BUT not happy about them acting as though it was some impossible chore to warranty replace my Scubapro fins that cracked in the hinge. Story I was given was it couldn't happen without a receipt. My brother had same fins and got replacement in FL without receipt. So I took them to Denver Divers and got instant warranty replacement…WITH NO RECEIPT. Difference was a desire to help me and willingness to cintact the Scubapro rep. Also, Brian refused to service a piece of my equipment stating only that it was damaged but not explaining what or how. Took that into Denver Divers and they inspected, serviced and returned to me fully functional. We had a last-minute change in our party to swap in one person for another. The first day wasn’t really my day, I almost gave up as I have a claustrophobic and being underwater makes me feel trapped, I was behind from the others. Erin helped me on my 2nd day to catch up on some checklist that I left behind from the day 1. She is really great and amazing, I can see that she is very passionate as a Scuba Diving instructor. Because of her, I overcame my fear and start trusting my air s ource:) Now I can’t wait for my next dive to get my open water!! August 13, 2021, 1:29 am I hate to leave bad reviews but if you are just looking around the shop don'g expect they will welcome you unless you plan to book a trip or join a course with them. I came here couple times I even did my scuba refresher here but still got that 'meh' customer service, however I spent money there. Last time I came here when I tried to change battery for my Suunto. And 2 of the lady especually the young one in a cashier, was look at me in the eye like “You sure you have money to fix this?” I le ft. I went to A1 Scuba. Greenwood Village, CO -- ( SBWIRE ) -- 01/22/2015 -- One World Dive and Travel, formerly known as Underwater Phantaseas South, is now offering certified scuba diving lessons. The company has designed a PADI discover scuba program to let learners experience the thrill of scuba diving. The instructors at the company guide students through the basic techniques and equipment required for underwater diving. They have a protected warm water indoor pool where training is held for first timers. Proper guidance is provided during sessions. Scuba diving in Colorado Springs is one of the easiest, safest and most adventurous activities. With the company's training, one can have this experience conveniently. After a brief orientation, the course starts under water for one to one and a half hours and includes much fun and thrill. Talking more about the scuba diving lessons and safety, one of the representatives of One World Dive & Travel stated, "Whether it be a pre-dive check to make sure everything is working before your next trip, or annual maintenance, our experienced staff will make sure your gear is tuned and ready for your underwater adventure. Our staff of certified technicians has been trained by many of the leading manufacturers, ensuring quality service from start to finish." One World Dive & Travel has been providing the Denver area with industry leading scuba equipment, worldwide travel  opportunities, and exceptional customer service for over 20 years. After trading in our business suits for bathing suits, we completed thousands of dives, certified hundreds of students, and learned about the dive industry first hand in the Caribbean where we enjoyed living and diving in some of the best locations in the world (including Cayman, St. John, and Turks & Caicos). Returning to Colorado to explore stateside dive centers, we purchased Underwater Phantaseas, South in 1996, outgrowing our facility within 3 years of business in that location. In 1999, we moved from our building on Belleview Avenue to our current location at Clinton Court where we have one of the largest dedicated dive training pools in Colorado, along with two fully digitized classrooms, and over 3000 square feet of retail space. Our passion for diving and underwater adventure has grown throughout the years as we share our enthusiasm with our students and fellow divers on a daily basis. As experts in arranging and escorting unforgettable scuba travel experiences, we're continually adding new group diving trips to our exciting itinerary, as well as engaging scuba enthusiasts via our social media presence.  With the highest level of customer service available anywhere in the industry, along with qualified repair services, diving rental gear, and one of the largest selections of brand name scuba and snorkeling equipment in the region, we're Colorado's premiere destination for anyone interested in underwater exploration!
