PewDiePieâs House in Brighton: Where YouTube Royalty Calls Home
In the world of YouTube and internet stardom, few names shine as brightly as PewDiePie. With millions of subscribers, a massive net worth, and a career that has redefined the meaning of online celebrity, PewDiePie is a household name for the digital age. But what about his own household? With his charismatic personality and captivating content, itâs no surprise that PewDiePie and his wife, Marzia Kjellberg, have carved out a unique lifestyle that stretches from the heart of Japan to the picturesque city of Brighton, England.
Inside PewDiePieâs house
Where Does PewDiePie Live Now?
While weâd love to provide you with the exact address of PewDiePieâs Brighton abode, itâs important to respect his privacy. However, what we can reveal is that the house is located in a picturesque neighborhood that reflects PewDiePieâs preference for a quieter life outside the spotlight. Brighton itself is known for its vibrant culture, scenic beaches, and welcoming community.
Inside PewDiePieâs House
If youâve been keeping tabs on their social media, you might have noticed that PewDiePie and his wife have been firmly rooted in the U.K. They donât share any information of their location and their house because they had been robbed in Japan. But from what we could find on their social media accounts, we know something about the interior of their Brighton house. In PewDiePieâs bedroom the walls are painted in a warm brown color and the floor is covered in light-colored tiles that match the wall color. In front of the door is an armoire or wardrobe made from white-painted wood with intricate carvings on its doors.

In the center of the bedroom is a large bed, covered in white linens and topped with several pillows. On top of the bed lies an adorable stuffed animal, adding to the inviting atmosphere of this space. To one side of the bed is a nightstand with a lampshade on top, while on the other side there is some cabinetry for storage. The flooring appears to be wood-paneled or laminate, while overhead hangs an elegant lampshade that adds additional light to this comfortable room.
The kitchen in PewDiePieâs house has white cabinets and a wood countertop. The cabinets have gold handles, and the countertop is cluttered with various items such as a wooden folding chair, plant in a pot, group of white pots with green leaves, roll of toilet paper with flower growing on it, and group of fruit in crates. In the center there is an oven range top which has several knobs for controlling heat settings. On the right side there is also a sink area with a tap and cupboard underneath. Above this are two shelves filled with kitchen appliances such as microwave ovens and small appliances like toasters or blenders. There are also drawers located below the countertop that can be used for storing utensils or other items needed in the kitchen.

And for the living room, there is a black and white couch. To one side of the couch is an armrest that extends to form part of the back cushioning for extra comfort. In front of it are two windows covered by light-colored curtains that hang from above in graceful folds. A vase filled with flowers sits atop a low table between them, adding some color to this otherwise neutral space. This inviting scene is completed by some linens draped over an armchair nearby, creating an atmosphere perfect for relaxation and restful evenings spent at home with family or friends.

Other Places Where PewDiePie Has Lived
Throughout his life and career, PewDiePie has had the opportunity to call various places home. Notably, he has shared glimpses of his early years in Sweden, where he grew up and spent his childhood in two or three different locations. Although specific details about these residences are scarce, they undoubtedly played a pivotal role in shaping the person and content creator he is today.

In addition to his Swedish roots and his UK residence, PewDiePieâs intriguing journey also includes a significant chapter in Japan. The content creator and his wife, Marzia Kjellberg, made waves when they embarked on a new adventure by moving to Japan. This East Asian destination provided a fresh backdrop for their content and an opportunity for cultural immersion. While the details of their Japanese residence remain undisclosed, the Kjellbergsâ time in Japan was marked by a blend of exploration, fascination with the countryâs unique culture, and a love for its vibrant cities. Despite some initial challenges, such as the burglary incident that occurred shortly after their arrival, the coupleâs commitment to their Japanese experience was evident, and their time in this enchanting land left an indelible mark on their journey.

