Im currently a SrA who is approaching my 4 year mark this September. I have been talking to my supervisor about a Mid-Tour Decoration as well as a Good Conduct medal. When I first arrived to my duty station over 3 years ago, I failed my first PT test. Passed the next one, and have had no issues since. I scored 4-5s on both my EPRs so far.
