Boruto-and-Kawaki

All ‘Boruto’ arcs in order

Rafaela Coimbra

When the Naruto manga reached its conclusion, its publishing company — Shueisha — suggested that a sequel be made, and thanks to that, we got Boruto: Naruto Next Generations . Considering Naruto is currently the sixth best-selling manga of all time, this wasn’t particularly surprising. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Boruto , but regardless of that fact, the series has acquired a loyal following of readers, and its success led to an anime adaptation airing about a year later.

At the time of writing, both the anime and manga series are still ongoing, with the source material having gathered 19 volumes thus far. As for the anime, almost 300 episodes have been aired since April 2017, despite the lack of enough canonical material to adapt. What this means is that, in order to keep the anime’s momentum going, studio Pierrot decided to add numerous events that never took place in the manga, instead of waiting around for chapters to be released.

Due to this choice, the Boruto anime currently has a a lot of filler episodes . Not all are bad, no. In fact, some are very entertaining , but it’s still crazy for the anime to have a total of 26 arcs, which is far more than the seven arcs its source material has to offer.

All About Boruto’s Time Travel Arc

boruto time travel arc manga

Boruto‘s time travel arc is a huge hit with the fans, and we can see why that’s the case.

Although the show hasn’t gone back to adapting manga, it has done the second best thing it could’ve possibly done, that is, go back to showing the fans content from Naruto .

As Urashiki Otsutsuki went back in time to get the Nine-tails from Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Boruto Uzumaki followed him to put an end to his actions and stop him once and for all.

Table of Contents

In which episode boruto time travel?

Boruto and Sasuke go back in time when Urashiki turns on the Karasuki, which looks like a turtle. This happens in Boruto episode 128, which is part of the Time Slip Arc, which runs from episodes 128 to 136. The original Naruto book by Masashi Kishimoto is 20 years old, and this arc is part of a project to celebrate that.

In the rest of this piece, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about Boruto and Sasuke’s trip back in time. You’ll find out what happened to send them there, what they did there, and how the whole adventure changed (or didn’t change) Naruto’s world as it had been set up years before.

Boruto Time-skip Arc – What’s Happening?

While that hasn’t happened right away, it’ll all be the focus of this 8-episode arc, and hopefully, we’ll get to see some great content in this arc as well.

Last week, again, we saw some great character interactions between the old generation characters such as Naruto, Hinata , Neji, and even Rock Lee.

It was really enjoyable to watch, but the most exciting part came towards the end of the episode, as we found out what was next for the arc.

According to the synopsis for Boruto Episode 131 , the next episode of the show is going to be titled “The Power of the Nine-Tails,” and these are the contents of the episode: “Urashiki is Back! Boruto, Sasuke, and Jiraiya try to rescue Naruto from Urashiki’s clutches but the Nine-Tails chakra gets out of control. Boruto manages to catch up to Urashiki but witnesses something disturbing?!”

We’re very excited to see this big team-up between Jiraiya and Sasuke Uchiha. Will Jiraiya find out who Sasuke really is? Or will that bit remain a mystery? We don’t know much about it yet, but hopefully, our questions will be answered soon.

Boruto Time-skip Arc – Urashiki vs Jiraiya

We’re even more excited to see what becomes of Urashiki Otsutsuki. Will he finally be taken down in this arc?

We certainly think that it could well be the case, but nothing can be said for sure, and if it truly is the case, then it’ll be even more interesting to see who possessed his Karma, and how they were able to manifest its powers.

Boruto's Time Travel Arc

Boruto Episode 131 is going to be released on November 3, 2019.

How do you guys feel about the upcoming time travel arc in Boruto? Apparently, Urashiki goes to the past to kill Naruto for the Nine-Tails because he knows he doesn’t have a chance against an adult Naruto. Boruto and Sasuke also go to the past.

I know I’m really nervous about it. What if it isn’t good quality? What if it opens plot holes? And how is this arc not significant enough to be manga content, because undoubtedly it’ll push Boruto’s development a lot? I kind of wish they just made this arc a non-canon movie.

