We are totally satisfied with our trip to Hanoi!

My main advisor for this trip was Fin. He’s very helpful throughout the whole process right from the start when I first booked the trip with the agency. I was trying to do a free and easy trip…

I was trying to do a free and easy trip and chance upon Travel Sense Asia. Decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprise to make the whole booking via WhatsApp with no hassle. Great Experience !

Lucy was very responsive and helpful in assisting to plan out travel itinerary for a week in Hanoi and Sapa as per our requests . She also made an effort to meet us upon arrival at the airport and accompanied us to our lodging . Just a little unfortunate that the hotel in Hanoi was below expectations and we couldn't make a change as it was the weekend But still great experience overall Thanks!

Northern Vietnam

Offered a very good professional service by Ms. Lucy. New year in Hanoi

Lucy did a fantastic job in arranging the hotel accommodation, tours and drivers. We found the itinerary interesting and well organised. Lucy had also offered to change the pagoda which due to religious reasons did not want to visit to the bird park. She was also very attentive to our queries and very prompt in her replies. She even offered to help us to book or reserve our countdown restaurants, though they were fully booked due to short notice. Nonetheless we had a fantastic countdown and buffet at our hotel! Lucy is very helpful and relatable agent and also shared tips to make our stay more pleasant. The drivers were punctual and our tour guides were knowledgeable and experienced. The drivers were timely and safety concious, the guides had an indepth knowledge and described very well each site visited. From the History to present day, including some of the chaslenges faced. Memorable family trip to northern Vietnam.

We went for seven days family tour around northern Vietnam, organised by Travel Sense Asia. We visited to Hanoi, Sapa and Halong bay cruise. Great hospitality from the locals, food was great, views were spectacular. We didn’t expect such great experience, but the way our travel agent Travel Sense Asia arranged our trip was so nice that we felt so excited throughout our trip. Our tour planner, Mr Fin TSA was detailed & responsive. whom we found to be very professional and prompt in response to our queries. Entire itinerary was very well planned. Our Sapa tour guide, Mrs Dung who is a native among, gave a very insightful & educational hiking tour. Giving us a glimpse of the local villagers' daily life and walking on the rice terraces. Amazing travel experience in North Vietnam with Travel Sense Asia

If you want a hassle free tour package arranged for you at your convenience, I strongly recommend travel sense asia. Fin has seamlessly planned the entire tour and accommodation for me with amazing tour guide especially with the location of hotel being at the Central of Hanoi. Bellissimo ricordo di un viaggio in Vietnam

Ho trovato l'agenzia tramite una ricerca internet e sono arrivata al contatto di una referente Travel Sense Asia (Camilla). Ho richiesto a Camilla vari preventivi e a pochi giorni dalla partenza sono riuscita a confermarle il viaggio. In pochissimi giorni lei è riuscita a prenotare gli alberghi, organizzare gli spostamenti e trovarci le guide in italiano e gli autisti. È stata sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte sia prima sia durante il nostro viaggio. È stata una bellissima esperienza che ci ha permesso in pochi giorni di fare tantissime esperienze, km e attività. Le guide tutte molto giovani e disponibili sono riusciti ad accompagnarci nel nostro tour anche se alcune un po inesperte. Considerato che per colpa nostra abbiamo confermato pochi giorni prima della partenza abbiamo compreso che forse guide più esperte erano già occupate. Ricordiamo con molto piacere la bravissima e preparatissima Liliana e la simpatica Elisa. Grazie mille.

Viaggio in Cambogia e Vietnam

Ho deciso di effettuare un viaggio in autonomia in Vietnam e Cambogia, insieme ai miei figli. Avevo bisogno di assistenza sia in fase organizzativa che per i vari spostamenti e per le guide locali via via che ci saremmo spostati. L'agenzia Travel Sense si è rivelata un aiuto prezioso in tutti i momenti del viaggio. In particolare mi hanno fatto sentire al sicuro e sempre seguita durante il viaggio, quando quotidianamente mi fornivano le informazioni necessarie e si accertavano che tutto andasse bene. Ho apprezzato soprattutto questa loro "vicinanza" che mi ha fatto sentire molto al sicuro. Organizzazione del viaggio impeccabile

Viola, la ragazza che mi ha seguita nell’organizzare il viaggio, ha fatto un programma su misura, assecondando ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza. È stato tutto perfetto, dagli hotel da loro scelti, alle guide molto preparate, agli autisti super puntuali a precisi. Ci siamo goduti la vacanza senza tanti “sbattimenti” rispetto a viaggi in completa autonomia. Il bello e l’aspetto positivo è che la guida e l’autista sono personali, quindi non si tratta di viaggi di gruppo. In oltre sono tutti sempre reperibili per qualsiasi problema e richiesta. Consiglio vivamente di viaggiare con Travel Sense Asia, non ho nessuna nota negativa da segnalare. Complimenti a tutto il personale che fa parte dell’organizzazione.