PewDiePie: From Pokimane to Justin Bieber, YouTuber rates celebrity houses
TOKYO, JAPAN: YouTube has truly revolutionized the entertainment sector letting ordinary people turn themselves into global celebrities. Thanks to their millions of subscribers and lucrative business partnerships, many YouTubers have managed to accumulate significant wealth, enabling them to lead comfortable lives that often include purchasing lavish properties.
Felix Kjellberg, better known online as PewDiePie , recently set out to review the homes of well-known YouTube personalities in a number of videos. So, keep reading to know about his comments on everyone from Pokimane to Justine Bieber.
1. Pokimane
Imane Anys, popularly known as Pokimane, is a Moroccan-Canadian YouTuber and Twitch streamer. She is mainly known for her Twitch live streams, where she broadcasts video games like 'League of Legends' and 'Fortnite'. While watching her house tour video, PewDiePie remarked, âThis is so girly, how can I judge this?â And went on to say that her display setup was really âuncomfortableâ and that everything was so far away. As PewDiePie was not very impressed with her house, he refrained from rating it.
2. Justin Bieber
Canadian singer Justin Drew Bieber is renowned for his ability to mix musical genres and for having a significant global impact on contemporary popular music. PewDiePie recently reviewed his tour bus during his 'Rating YouTubers House Tours' series. âWhat am I looking at? I donât know I hate it,â PewDiePie said, analyzing Bieberâs tour bus video. He was impressed by the fake fireplace, which was put in place to make the bus more aesthetic, as well as its bedroom. PewDiePie was especially surprised when he noticed a sauna on Bieber's tour bus, and said, âHe has more storage in his bathroom than I do.â
3. Jeffree Star
The founder and proprietor of Jeffree Star Cosmetics is YouTuber, cosmetics artist, and former singer-songwriter Jeffree Star. The studio album 'Beauty Killer' was released by Star in 2009 and included songs like 'Lollipop Luxury' featuring Nicki Minaj. Currently, Star is well-known for being a beauty content creator on YouTube and has owned several lavish homes in the past few years.
âThe feeling of this room is awful. The lining is terrible. This doesnât feel homely,â PewDiePie said while reviewing the house. He went on to add, âOkay that's the kitchen, I hate it. I like simple Kitchens not these brown s**t that people have.â Overall he was not impressed with the house and placed it in the âEâ tier.
4. Emma Chamberlain
The 2018 Streamy Award for 'Breakout Creator' went to podcaster, businesswoman, model, and YouTuber Emma Frances Chamberlain. In her sophomore year in high school, Chamberlain experienced what she described as an extreme depression episode that left her feeling as though she had no interests outside of her demanding academic schedule. As a result, she decided to create a YouTube channel.
PewDiePie said, âI seriously like it though. Itâs really nice. I like the space too, it's really cool,â while watching her house tour video. He added that it is perhaps the best house he had reviewed until then and thought that it seemed like a good investment for Chamberlain. He rated it at the top by placing her in the âSâ tier.
Pewdiepie gives a Minecraft house tour to his viewers
Pewdiepie gives a Minecraft house tour to his viewers: PewDiePie has once again dived back into Minecraft and this time he gave his fans a tour of his revealed impressive Minecraft world. The main attraction that attracted everyone was the expansive eastern-themed palace which according to Pewdiepie is inspired by the Fire Nation in Avatar.
PewDiePie is known for his Minecraft gameplay and after a brief hiatus from the game, he is back now playing it. He has built up many detailed projects in the past which has surpassed the expectations of many fans. As Pewdiepie gave his fans a âhouse tourâ of his Minecraft world, there were a lot of exciting things for everyone to see. Automated farms, an automatic sorting system, and various other features could be seen in his palace.

Pewdiepie shows off his villainous-looking palace with advanced features
Apart from looking like the boss lair of some game, his palace can be considered as a treat for the eyes. With a red and orange mixture along with shroomlight, there are arches, moats, bridges, and other grand structures that one would expect in such a building. Still, the most eye-catching feature was his automatic sorting system. This allows him to dump his resources or chests, which are then sorted out to be sent to their respective storage item box through connected pipelines. He also provided a demo where viewers can see the items moving from one location to another through the system.
The palace also has a network of a pumpkin farm, a melon farm, a carrot farm, a beetroot farm, a creeper farm, a sheepskin farm, and much more stacked on top of one another. These are also semi-automatic and has a plethora of villagers who manage an intricate trade system present here.
The final part of the tour was his ânether castleâ. He has connected it to his mansion via a nether portal. PewDiePie told everyone that he is proud of the work that he has done to build this Minecraft world and is satisfied with the results. There are still some details that he still wants to add to them but the project is almost complete. He joked about how âCringe YouTubers do actual house tours. Real YouTubers do Minecraft house tours,â as he shared everything with his fans.

PewDiePie and Wife Marzia Move to Their New House in Japan
PewDiePie and his wife Marzia have finally moved to Japan two and a half years after announcing their plans to move. The YouTuber shared the news with a vlog titled â It finally happened! â which he uploaded on May 9, 2022.Â
PewDiePie documented the arduous process of securing their Visas and relevant documents to move to another country. And though the video showed how troublesome the process could be, the most troublesome matter was still flying with their pets.
PewDiePie had to go the extra mile just to ensure his two pugs could fly with him. As all the airlines only allowed the dogs to weigh under 8 kgs when put inside the cabin, he had to travel in a private jet.
He explained his reason for the decision, saying he didnât want to risk his dogs having any difficulties, especially because pugs already had trouble breathing normally.
The video also captured many emotional moments for the couple, including meeting their friends for the last time in the UK.