But also, Kishimoto personally requested this arc, so I’m hopeful, too. Maybe that’ll be really good with his involvement. Who knows—maybe it’ll even close plot holes?

Let me know your thoughts… and let’s pray for this arc oof.

Kishimoto’s request for the arc doesn’t really settle my fear of this. Although there’s no doubt he is a skilled writer and artist, he’s definitely made a large number of mistakes in both departments across the whole series.

Then again, although they label this as canon, it will likely never or rarely be referenced and, as such, should be able to stand on its own without possibly butchering the plot.

I’m more worried about how time travel is done and the rules surrounding it because if it’s relatively simple to pull off or contains too few restrictions, then for the rest of the series whenever something bad happens, I’m going to think they should just time travel to solve it.

How did Boruto and Sasuke travel back in time?

Boruto 26 Sasuke 1 All About Boruto's Time Travel Arc

In the last few minutes of the first show of the arc, the events are talked about. As many shinobi work together to catch Urashiki, Sasuke tells Boruto that Urashiki probably stole Mirai’s energy and is using it to use genjutsu to lure shinobi out of the village. Thanks to the genjutsu, the Konoha shinobi are able to keep Krogi and Mirai from fighting each other. This is because each of them thinks the other is Urashiki.

Urashiki had been listening to Mirai’s radio to find out where they were going and is now getting ready to go after Naruto. Boruto stops Boruto and Sasuke from running to the Hokage’s office. He figures that Urashiki is after something else because Naruto still has skilled shinobi around, and he remembers that the symbol on the item in the news is the same one they saw at the ruins where they fought the White Zetsu.

Instead, they go to the research center, where they find shinobi whose chakra has been taken away. Urashiki turns on the turtle-shaped item Karasuki. Boruto and Sasuke show up and try to stop Urashiki from using it. Urashiki walks into the light that the gadget makes, and Boruto and Sasuke follow him into a strange place.

Boruto and Sasuke attack Urashiki, but he fights them off, pushing Boruto into Karasuki and making her fall off a ledge. Sasuke uses his Rinnegan to switch them with Urashiki, and Susanoo protects them all. They get lost and end up in a bush, but they find their way back to Konoha. But they find that the Hokage rocks only have four faces cut into them. This means that they are in the past.

In short, Urashiki turned on the Karasuki, which is what sent the two heroes back in time. Karasuki is a thing that the tsutsuki clan made. Karasuki is a very real person. He only talks to describe what’s going on or to ask what to do. Even though he is a part of the tsutsuki clan and talks about them with respect, he says that he doesn’t really care about any clan.

How does Boruto’s time travel change the world of Naruto?

Now, the long-term effects of this arc on Naruto’s past and future aren’t really important. As a short arc in an anime series, the arc couldn’t really change what had already been set up, and it didn’t change anything big or retcon anything in the series. But what it did was tell us more about the original Naruto story, but from a different point of view.

In particular, the time travel arc gave us a new way to look at the events of the first series. It’s not just a new view from within the world; it’s also something new for us, the old(er) fans of the series who were there when it all happened the first time.

This story arc let us see some of the characters and their powers and abilities from new views. It also helped us understand the feelings behind the original stories much better.

Naruto turned out to have a lot more depth than we thought at first, and the Time Slip Arc made it easy for us to see that from a current point of view and in the light of some new events.

Boruto: 10 Things We've Learned From The Time Slip Arc

How much do you really know about 'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations'? Here's a look at 10 things from the Time Slip Arc you might have missed!

A spin-off of the original Naruto/Naruto Shippuden series, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations , focuses on the adventures of Boruto Uzumaki, the son of the original series’ protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki. Furthermore, the Time Slip story arc, running between episodes 127-136, was a nostalgia trip for many fans.

10 Old History

If you ask fans of the Naruto series, whether they like Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, you’ll probably get mixed reviews. In some instances you’ll find individuals who hate the series, seeing each episode as slow, boring, or ridiculous. In other cases you’ll find individuals who embrace the change, seeing Boruto, as an interesting yet entertaining change from the original series. And then some fall in the middle, seeing both sides of the fandom’s arguments and agreeing with both. In any case, one thing that can be said about the Boruto Time Slip story arc is that it added a great deal to the Naruto/Boruto landscape.