Una notte galleggiante alla baia di Ha Long - una meraviglia del nuovo mondo con cibo delizioso, spazio aperto in mezzo alla natura sull'acqua e circondato da piccole isole. Ti è suggerito da me. Sarebbe un'esperienza presziosa. Guida è amichevole, molto simpatico e supportivo. Quella sera ha cantato al karaoke con tutti quelli sulla cruise. Un viaggio indimenticabile!

Esperienza magica

Sono appena tornata dal Vietnam e non è stato solo un viaggio ma un esperienza fantastica. Aurora fin da subito mi ha creato un itinerario che rispecchiasse ogni mio desiderio su questo viaggio e devo ammettere che sia io che il mio compagno siamo rimasti super entusiasti di tutto. Ogni aspetto del viaggio è stato curato nei minimi dettagli e ogni guida in ogni città dove abbiamo soggiornato è stata veramente preziosa insegnandoci un pezzettino di storia di questo meraviglioso paese. Incanto Vietnam

Travel Sense Asia: scoperto casualmente sul web, attirata dalle recensioni molto positive, decido di provare a chiedere un preventivo/programma di viaggio. Così ho conosciuto Viola, che sin dall’inizio si è mostrata molto professionale e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste, tanto da convincermi a viaggiare con loro. Un viaggio organizzato ma NON di gruppo, personalizzato in base alle tue esigenze: questo il vantaggio principale. Viola ha curato il programma nei minimi particolari, ogni spostamento organizzato, alberghi di ottimo livello, guide locali che ci hanno fatto scoprire le bellezze di questo paese. Insomma, una volta atterrati ad Hanoi non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci di niente, perché Viola aveva già pensato ad ogni particolare ed è stata giornalmente in contatto con noi. Mi sento di consigliare a chiunque questa agenzia e certamente il nostro prossimo viaggio nel sud est asiatico sarà con Travel Sense!

Per il nostro tour in Vietnam ci siamo affidati all’agenzia locale Travel Sense Asia che ci ha aiutati a costruire un viaggio su misura perfettamente corrispondente alle nostre richieste ed esigenze. L’assistenza in loco è stata sempre puntuale e precisa, anche per risolvere alcuni problemi legati ad un paio di sistemazioni alberghiere insoddisfacenti per pulizia, igiene e confort. In questi casi l’agenzia si è premurata di cambiare hotel o di fornirci un upgrade di stanza, senza aggravio di spese a nostro carico. Un grazie al personale dell’agenzia locale e alle guide e driver che, con la loro disponibilità, competenza, gentilezza e con i loro sorrisi, ci hanno permesso di vivere momenti indimenticabili.

Fantastico viaggio Vietnam e Cambogia

L'agenzia Travel Sense Asia ci ha organizzato un bellissimo viaggio per 4 persone. L'itinerario è stato scelto con cura, era molto interessante e includeva tutte le destinazioni e le visite più importanti. Abbiamo visitato in 16 giorni il Vietnam e la Cambogia, con guida e autista sempre a nostra disposizione. Le varie guide erano molto preparate e disponibili e gli autisti gentilissimi. Non ci sono stati contrattempi o problemi di alcun genere, e i ristoranti e gli alberghi scelti erano molto belli e caratteristici, situati in posizioni strategiche. Il prezzo era veramente concorrenziale e la qualità dei servizi veramente ottima. Best Vacation ever!

MEMORABLE HANOI – SAPA – HALONG TOUR

New year in Hanoi

Lucy did a fantastic job in arranging the hotel accommodation, tours and drivers. We found the itinerary interesting and well organised. Lucy had also offered to change the pagoda which due to religious reasons did not want to visit to the bird park. She was also very attentive to our queries and very prompt in her replies. She even offered to help us to book or reserve our countdown restaurants, though they were fully booked due to short notice. Nonetheless we had a fantastic countdown and buffet at our hotel! Lucy is very helpful and relatable agent and also shared tips to make our stay more pleasant. The drivers were punctual and our tour guides were knowledgeable and experienced. Memorable family trip to northern Vietnam.

We went for seven days family tour around northern Vietnam, organised by Travel Sense Asia. We visited to Hanoi, Sapa and Halong bay cruise. Great hospitality from the locals, food was great, views were spectacular. We didn’t expect such great experience, but the way our travel agent Travel Sense Asia arranged our trip was so nice that we felt so excited throughout our trip. Our tour planner, Mr Fin TSA was detailed & responsive. whom we found to be very professional and prompt in response to our queries. Entire itinerary was very well planned. Our Sapa tour guide, Mrs Dung who is a native among, gave a very insightful & educational hiking tour. Giving us a glimpse of the local villagers' daily life and walking on the rice terraces. Great Experience !

Lucy was very responsive and helpful in assisting to plan out travel itinerary for a week in Hanoi and Sapa as per our requests . She also made an effort to meet us upon arrival at the airport and accompanied us to our lodging . Northern Vietnam

Offered a very good professional service by Ms. Lucy. We don’t need to worry about the itinerary as they taken care of everything from the day of our arrival till the departure.We just had a very good and relaxed vacation. Experienced the best of Northern Vietnam in 5 days. Start in vibrant Hanoi, soak in its culture, then head to scenic Sapa for nature and adventure (including: Cat Cat village, take cable car Fansipan mountain).
