Wish that the information on Optional Tours were more detailed in the brochures of descriptions of the tour.

Pimm was an awesome guide, she is very knowledgeable, professional yet super funny and friendly, and very caring and organized. We never had any trouble and our tour was super smooth, she always have us a heads up and provided all the info before we had even thought about asking. Her food recommendations are the best! She always knew a few places to choose from and they were all amazing, and obviously safe to go for a Western stomach. She is always happy to help with anything, and I always felt extremely safe knowing that she will take care of us in the event of an emergency. I highly recommend her and would always go on a trip with her again!

10 Days in Vietnam From South to North

We enjoyed the Ho Chi Minh City and Hoi An legs. Unfortunately on the day we were to fly to Hanoi my wife had a fall and broke her wrist, resulting in surgery and 3 nights in the Pacific Hospital. Hoi An Express were good in rearranging accommodation and internal flight so we managed to fly home on time. On the accident a contributing factor was the aesthetically pleasing but impractical/ dangerous design of the rooms at Almanity resort. Having tried to put us in a loft room (bed up steep stairs and the single bathroom downstairs. We are 70yo!) our "upgrade" was to a nicer single level room but with the bed on a completely unnecessary 30cm high highly polished and creaky wooden "plinth", off which my wife fell at 4.30 am trying to get to the bathroom. Lovely resort, stupid room design. The hotel in HCMC (Eastin) was very nice but it would be preferable to be closer to District 1 given we selected the 5* upgrade.

Our tour was very good, perhaps when we have bus transportation between Ho Chi Minh and Siem Reap, it would be possible one stop at Phnom Penh, were we change bus. Good hotels. Good guides.

I booked this for my birthday and I was not disappointed at all! This is a great tour and the way that it is set up was perfect. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to book their boutique tour if the tour dates would have aligned with my schedule. Not that there was anything wrong with this one, I’m just bougie 🤷🏾‍♀️. If you’re on the fence, book it. If you have the funds book the same companies boutique tour 😊

Wanderlands Bali & Lombok - 13 Days

I think the tour was Great. Zio was a Great Tour Guide and i experienced so many amazing things. For me personally, I think we could change the stay on lembongan to one on uluwatu, because i heard amazing things about it and I personally didnt Like our stay at lembongan that much. But I think we could have stayed on nusa penida. In General, I would have wished to learn more about the Culture and history of the Island. That was too less. And to be honest, i would have wished to eat more in local Restaurants than the more expansive ones for Tourists.

Bangkok to Singapore

Our tour leader, Ant was such a star. she tried to ensure that we were all happy at all times and there was never a logistical issue. there was a great mix of organised activities and enough free time. ant always had excellent ideas for optional activities. Ant always suggested great restaurants, which often ended up being our favourite places. the long distance public buses were unpleasant mainly due to the drivers and the weather and should be changed to private coaches. Will definately recommend this tour to everyone i know.

This is Diane Madero, not Zilda McCausland I loved each and every day of the tour with intrepid. Dyka was a phenomenal guide. He shared history, personal experience and Cambodia’s lifestyle and heritage with us. Dyka had a couple guests that really treated him and others poorly. Thai Intro 18 Day

Just finished the 18 day tour with Dan (and Joe!) and it was truly epic! I had the time of my life…didn’t have to worry about anything, perfectly organised and I met some amazing people! I had to have a medical procedure on my foot during the last leg of the tour, which was pretty traumatic! Luckily Dan went above and beyond, took me to hospital visits and was a shoulder to cry on (quite literally!). Along with his and others’ support I only missed one activity, which I’m soo thankful for. Dan is a credit to Intro, and I’ve definitely fallen for Thailand ❤️. Deposit paid for my next tour, and I can’t wait to do it all over again! ????

Sri Lanka Experience

As a first time traveller I was really nervous and unsure what to expect travelling and also travelling with a group. Morgan made me feel so comfortable and at ease before I even arrived by making sure I knew exactly where I was going with taxis etc. He was really caring and made us feel like a little family. He was so knowledgeable and well travelled he’s made me want to travel even more. He was so much fun but also very organised and professional so the trip was perfect. I’m so happy this was my first tour and I had Morgan as a leader as he really looked after us all and helped us all connect. Japan One Life Adventures - 10 Days

Overall a wonderful jam-packed ten days full of little tastes of Japan. It's an absolute massive amount of things to do for ten days, expect to be waking up early and coming to the hostel late with the amount of things this tour provides. One moment you're exploring the streets of Shibuya to shuffling your way through food stall to food stall. If you only have a short period of time to explore Japan and you're not sure what to try out then this tour is definitely a good start, My tour guide Haley have lots of recommendations to things to do, good things to eat depending on your requirements. If however you prefer taking your time to digest the scenery of Japan and be able to explore more than what th tour provides, it's definitely worth looking at other options. This Tour definitely provides a wide range of things to do to immerse yourself into the culture and history of Japan. I definitely recommend at least a few days in Japan outside of the tour to give yourself a break from activity to activity, and be able to fully take a breath at the life that you're surrounded in, outside of that I definitely 100% recommend going on this tour.

Northern Thailand Adventure

Eve and Smile are a very good duo, Smile is the caring one, Eve is the party animator and together they are a good mix! Both are very helpful and want only the best for us! Super tour guide! For the paid price of the trip, however, there could have been more food integrated. In addition, the extra dinners offered in the group were in places that were less spectacular and yet a bit more expensive. This could be changed. Either to really great location with hammer view and more expensive or just continue to markets at hünstige prices. Kind regards Linda

Realistic Asia/Glimpse of indochina was really a blast! Long Pham was amazing to deal with and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. • Manners matter. In Thailand, food is often served with a fork and a spoon. The fork is only used to place food on the spoon and it is often seen as rude to put the fork in your mouth.
• Always keep toilet paper or tissues with you, and hand sanitizer.
• Perfect planning is never possible, and having some gaps in your schedule means you can take locals up on their superior suggestions for a day sightseeing.
• While most countries in Asia use different currencies, having some spare USD will always be helpful. Some accommodations will charge in USD, for example.
• A bout of stomach flu is normal for first time travellers in Asia. Stick to busy restaurants or food stalls where the locals go and you’ll be fine.
• Watch what you wear. Most cultures are very accepting of visitors and their unusual get-up. But being respectful of the local culture will go a long way. In India, for example, covering arms and legs will be appreciated, and removing shoes before entering someone’s home will make you a few extra friends.

Take in the” seeing is believing” landscape of the hundreds of Buddhist temples in Bagan .  Mandalay has a large collection of temples and pagodas and Inle Lake offers the opportunity to view colourful country life. Take a boat ride on the lake and observe the fascinating fishing villages.

In Delhi , you can experience the hustle and bustle of Old Delhi, visit Gandhi’s memorial, admire the impressive Jama Masjid Mosque, Humayan’s Tomb, the burial place of several Moghul emperors and the Qutub Minar, the tallest tower in India. Jodhpur has the immense and stunning Mehrangarh Fort located on the top of a hill. For beaches and history, head to Goa and for animal viewing, Ranthambore Tiger Sanctuary . For something unusual, check out the erotic temple carvings in Khajuraho. For ambience and an insight into the Hindu way of life, visit Varanasi and take an early morning boat ride on the River Ganges .