The first thing learned is that time travel is usually only accessible to the Ōtsutsuki clan , a race of immensely powerful immortal beings, although we would see Boruto and Sasuke be this exception. Moreover, what was so funny about this ability was the fact that writers decided to take the time-traveling device, a sentient, talking turtle named Karasuki, playing on the nature of turtles having long lifespans.

9 Just How Far The Konoha 11 Have Come

Having Boruto and Sasuke travel 20 years in the past was an amazing opportunity for the creators of the series to send fans on a trip down memory lane. What was fascinating about the beginning episodes of this arc was Boruto’s interactions with younger versions of his elders. As we are reminded, Naruto and members of his generation have grown and matured in the time between the first Naruto series and Boruto.

RELATED: Naruto: 10 Worst Things Sasuke Uchiha Has Ever Done

For example, Boruto and young Shino Aburame’s interaction perfectly exemplifies the idea that age has a way of changing one's stance and approach to life and people. To analyze further, Shino’s matter of fact and blunt nature was a focal point of his character in the original series. However, this character trait is seen to be vastly different from how we see him in Boruto, illustrating a level of maturity as he takes on the nurturing role of sensei to the next generation of young shinobi.

8 Wide Reaching Effects

Throughout the Naruto series, the absence of Sasuke Uchiha played a significant role in the lives of his teammates, pushing them to be stronger all with the goal of one day bringing Sasuke back home to the Hidden Leaf. Yet what this story arc constantly refers to is the effect Sasuke’s desertion had on the Hidden Leaf Village as a whole. Regret was the emotion felt by all members of the Konoha 11, Shikamaru Nara , of Team 10 making that point during Naruto, Boruto, Jiraiya, and Sasuke’s battle with Urashiki. Furthermore, from the Time Slip, we understand just how deep the love runs between members of Naruto’s generation.

7 Million Dollar Idea

Upon arriving in the Hidden Leaf Village of old, Sasuke makes a point of reminding the emotional and impulsive Boruto of this. And yet even with this seemingly golden rule of time travel, Boruto mistakenly does something that would catapult the shinobi world into seemingly the age of modern technology, unknowingly gives Ereki Kaminarimon, Denki Kaminarimon’s, a friend of Boruto in his own time, to father the idea of what would be called the Thunder Rail.

6 Swiss Army Eyes

The character of Urashiki Ōtsutsuk was one that allowed fans to gain a better understanding of just how formidable members of the Ōtsutsuk clan are. Firstly, what made Urashiki so impressive throughout this story arc was his possession of the famous Byakugan, an ability that allowed Urashiki to have a nearly 360-degree range of visibility.

RELATED: Naruto: 10 Strongest Characters In The Second Great Ninja War

If that wasn’t enough Urashiki also possessed two types of Rinnegan , the first being red, granting him the terrifying ability to bend space and time, as well as travel through dimensions at will. Additionally, the Urashiki also possessed a blue Rinnegan, which provided him with the ability to travel a few seconds in the past, making him a dangerous opponent.

5 Urashiki's Transportation Technique

Ultimately, Urashiki’s Transportation Technique, accessible through his use of his blue Rinnegan, shows just how powerful members of the Ōtsutsuk are as well as the range of abilities within the series' landscape. Furthermore, what was most amazing about Urashiki’s display of abilities, was the fact that it proved there to be uncharted levels of power, not reached by individuals within the Naruto landscape outside of celestial beings. In addition to this, this new display of power, allows the fan to begin to ask the question, what other levels of power are out there and are they attainable to the everyday shinobi?

4 Unlikely Solutions

Throughout the series thus far, members of the Ōtsutsuk clan have taken the place as the main villain group. We first were introduced to Kaguya within the original series, who almost brought an end to the shinobi world. Next, we were introduced to Momoshiki, an insanely arrogant and violent enemy, whose presence in the series allowed fans to gain a better understanding of the motives of the Ōtsutsuki's. Ultimately it was revealed that chakra and the conception of it were what drove the Ōtsutsuki.