Another touching moment documented was when PewDiePie and Marzia finally made it to their home in Japan. He thanked everyone who had been supportive of his decision to move throughout the years.
âFor so long, we doubted if we could even make this move and we went through all the ups and downs. Obviously itâs been a really long journey but I just really really appreciate everyone who was supportive of us going,â he said.
âJust meant a lot that people were cheering for us, you know. I just want to say thanks. I really appreciate it⊠Canât wait for the next chapter of our lives.â
PewDiePieâs Move to Japan Was Delayed for over Two Years
PewDiePie first announced he was moving to the Land of the Rising Sun back in 2019 after sharing he had bought a house there.
It didnât surprise his fans, as the YouTuber had expressed his love for Japan frequently in the past. He had also been there multiple times, many of which he documented in several vlog series.
Unfortunately, his plans were delayed by almost two and a half years because of the pandemic.Â
PewDiePie gave an update on his plans through a video uploaded on December 29, 2021. He explained that Japan had closed all its borders because of the global pandemic and how that had made getting a Business Visa near impossible.
âEven just making the choice to move there was really difficult,â he noted. âWe obviously would be leaving everything that we built here behind, all these amazing friends, but we just felt like we really wanted to take on this adventure while weâre still young.â
PewDiePieâs House in Japan Was Robbed
Many things happened during the two and a half years, including his house in the Land of the Rising Sun getting robbed. Marzia talked about it in an Instagram Live.
Marzia revealed her and PewDiePie's house in Japan was robbed. (Source: Instagram )
âOur house was broken into and they took 90% of my valuables, from my jewelry, to luxury goods and special items Iâve been collecting over the years. Itâs all gone,â she wrote.
PewDiePie also addressed the robbery in a YouTube video. There, he revealed he learned of the news at an unfortunate time as he and his wife had just dealt with their house in the UK flooding.
Explaining that he didnât want the video to be too negative, he spent the rest of the video watching âblessed imagesâ on Reddit.
Explore Gothic revivalist architecture of the Green-Meldrim House and St Johnâs Church
May brings warmer weather and a special double tour to Savannah. Tucked into the tree-covered west side of Madison Square is St. Johnâs Church and the Green-Meldrim House. Both are independently open for tours, but on Wednesdays in May, visitors will be able to get a special tour of both.
The tour will guide people through both Gothic Revivalist buildings with special attention to the unique architectural details, the history, and the symbolism, followed by refreshments of cheese straws, Benne wafer cookies, lemon blueberry poundcake, and pimento cheese sandwiches.
This is a step in a new direction for the Green-Meldrim House. The historic home was purchased by St. Johnâs Church in 1943, and while it is used as a parish house and rectory, it was eventually opened as a house museum.
Jamie Credle, who is no stranger to Savannahâs historic house museums, having previously worked with the Davenport House, took over as executive director in July of last year. A few months later, the house museum reached nonprofit status, and Sherry Holtzclaw stepped up as president of the Keepers of Historic Green-Meldrim House.
âI'd say [the idea to start the nonprofit] came out of the vestry, which is the group that runs the church,â said Holtzclaw. âSeeing that our volunteer base was shrinking as people were getting older, more young people are working and don't have the time to volunteer, and it's a lot of upkeep to keep this house heated and cooled and in repair, as well as to lead tours, it was just getting to be a big job that we needed some help with.â
Holtzclaw said she has been a member of St. Johnâs for around 30 years and has volunteered at the house for approximately 20 years in various roles.
Both Holtzclaw and Credle are excited to expand resident and visitor appreciation of the Green-Meldrim House and St. Johnâs Church as well as what all the historic house museum can offer.
âIt's an evolutionary process,â said Credle. âThe Keepers have a wealth of understanding of collections and research, but I think that the whole point was to get in lockstep together with what we think the future can be.â
New docents will be leading the tours
After several months of recruiting and training new docents to build upon the core of docents, Credle said it was the perfect time to try a new tour.
âOne of our goals for the year is to be open five days a week. We're open four now, but we also wanted to do something imaginative or different than your typical tour. A lot of people would love to see the church, and we've got our docents so this combo tour seemed like filling a need.â
Credle said she hopes the 75-minute tour will leave people with a new appreciation for Madison Square and gothic revival architecture.
âThough it seems sort of old to us, this was cutting-edge architecturally. We talk about mid-century modern in the 20th century. Well, this was mid-century modern in the 19th century. It was a stunning thing to see both this house and the church together, two different architects, two different functions for spaces, but a cutting-edge square here.â
âPlus, they were being built at the same time,â said Holtzclaw. âCharles Green [the original owner of the Green-Meldrim House] knew some of the people that were in on the planning of the church. So there probably was some interaction and collaboration when all this was happening.â
While the house is stunning from its bright pink exterior to the black, white, and wood-grained interior, Holtzclaw said the church is equally impressive.
âOne of the first things you notice when you go in the church, besides the architecture and the steep ceiling, is the stained-glass windows and how beautiful they are. Theyâre very old. They're from 1886 and made in England. They feature prominently in the church. Also, up at the altar, there are some very interesting pieces up there. We'll talk about not only the architecture but some of the symbolism.â
Itâs important to note that, for anyone with mobility issues, there is a ramp into the church, but there is no ramp or elevator in the Green-Meldrim House.
For those who fall in love with the tours and want to help in the future, Credle said they are looking for more docents, front-door greeters, and gift shop volunteers. The museum also has a youth guide program.
âWe're training teenagers this summer to be tour guides. Itâs a wonderful skill. It could be after their daytime job if they have that.â
Anyone interested need only reach out to the museum through its website.
Tours are each Wednesday in May starting on the first and ending on the 29th. There will be two tours each afternoon at 1 and 2:30 p.m. except on May 8th at 2 and 4 p.m. Entry is $25 per person and will need to be purchased prior to the event at GreenMeldrimHouse.org.
More new things are on the way for the Green-Meldrim House. Credle said the museum is also planning for new tours and a lecture series in the fall. It will be interesting to see the evolution of the museum with the Keepers of Historic Green-Meldrim House and the museumâs new executive director at the helm.

