booking cancelled after the deadline date would attract a minimum 1 night (For hotels) to 100% charges as deemed by the supplier. Kindly be informed that the full refund will be made to the payment solution used initially by the customer upon cancelling a reconfirmed booking before the deadline date.

Refunds: Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from our supplier. Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless & until we receive an email in writing from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation and the supplier confirms in writing that a refund will apply to the un-utilized services. Refund requests will only be processed if received in writing within 30 days from the commencement date of the travel component. Refund requests for fully un-utilized services will be processed only when we receive the written request. A period of 10 to 45 days is required to process any refund requests. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed. Please note that refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

For Refund request on waiver of charges an appropriate document will be asked by Ottila to be submitted for processing the same with respective suppliers. Refund/s will be processed only for the services rendered and not for any inconvenience caused or additional cost incurred due to the non- availability of the service.

No Shows: No shows will attract 100% charges.

The Teotihuacan’s were among the first of Mexico’s major ancient civilizations, who began building their impressive capital near modern-day Mexico City in around 100 BC.

Without a doubt, the country’s most famous citizen was the Mayans , who thrived between 250 and 900 AD , when they built elaborate cities, invented a calendar system and produced written languages. A tour of Mexico often includes the well-preserved ruins of the cities and temples built in this historic era. This civilization is remembered for its pyramid temples and complex religious practices and their empire was centered in one geographical area covering all of the Yucatan Peninsula , modern-day Guatemala , Belize and parts of the Mexican states of Tabasco and Chiapas , as well as the western part of Honduras and El Salvador.

The size and organized nature of the civilization ensured that it was relatively secure and was able to flourish for an impressively long period of time. Sadly, the Maya empire collapsed around the 10th century, possibly due to overpopulation and exhaustion of natural resources, shortly followed by the rise of the later Aztec civilization. The turning point for the history of Mexico came in the early 16th-century , with the arrival of Spanish Conquistadors , who colonized and took over a large proportion of the Aztec empire, with much of the indigenous population facing devastation from the onslaught of European diseases.

Following on from the conquistadors, missionaries arrived later in the century and converted many of the indigenous to Catholicism , marking a move away from the ancient religions and practices of Mexico’s great civilizations. The country was renamed ‘ New Spain’ by the colonists and acted as an important base for further Spanish exploration in the Americas. During the following centuries, modern Mexican culture developed, especially in the areas of architecture, traditions, and identity. By the early 20th-century, the Mexican people were tired of the inequality that plagued their country and a 10-year revolution, between 1910 and 1920, resulted in a number of social reforms and eventually in the re-establishment of communal farming practices, an important part of Mexican heritage.

Today, it is clear that the struggles faced by the Mexican people have fostered a strong sense of national identity and a huge amount of pride in the people for their ancient roots. We stayed here is October 2009 for 2 weeks in a standard room, the room was nice and big and every room has a jacuzzi, which is big enough for 2. The rooms are a bit dated and we had a few problems with things not working that we had to report to reception. The food is amazing, the selection of food is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The beach is lovely, proper white sand and crystal clear sea. The only downside is the hotel is split, the hotel advertises that there is 7 swimming pools but you only get access to them if you have an upgraded room. For people staying in the standard rooms their is only 3 pools that you can use, 2 of which get very busy. Due to how busy these pools are you do have to get up very early to save a sunbed. If you are staying in a standard room you are given a blue towel where upgraded room guests get a brown towel, so you cant just sit by the upgraded room pools as the staff will ask you to move as you have the wrong colour towel. This does make the hotel feel divided even though you are allowed in all of the hotel. Upgraded guest are also allowed to reserve a table for dinner, which can mean you could be waiting a while for a table. The evening entertainment was really really good, you do need to get there early to get a seat but it is worth it! I would go back to this hotel but i would make sure i have an upgraded room as you get so much more with the upgraded room.