Furthermore, in the Time Slip arc, Urashiki plays to his nature, using what seems to be a chakra stealing fishing line to absorb the chakra and abilities of his victims. Consequently, what seemed to be the unlikely but brilliant solution, was the famous Sealing Jutsu technique, coming by way of Jiraiya. Ultimately, this revealed that the prevention of chakra stealing is possible even in the face of beings as powerful as the Ōtsutsuki.

3 A God's Kryptonite

This story arc also sheds some light on the limits of the Ōtsutsuki clan. While it is not new information to fans that the Ōtsutsuki are not eternal beings but rather immortal, the difference being that immortals can be defeated by some means, it's also interesting to see the limits of their invulnerability. In turn, what was fascinating about this arc was the fact that we got many unconventional means used by our heroes to combat Urashiki including Jiraiya’s use of gas within the stomach of his summoning toad to poison and briefly incapacitate Urashiki. While this did not take down Urashiki, it was that small piece of information that added to the growing list of things the shinobi world can use to combat the Ōtsutsuki, and stand somewhat of a chance.

2 Creepy Power-Ups

Within Naruto, eyes are as easily removable as a pair of earrings. In turn, while this action when done by characters in the series, it is not surprising, what was surprising when we saw Urashiki do so during the tail end of the main Time Slip arc battle, his action after doing so. Gaining an admittedly impressive and powerful new form, Urashiki was only able to do so after consuming his Rinnegan in its blue state. Furthermore, for members of the Ōtsutsuki chakra conception is not limited to external forces, power-ups can occur if one consumes a body part with high concentrations of chakra.

The Sharingan is perhaps one of the most widely known and widely feared dōjutsu in the Naruto series. Possessed mainly by members of the Uchiha clan, although individuals outside of the Uchiha clan like Danzo Shimura and Kakashi Hatake possessed the power Sharingan for a short amount of time. This ability is versatile, constantly evolving. Ultimately what this arc showed us was just how powerful Sasuke Uchiha has gotten throughout the series. The Time Slip arc showcased Sasuke’s memory deletion technique, a seemingly new technique seen by viewers, that allows Sasuke to wipe the memories of anyone he chooses. Furthermore, this ability was an interesting one for Sasuke to showcase, playing deeper to his role of operating at the shinobi world’s Shadow Hokage.

Boruto weilding sword in battle against Kawaki

Is There A Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Anime Release Date?

Image of Ryan Galloway

Boruto’s anime has been on break for a while now and as the manga Boruto: Two Blue Vortex continues to blossom in popularity our natural next question is when will it be getting an anime. Here’s everything to know about the potential of a Boruto: Two Blue Vortex anime.

Is Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Getting an Anime Anytime Soon?

Teenage Kawaki stares at Boruto

There is no release date for the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex anime, nor is there a release date for the final Boruto arc to get its on-screen debut. Boruto’s anime went on hiatus in March 2023, and we wouldn’t expect it to return for quite a while.

In 293 episodes the Boruto anime covered 63 of the 80 Boruto manga chapters. This means there are just 17 Chapters left to bring to life before the time skip that takes us to Boruto: Two Blue Vortex . Furthermore, there are only nine chapters of Blue Vortex out right now, which brings us to the reason it won’t be back for a while. There is simply a lack of content right now.

One of the biggest problems with Boruto’s anime has been the unbearable amount of filler, however, this has been necessary to allow more of the anime source material to arrive. Should Boruto come back now we’d burn through the current manga within months, catching up and forcing filler on fans once again. While it doesn’t seem ideal, it’s better off to wait until the manga is much further through before bringing the Boruto anime back again.

Ultimately if we had to guess, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex probably won’t get an anime until at least 2026, but it could be later than that. The manga is monthly which means there are only 12 new volumes a year. Waiting a few years would allow the story to progress and provide ample content to animate when we finally do an anime for this sequel series.

We should get the conclusion to the original Boruto run first, so make sure to listen out for that, which again has no release date. If you want to catch up on the show so far you can binge Boruto on Crunchyroll .

