No maps we’re available for passengers - no signs telling you where to get the bus from cruise pier - found out there were cheaper rates elsewhere

The service was punctual; bus very nice and clean. We also realized that you could buy tickets on spot. It's located right where the port shuttle drops you off from your cruise ship.

The gentleman "directing" us at the Bruges drop off/pick up spot was great. Information about where to get picked up, and where we'd get dropped off, was very much lacking.

Great service to Bruges. Location to pick up coach is very close and easy to find. Price cheaper than buying ticket with cruise ship.

We left on the first bus in the morning and everything went well. Staff was friendly. They dropped us off where they said instructed us when the busses would be leaving for the afternoon return and everything was good. We returned at 3:15 for the final 3:30 bus. When we arrived we asked the gentleman who had helped us in the morning where we would meet the bus. He pointed us to the flagged spot on the curb. When we got there there were 15-20 people waiting who had tried to take the 3:00 P.M. bus which was too full so they were waiting for the 3:30. At 3:45 15 minutes after our scheduled leave time someone pointed out the bus had parked a few hundred yards away. There were now at least 60 people waiting. We ran over to the new spot and they told us the bus was full. This was the last bus of the day and at this point our ship’s all aboard was only 45 minutes away. We ended up shoving people on every nook and cranny of that bus probably over 100 people on the bus. One passenger insisted we go back to the original place they had told us to wait were we picked up a few more people and we all got to know our neighbors very well. We made it back to the port 4 minutes before our all aboard time and we were among the last group to make the ship. Either they don’t have enough buses to meet demand or have poor planning with counting the people yet to return but the company was not prepared to have everyone returned the ship on time. Taxis were at least 50 Euros each way. We we told about this service and it is a terrific choice. The bus is waiting just a few steps outside the terminal (Although it is around the corner and the signage could be better). The trip was fast and comfortable. One caveat - you are dropped off in a parking lot outside of town and its about a 20 minute walk into town. Also we had to wait a small amount of time on either end for stragglers. Booked in advance in the UK for £18 but you can pay on the day. Literally come out of the the terminal building to left and left again and it’s across the road. The shuttle goes on and half past the hour and takes about 20 mins. Both times we have been aloud to wait on the coach. The best bit is you get given a booklet of coupons and one gives you 3 Euros of a Canal Cruise which was really good. So if you want to do this it means that you shuttle ticket is really only about £15.50, the cruise ship wanted £35 for their own shuttle service. We went on the 9.30 bus and came back at 15.00. This is popular (thanks I suspect to TripAdvisor) so we had a line to check in and waited about 45 minutes to get a bus to Bruges. Then the bus dropped us off (and picked us up later) about 30-45 minutes walking from the central part of Bruges. We enjoyed the walk and are reasonably healthy but this was stressful for some people. You really have to check out the look of the bus too since the bus area is busy and our bus was in the very back of the lot. If you want to get into the city more directly, then I would recommend gathering 4 people and taking a taxi (but be sure to arrange a pick up at a designated time). There was a huge line and the attendant only accepted guests to wait who purchased tickets online because they were already Sold Out. WOW! We left on the first bus in the morning and everything went well. Staff was friendly. They dropped us off where they said instructed us when the busses would be leaving for the afternoon return and everything was good. We returned at 3:15 for the final 3:30 bus. When we arrived we asked the gentleman who had helped us in the morning where we would meet the bus. He pointed us to the flagged spot on the curb. When we got there there were 15-20 people waiting who had tried to take the 3:00 P.M. bus which was too full so they were waiting for the 3:30. At 3:45 15 minutes after our scheduled leave time someone pointed out the bus had parked a few hundred yards away. There were now at least 60 people waiting. We ran over to the new spot and they told us the bus was full. This was the last bus of the day and at this point our ship’s all aboard was only 45 minutes away. We ended up shoving people on every nook and cranny of that bus probably over 100 people on the bus. One passenger insisted we go back to the original place they had told us to wait were we picked up a few more people and we all got to know our neighbors very well. We made it back to the port 4 minutes before our all aboard time and we were among the last group to make the ship. Either they don’t have enough buses to meet demand or have poor planning with counting the people yet to return but the company was not prepared to have everyone returned the ship on time. We had prebooked tickets and were put in a que for prebooked tickets, however, it seems if you are paying on the day you had preferential boarding than those pre booked. We were made to wait a lot longer than the people paying on the day. Maybe it was because they had already had our money but I was not happy. Shuttle bus direct from cruise ship to port office. Turn left and very short walk to exchange our vouchers for coach tickets. Then waited in waiting room until coach arrived. Every 1/2 hour on the hour. Coach took us to the coach park and we enjoyed a 15 minute walk through a lovely park to the town centre. We caught the coach back from the same drop off spot, no need to book an exact time - they run every 1/2 hour. Very efficient, good value, would definitely recommend. Taxis were at least 50 Euros each way. We we told about this service and it is a terrific choice. The bus is waiting just a few steps outside the terminal (Although it is around the corner and the signage could be better). The trip was fast and comfortable. One caveat - you are dropped off in a parking lot outside of town and its about a 20 minute walk into town. Also we had to wait a small amount of time on either end for stragglers. Booked in advance in the UK for £18 but you can pay on the day. Literally come out of the the terminal building to left and left again and it’s across the road. The shuttle goes on and half past the hour and takes about 20 mins. Both times we have been aloud to wait on the coach. The best bit is you get given a booklet of coupons and one gives you 3 Euros of a Canal Cruise which was really good. So if you want to do this it means that you shuttle ticket is really only about £15.50, the cruise ship wanted £35 for their own shuttle service. We went on the 9.30 bus and came back at 15.00. This is popular (thanks I suspect to TripAdvisor) so we had a line to check in and waited about 45 minutes to get a bus to Bruges. Then the bus dropped us off (and picked us up later) about 30-45 minutes walking from the central part of Bruges. We enjoyed the walk and are reasonably healthy but this was stressful for some people. You really have to check out the look of the bus too since the bus area is busy and our bus was in the very back of the lot. If you want to get into the city more directly, then I would recommend gathering 4 people and taking a taxi (but be sure to arrange a pick up at a designated time). I was grateful to have made arrangements for Cruise Express, which I found out about on Trip Advisor, way in advance before our cruise. When we arrived in Zeebrugge, the ship provided a free shuttle out of the Port and it was easy to find Cruise Express buses near the Parking lot. There was a huge line and the attendant only accepted guests to wait who purchased tickets online because they were already Sold Out. WOW! Our party was able to exchange our e-tickets for the round trip ticket and get on the bus to Bruges! The other thousands of passengers hailed taxis or walked to the train station. The service was good and the bus was comfortable. It was easy to meet the driver at the same exact place where he dropped us off for the return back to Zeebrugge. Complete chance that we found the correct one. Shame as would be 5 stars if this bit was good, because its really cheap compared to the cruise rip-off transfer (£20 return instead of 55) and only a short walk to centre.
