Pasūtīto preci var atgriezt 14 dienu laikā bezmaksas, izmantojot Omniva pakomātu vai Omniva kurjera servisu. Bezmaksas preces atgriešanai izvēlaties tādu atgriešanas veidu, kādu bijāt izvēlējies preces piegādes veidu veicot pasūtījumu.

• Garantijas gadījumā mēs Jums nosūtīsim jaunu preci vai atgriezīsim naudu

Kārtība, kādā tiek pieteiktas pretenzijas un atgrieztas preces, kas neatbilst Jūsu prasībām

Saskaņā ar Patērētāju aizsardzības likumu, Jums ir tiesības iesniegt pretenziju 2 gadu laikā kopš preces saņemšanas. Defekts, kas radies pirmajos sešos mēnešos, var tikt uzskatīts par ražošanas defektu, defekta raksturu nosaka pārdevējs.

Ja defektam piemīt tehnoloģisks raksturs, tad Jums ir tiesības pieprasīt preces remontu, ja veikt remontu nav iespējams vai tas ir neefektīvs, tad Jums ir tiesības pieprasīt preci samainīt vai atgriezt naudu.

Ņemot vērā veselības un drošības noteikumus, ja esat iegādājies apģērbu vai kādu citu mazgājumu preci lūdzam pirms izsūtīšanas to izmazgāt atbilstoši apģērba prasībām. Netīru preci mēs nevaram pieņemt uz garantiju.

Kā atgriezt preci kam ir garantija:

Gadījumā, ja precei ir kādi defekti, Jums 2 mēnešu laikā jānosūta prece mums uz MySport veikalu Rīgā, Dārzciema ielā 60, zvanot pa tālruni +371  67563422 vai rakstot uz [email protected] . Sūtījumam klāt pieliekot rakstisko iesniegumu ar sekojošiem datiem:

• Jūsu vārds uzvārds un kontaktinformācija;
• Pretenzijas pieteikšanas datums;
• Defekta apraksts
• Pieteiktās prasības MySport uzņēmumam;
• Pirkumu apliecinošs dokuments (ja iespējams, pielikt rēķina kopiju).

Minētais iesniegums jānosūta ne vēlāk kā divu mēnešu laikā kopš defekta atklāšanas. Gadījumā, ja netiek ievērots iepriekš minētais termiņš (nepamatota kavēšanās), Jūs zaudējat tiesības uz bezmaksas remontu vai detaļu nomaiņu.

Gadījumā, ja pieprasījums attiecībā uz bojāto preci tiek apstiprināts, Jums tiks atmaksāta samaksātā nauda par preci.

MySport SIA nav atbildīgs par:

• Preces bojājumiem, kas radās klienta vainas dēļ vai nepareizas kopšanas rezultātā;
• Par defektiem, kas radušies sakarā ar nepareizu produkta izmantošanu;
• Par dabisku fizisku nolietojumu, kas radies preces lietošanas laikā.