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 9: Kurama Emerges Inside Himawari

Kurama is finally revealed to have returned in Boruto TBV 9.

  • Himawari's hidden power finally revealed in Boruto TBV, setting up exciting battles in Konoha.
  • Team 10 impresses fans in a clash with Jura, showcasing teamwork against a formidable opponent.
  • Kurama emerges from Himawari in an unexpected twist, setting the stage for high-level battles in future chapters.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9 dropped recently and it was certainly a very exciting month for all the fans. Not only did this chapter give attention to the abilities of the Shinju , specifically Jura, but it also answered a very big question as to what the latent power inside of Himawari Uzumaki truly is.

Boruto: Kishimoto Finally Reveals The Hidden Power Inside Himawari

This month's chapter was certainly one of the most anticipated ones, and all the fans of the story are eagerly waiting to see how the plot shapes from here onwards. An exciting battle in Konoha looks set to take place, and fans have no doubt that this month's events will only lead to even more greatness later down the line.

Team 10 Vs Jura

Team 10 shone in their short clash with jura.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9 opened up with Jura fighting against the likes of Team 10. To Jura, this was merely play time. However, for Team 10, this was a very serious situation. They were seen trying their best to protect Himamari from him, given that she was confirmed to be their Target in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9. This was something that the fans enjoyed quite a bit, since it was one of the major complaints pertaining to the side characters, and it was nice to see them get a moment against an individual as strong as Jura.

Such incredible coodination without a single verbal exchage! How magnificent!

However, this certainly is not enough and the author needs to build on it in order for this to be substantial in the future. Still, what fans can acknowledge is that this was a positive step in that direction. Coming over to the events of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9, fans saw Jura clearly mentioned that Himawari has the chakra of the Nine-Tails inside of her and that is why they are there. Jura also offered an exchange to the Shinobi of Konoha. He wouldn't fight if they simply handed over Himawari, however, this was of course going to be rejected.

As such, they had to resort to using force to seize Himawari, and that is precisely what he did. Using the power of Wood Release, Himawari was almost consumed by Jura. However, just before that happened, Team 10 sprung into action and saved her. Shikadai used his Shadow Manipulation techniques to break her free, while Chouchou saved her from her fall. The teamwork of Team 10 was put on display greatly in this Boruto chapter, and it was such that even Jura couldn't help but praise them for it.

However, the author also made it clear for the fans to see that their strength paled in comparison to the Shinju clones and that was certainly not a surprise. Still, Himawari was safely taken away from Jura , thanks to Inojin's Jutsu, and now, these individuals are on the run from the Shinju, hoping to get them away from the village. This is because they are tremendously powerful and could destroy the entire Village if they go all out. Jura even launched a powerful Tailed Beast Ball from his eye, and this blast, which escaped the village, would have obliterated everyone had it erupted right inside. As such, the Shinobi are doing very well to lure them away from the village and, then, they will most likely decide to fight them.

Boruto Vs Kawaki

Boruto and kawaki had their first face off after the timeskip.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9 also gave fans a look at the return of Boruto Uzumaki to Konoha. He was seen in Konoha moments earlier, and in this chapter, he was not given any rest. Boruto returned to the village immediately after returning to Kashin Koji's hideout . One thing that fans might have missed in this chapter is that Kashin Koji seems to have some connection to Orochimaru. In this chapter, Kashin Koji was seen at either one of Orochimaru's hideouts, or potentially Ryuchi cave. The snake symbolism was all over the place, which means that Orochimaru might be due for a return in Boruto sooner rather than later.

Naruto: Is Boruto Uzumaki Stronger Than Naruto?

Regardless, Kashin Koji was able to observe the situation well and report it to Boruto immediately. This meant that Boruto Uzumaki was deployed to Konoha once again, and he did so effortlessly, making use of the Flying Thunder God technique to return to the village. As soon as that happened, Boruto faced off against none other than Kawaki. This was a much-anticipated battle and fans knew that it would happen at some point in this arc. However, much to the surprise of the fans, Kawaki was absolutely no match for Boruto Uzumaki.

Pitiful. You haven't been training at all, have you?