WNBA Superstar Caitlin Clark’s Salary Can’t Afford the Average American Houseâbut Here’s What She Can Buy
Basketball supernova Caitlin Clark owned March and all its wonderful madness.
From coast to coast, fans tuned in to watch the basketball phenom break record after record as she and her team, the Iowa Huskers, battled their way to the national championship.
Though the Huskers ultimately lost to the undefeated South Carolina Gamecocks, the loss did nothing to dim Clark’s superstar wattage. The guard went No. 1 in the WNBA draft to the Indiana Fevers on April 15.
Like so many college grads before her, the Iowa native will now have to find a place to live in Indianapolis , close to her new job, which pays precisely $76,535.
While that’s a decent sum for someone so young, these five figures pale in comparison with the starting salaryâan incredible $12 million âof Victor Wembanyama , the first pick in last year’s NBA draft.
In fact, although the former Iowa guard lifted the game of women’s basketball to new heights, her starting salary for her first year of going pro doesn’t quite cut it in today’s housing market. (Clark did earn close to $3 million during college in name, image, and licensing deals, but we’re focusing on her post-collegiate salary here.)
In the U.S., real estate list prices hit a median of $424,900 in March. That, coupled with rising mortgage rates, means the average American (and new homebuyers like Clark) need to make an annual income of $86,100 to snag a median-priced home (not counting tax and insurance), according to the latest data from Realtor.comÂź .
What can No. 22 afford on her starting salary?
So, with her new salary, what home can the woman who dominated courts and inspired a new generation of fans afford to buy?
According to the Realtor.com affordability calculator , Clark should target homes priced between $317,401 and $363,700 for a range that won’t stretch her budget.
To help Clark, we did a deep dive into Indianapolis real estate to help find the recent grad new digs. Since this is her just-out-of-college home, like most young homebuyers, she’d be looking at a starter home , typically with two bedrooms and at least one bath. Here’s what we dug up.
A home near work
The Indiana Fevers play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.
Like every potential homeowner, Clark must think about her work commute. Sure, her job takes place on the hard court in front of thousands of fans. Still, Clark’s an athlete, and she might want to walk to work.
Currently, only five homes in the area fit within her budget, including this home at 831 N California St , for sale for $324,900.
(Realtor.com)
A home near 18 holes
When Clark moves to Indiana, she’ll pack not just basketballs but golf balls as well. It turns out, the player loves to sink putts almost as much as she sinks baskets, and she plays golf several times a week. Her love of this other ballgame makes the neighborhood of Devon, which boasts a top golf course, a good choice.
Currently, two homes in Devon fit in Clark’s budget, including this house at 5317 Ladywood Knoll Pl for sale for $225,000.
A home near other young professionals
At 22, Clark is just getting started and likely wants to hang with people her own age. If that’s the case, she should check out North Central, where there are loads of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
Another reason the 6-foot-tall player might want to consider the area? She can afford a whopping eight homes here, like this one at 2927 Boulevard Pl for sale for $300,000.
A home near the river
The area of Broad Ripple is known for cute bungalows and an esplanade along the White River, which snakes through the neighborhood. On her days off, Clark could even rent a kayak to explore the waterway or mosey over to the local farmers market.
Clark can afford 18 homes (!) hereâincluding 6438 N Park Ave for sale for $325,000âmaking this a neighborhood she should seriously consider.
A home near A-listers
In addition to Clark’s WNBA salary and endorsement deals, she is also rumored to be close to securing a $20 million endorsement deal with Nike.
With this eight-figure deal in mind, we found a fitting home in Eagle Creek: 5101 Green Braes East Dr for sale for $5,500,000.