With large business group stayed 5 nights. Had a very good time but some things need vast improvement. The good: Service was top notch and prompt. The word No is not in their vocabulary. Note: Do tip the staff it is not expected but very appreciated. Grounds were immaculate. Spa is great with various packages from romantic to sport massages. The Royale has several restaurants from burgers to sushi. Italian restaurant was very good with portions and service. You do have to pay for premium wines which we thought was fine. Service was outstanding. Other favorite restaurant day or night was Jo Jo's. Varied menu with great drinks and service.. You do have to make reservations for dining. Preference is given to those staying in the Casitas. However, if you don't stay in the Casitas you are assigned a personal conseierge who will make them for you. If you go to the restaurants between 6pm and 7pm you should have no problem getting seated without a reservation. Swimming pools were extremely clean and fun. You can play water sports in some or relax in laid back atmosphere in others. Some reviewers wrote about the problem getting lounge chairs which we never experienced. I asked about this and was told you can get up early and reserve them pool side by placing a towel or book on them but never had to do this. One positive thing is no children under 18 are allowed. The avg. age seen during our stay was no younger than mid 20's through 70's. All bars in restaurants and pools offer drinks with premium liqour and for beer drinkers DOS XX beer only. Also non alcoholic drinks. Dress codes for dining list resort casual. They say no shorts, beach sandals etc. and strictly enforce this but they do not enforce this. Saw people dressed various ways... If you want a beach experience this is not the place. Beach small and is rocky and not really any swim area but you can lay out and enjoy the sights and sounds and waiters come frequently to offer drinks.... Now the negative. I cannot comment on the Casitas but we stayed in an upgraded room with a pool in the back. The pool was a nice touch but with all the large pools close we never used it. The room was roomy but dated and the walls paper thin. Every movement and conversation next to us and above could be heard. The beds were horrible. Hard as a rock. It seemed strange for such an expensive resort. Everyone in our group mentioned how uncomfortable they were. You would think with all the hotel mattress choices this would not be one the El Dorado would have picked. There was some construction noise as well as some sewer like order by our room. All these negatives can easily be resolved with some $$ investment and this place would be a 10.... We would go back to this resort but with some request to avoid the negatives I listed. You will have fun.

The resort was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The facility was first rate. The food was great and the service was great. We did tip our maid every day ($5.00 US). We did tip a few bar tenders to keep the drinks flowing. But the service was always great whether we tipped or not. We just figured that with the recession, the resort might be keeping back some extra on the "included tips" to help make ends meet. We had read some reviews about the small portions. When we felt like it, we just ordered more. Many times we order 3 appetizers- no problem. If we got a soup or other food we loved, we asked for another serving- no problem. We had an ocean front suite. While you could not see the ocean unless you stood up on the patio (we had a floor level suite), we were right next to the ocean and could enjoy the sound of waves crashing while resting in the hammock provided, no extra charge. Only two complaints- the first is that my wife and I both spent one day with the runs. We later learned that they make their own ice on site but on really hot days (and this happened around some really hot days), they bring in ice because their machines can't keep up. A few days later, when the weather cooled, we had no problem. The second complaint is that we used Lomas Travel (recommended by the resort) for private car transport to the resort and back to the airport. The problem is they kept calling us every morning at around 9:30 am ( we were asleep, of course, after enjoying their shows and night life) because we did not show up at some 9:00 am presentation and submit our return paperwork. On one called they threatened that if we didn't show up, then they wouldn't take us back to the airport. I complained to management who responded promptly and got a Lomas rep involved. I handed him the paper they had called for the last 2 mornings. He assured me in front of the the manager that we would not be called again. That lasted one 1 day. On our 4th day, at around the same time, we were asleep, the phone rang. It was Lomas. I went back to the manager and told him what happened. He was shocked as he was sitting next to me when the Lomas rep said we would not be called again. I told him if I was called again, I was going to his boss- we did not get another call. I have sent a detailed complaint directly to the Lomas website because I am a business man and I would want to know if my employees treated a client like we were treated. If I get a positive response (and I don't mean refund) I'll post it. If not, stay away from Lomas. My wife and I are already planning our next visit. A couple of side notes- we were not really bothered by time share hucksters. It did rain 3 days and the resort did a great job keeping activities going and making adjustments as needed. One day was a lightening storm and we got to watch, from our ocean front patio, lightening bolts shoot straight into the ocean. It was amazing. I guess that's it. Hope it helps the next traveler.