Even though his eye has matured fully, he cannot hold his own against Boruto, and the author made that quite clear. Even Sukunahikona, which is his strongest Jutsu, was dodged by Boruto easily and he took him down with a single punch, mentioning that Kawaki has not been training at all. Clearly, Boruto was the superior one here, and now that he knows that Himawari is the target of the Shinju, he has no choice but to engage them in combat.

Kurama Emerges

Kurama makes his return in boruto.

Quite easily, the most exciting part of the chapter came right towards the very end. This was when Himawari and Team 10 were seen escaping from the Shinju and luring them away from the village. Himawari had the idea of being dropped so the others could save their lives, however, Team 10, naturally, rejected the idea. This is precisely when Himawari was able to see inside of herself, and Kurama finally emerged . This version of Kurama was finally confirmed to be a miniature one, and fans do not know much about how it survived, and how exactly it exists inside of Himawari. Kurama certainly did confirm that he was hidden inside all along. Keeping his presence hidden was his goal right from the get-go, and it was only after the 10 Tails sniffed him out that he had to make his presence known.

From there onwards, Kurama introduced himself to Himawari, and that is precisely where the chapter concluded. This sets up an exciting meeting between Himawari and Kurama, and fans will find out all about how Kurama ended up surviving. This is something that all the fans are currently wondering, given that the story previously set the precedent that Kurama had burnt up all his chakra and essentially died permanently. There are a few ways using which the beast could have survived, however, fans will simply have to sit back and see what the author decides to do with this plot point.

Good grief. I can't believe that Ten Tails jerk would sniff me out. Little girl, do you know who I am?

At the same time, fans also need to keep in mind that Kurama existing inside of Himawari as a friendly entity would mean that she is a perfect Jinchuriki and would then be able to engage in a high-level battle in the upcoming chapters. All of this hinges on the conversation between Himawari and Kurama , and, as these two talk things out, fans could very well be in for an exciting fight between the duo of Jura and Hidari and Kurama and Himawari. All things considered, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 9 was certainly immense and fans enjoyed the major shocks that it delivered. From here onwards, things are most likely going to get even more exciting, and fans absolutely cannot wait for that.

Boruto is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of Boruto, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10, is set to be May 20, 2024.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10: What To Expect

  • Himawari's connection to Kurama is a major focus in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10, bringing up questions about her abilities and potential in battle.
  • Sarada's upcoming clash with Hidari, who resembles her father Sasuke, will provide an intriguing psychological challenge in the story.
  • Boruto's battle against Jura in the next chapter might be complicated by the involvement of Kawaki and the potential activation of his Karma.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10 is certainly a highly anticipated one and fans cannot wait to see how this incredible story progresses from here onwards. In the previous chapter, fans saw Boruto Uzumaki return and attempt to fight off the threat of the Shinju clones. At the same time, the vast majority of the chapter was focused on the Shinju themselves, and their combat abilities, specifically that of Jura.

Boruto: Kurama's Return, Explained

Most importantly, fans got to see Kurama's return to the story, and that was certainly incredibly exciting. There are many questions that the fans still have in their heads right now, and they will most definitely be tackled in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10.

Himawari's New Power

Himawari and kurama are all set to meet in boruto.

Quite easily, the biggest and most important revelation for the fans to tackle in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10 is going to be related to Kurama. The story still has a lot of explaining to do, with the author previously mentioning that Kurama had died, and if that truly was the case, then Kurama should not have been inside of Himawari. That is exactly what the fans are eagerly waiting to see in the upcoming chapter, and, hopefully, Kishimoto can deliver. There are many things that need to be tackled there. For instance, fans need to know if this Kurama is the same one that died, or if it's a different entity altogether. Another thing that needs to be explained is how Kurama survived in the first place.

The Tailed Beast has certainly transferred inside of Himawari , however, fans do not know how this came to be, and what this means for the future of the story. Most importantly, the question that fans will have in the back of their heads would be whether Himawari can utilize the power of Kurama in battle. Fans already know that Naruto could tap into the power of Kurama incredibly well and use him in combat to take down all of his enemies. Whether Himawari can do the same or not remains to be seen. Perhaps, if Kurama truly is the same entity that existed inside of Naruto, then he should not have any qualms about cooperating with Himawari and giving her access to his chakra. In that case, she could have a major power lined up for herself in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10 and that is something that the fans would absolutely love to see as the story moves forward.

