Delivery to our London Branch

Once your currency order has been processed in our main cash centre it will be delivered to the central London branch.

Ready for Collection

Once your travel money order is in branch, you will be notified by email that your currency is ready for pick up. Please remember to bring with you your payment card (if you opted to pay by debit or credit card) and your photographic proof of ID (either a photographic drivers license or passport will suffice) Please remember you cannot collect on behalf of someone else and an electronic signature will also be taken upon collection at branch.

Although being a branch operation in London, we have heard far too long from customers who had to wait days for foreign currency to arrive at their banks or foreign exchange bureau for currency to arrive and also at a terrible rate of exchange.

We wanted to provide a quick and seamless solution for customers to be able to buy the currency that they need online, fix the exchange rate and simply pay with a payment card or bank transfer. We could then ensure the currency would be ready for them to collect as early as later in the afternoon or the next working day.

The solution is live, you can now order your currency quickly and easy online and arrange a collection at our branch on a day that suits you. The currency order will get processed by our cash centre which is then sent directly to our branch. Once we have received the package in the branch, we can then release this to you with photographic ID and please also bring the payment card that you paid with.

Where is your click and collect branch located?

Why should I consider using the travel money click and collect service from Sterling FX compared to walking in branch?

Although our branch does hold most currencies in stock, in some cases, if there are fast moving currencies, we cannot always guarantee that stock will be available. Therefore, by placing a click and collect currency order, we will ensure that you receive the currency that you require with the complete amount that is needed. All with a fixed low cost exchange rate. Simple!

How quickly can I receive my click and collect currency order?

You can receive your click and collect currency order as early as later in the afternoon, if your order is placed in the morning, or the next working day for collection from our central London branch in W2. Please note we must have cleared funds before being able to process your order in our cash centre.

I have placed a click and collect order but I cannot collect it on the day that I have selected. Will it be available for me to collect the following day?

Yes certainly, if you are not able to collect your travel money on the day you have specified, you will still be able to collect it the following day.

A brand new ACE-FX location has just opened up at London Bridge Station. The new branch will be our fourth in London, and will allow us to better serve our customers with more choices in how and where to fulfill their currency needs.

Why We Chose London Bridge Station

Everyone at ACE-FX is very excited to be a part of the new station redevelopment project, as well.  This is a thrilling time to be at London Bridge Station, since the total renovation and redesign is truly impressive and will make a huge impact on the millions who pass through here every day. This is the fourth busiest station in the entire country, and the redesign will allow for more trains to enter every day.  That means better connections, many more services, and a beautiful space we can all be proud of. It will now be easier for commuters to transfer between rail and bus, as well as bus and Rail.  The new station will also feature new escalators as well as lifts, resulting more options for passengers to navigate the area.

Customers Will Love the Retail Arcade, Now Open for Business

The brand new ACE-FX store is part of a redevelopment of the retail environment at London Bridge Station.  Retail neighbours include:

The Retail Arcade Was Designed With You in Mind

Architect Renzo Piano, winner of the Pritzker Prize, designed the new retail spaces with customers in mind.  The floor-to-ceiling glazing is spectacular, and no two retail spaces are alike. Mr. Piano is architect of The Shard, or London Bridge Tower.  It's Europe's tallest building and it's firmly anchored by London Bridge Station.  We're so thrilled to be working out of such an important and famous building, and we think you will be pleased to shop here, too. The tree-lined piazza is a thoughtfully-designed open space for pedestrians, designed for the quick movement of visitors.  If you visit our new store, check it out and enjoy the beauty of Mr. Piano's famous work.