Wow! this hotel was fantastic. We had a great holiday despite some very heavy downpours (3Days worth) to be precise. We were a little concerned about the hotel since the most recent reviews did not give such positive feedback. Not so! from the moment you arrive in resort you are treated to 5 star service - and this remains during your whole stay. Our room which was in block 12 was central to the reception and restaurants and did not fail to please. The food was to die for and every meal was such a pleasure - if you had any special requests you just needed to ask and your needs would be met. We had no problems getting a table in the restaurants or finding sunbeds in the morning. We are frequent travellers and this was our favourite holiday destination. Special thanks to the concierges Francisco - Hector and Luisa nothing too much trouble for them - and to our tour rep Lee from First Choice. If you are looking to stay in a fantastic hotel then you won't be disappointed - we would certainly go again and recommend to others.

Myself and my now husband, arrived in Mexico with an open mind, as over the past 5months we had read very mixed reviews. The second we walked into reception we were amazed the lobby was beautiful, we were greated with a cold glass of champagne and fresh fruit on sticks! We were asked to pay a $500 dollar charge, but we just told them we had no card with us and agreed with a signature that all extra charged would be settled by cash before checkout. A bell boy straight away took us to our room it was block 9, and it was so central to restaurants,pools etc - first impressions.....loved the room (which is rare for myself as I usually pick up on something!) During our 2week stay we had a few problems in the room - musty smell in the fridge, were missing a hair dryer and the jacuzzi bath kept leaking at night, but as soon as we let the consierge know - they sorted it out within 10minutes! Personal favorite places to eat - The italian was our favorite - the food was out of this world - try the mushroom and saffron bisque, lobster lasagne and the fillet mignon!!! The candelit dinner on the beach was just amazing - Fernando is such an amazing waiter and try the lobster cappachino (no seriousley!) cockatols for breakfast is a must! can't beat marshmellows and chocolate fondue for breakfast with a glass of champagne....there is also a section with 5 different premium vodkas to make your own bloody mary! wasn't too impressed with room service, so only used it once, but it was well presented and still hot (luke warm in our opinion!) but if you do wish for hot food all you need is to ask your waiter when you first order. All staff were so amazing and polite but watch out for one guy who works at the pizza/burger place next to the main pool, there open till 5 but if you try and order after 4.30, he gets annoyed and tells you that you can only order pizza's ( i reported this to the consierge, and we were treated like royality after as they do not like to have anyone complain at this resort, and if something in your eyes is only ok, they will do everything they can to try and make it perfect! I have never seen any rubbish around the resort, nor a ciggerette dimp on the floor, there is sooo many ground staff who just keep the grounds looking imaculate! The drinks are very good here, no cheap stuff, but there is such a choice of vodka, just let the bar staff know which one you prefere. The beach isn't as amazing as one would have hoped for, as there is a line of "whales" (sand bags) protecting the beach, and it is a little rocky, but i recomend a solution - there are complimentary shuttle services to cancun on a tuesday and thursday 12-5 you get dropped off at luxuary mall - behind the mall is the most amazing beach I have ever seen with no sandbags! this is the main beach that are shared with all cancun hotels, but it is soooo big and enough room for everyone! Trips to consider - go to Xe Hal it is amazing especially if you love snorkeling and dolphines Don't waste your time at Cozumel ( again my opinion!) you just get hassled ,they just sell gifts and jewlerry which you can find half the price in cancun or playa del carmen, but it's worth a trip if you want to dine in the world's smallest hard rock cafe!!! and you get a half hour trip on a ferry - that's about it, they claim they have the 2nd largest reef in the world, but we saw ten times more species in the Maldives! Back at the hotel, the management saw the reviews and whilst we were over there, they were making more beds on the beaches, and there wasn't a day when we couldn't find 2beds on the beach, 2 beds by the pool, and one double fourposter bed to relax on! You may here people talking about time shares at this resort, but according to them it's joining an exotic hotel club, with very cheap rates, but a very expensive initial payment to join, all in all very enjoyable 2hour one to one seminar - no preassure, and either way even if you decline (which we did!) we still receieved a complimentary candleit meal on the beach, and a romantic half hour back massage on the beach for 2! which would be very expensive if you booked it! If you want a great drink ask for a "sexy mama!" the barman love it when you order it! The K team (entertainers) are amazing especially the one who says everything is - EXCELLENTE!!!! and its not hip hip horray in Mexico.....it's hip hip TEQUILLA!!!!!! Be sure to take advantage or the spa at the casistas the hydrotherpy pool is great! I could talk about this resort for hours as in my eyes, as a honeymoon couple we loved it, and the staff could not do any more for us, would deffiently return in the future, if anyone wants to ask us a question, please feel free.