Good grief. I can't believe that Ten Tails jerk would sniff me out. Little girl, do you know who I am?

Of course, this power could then go on to make a major difference in the battle against Jura and Hidari, and it could also give the fans a glimpse of what Himawari's true potential looks like . At this point in time, Himawari might not be all that special, however, when she unlocks a true power and shows everything that she's capable of doing, she will certainly surprise the fans as well as her enemies at the same time.

Sarada Meets Hidari

Sarada and hidari are going to have a fated clash.

Boruto is actively focusing on the Shinju clones at the moment, that said, Sarada is not too far away from the location now, and in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10, she should be making it to their location. Once she does that, she will have a very exciting role to play in the story, and that's going to be taking Hidari on In combat. This is going to be a very interesting psychological situation for Sarada, given that Sasuke is her very own father, and Hidari is based on him.

Boruto: The Strongest Jutsu Omnipotence, Explained

Everything about him, from his powers all the way to the way he behaves is similar to Sasuke, and that is certainly going to be very difficult for Sarada to cope with. Whether or not she will be able to fight back against Hidari is something that fans will get to see in the upcoming chapter, and that is certainly a very exciting development for the story. At the same time, fans should also consider that Hidari will also have exciting conversations with Sarada. He wants to consume her because that is what his instinct tells him. However, whether speaking with her is going to evoke some other emotion in him or not remains to be seen.

Himawari, everyone, please be okay!

Regardless, what fans know for sure is that eventually, a confrontation between these two individuals is set to happen. When that happens, fans can rest assured that Sarda is going to give it her all.

Boruto Vs Jura

Boruto clashes with jura.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10 might also focus on Boruto versus Jura. In the previous chapter, fans saw Boruto rushing to Konoha using his teleportation Jutsu . Now that he's in the village and has already dealt with Kawaki, there is only one place that he is going to be. He is going to head towards Jura, and try to stop him. This is simply down to the fact that Jura's target is none other than Himawari and Boruto would want to protect his sister at all cost. This also ties in very well with Sarada heading towards the Shinju, as she is going to be having a face-up against Hidari, while Boruto will have a face-off against Jura. It must be noted that Kawaki isn't down permanently either. He has activated his Karma recently, which means that he is also going to be involved in the fighting soon. That said, Boruto's fight against Jura is going to get more complicated because of him.

Dealing with them is the higher priority. If you want, you're welcome to come along.

If Kawaki makes use of the Karma, then Boruto will lose control and Momoshiki will take over. If that happens, then Boruto will face quite a lot of trouble in trying to not just defeat Jura, but also, at the same time, protect the ones who he loves dearly. Boruto is actively trying to avoid using Karma and that has been part of his training all this time.

There are definitely going to be some developments pertaining to Boruto's Karma in the upcoming chapter, especially because Kawaki has mastered this power. This would also give fans a proper idea of what level Kawaki is on when he is at his best. He has been getting overwhelmed lately, but the upcoming scruff against Jura will likely be huge in regards to what he can truly do in battle. Above all, fans will be eager to see Boruto Uzumaki's Karma Awakening, and how that affects him. It doesn't look like Boruto's fight against Jura will go as he planned, but it is still going to be fun for the fans to witness nonetheless.

For now, fans need to sit back and wait to see how Boruto progresses when the chapter drops. Unfortunately, Boruto's a monthly manga, which means that the upcoming developments will require the fans to wait for a few weeks.

Boruto is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of Boruto, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 10, is set to be May 20, 2024.

Screen Rant

New anime movie makes the perfect collaboration choice with gorgeous new trailer.

Trapezium's opening song is performed by the Vtuber Suisei Hoshimachi. Her rise from obscurity is a perfect mirror of the movie's own subject.

  • Trapezium movie incorporates a song by Vtuber Suisei Hoshimachi, fitting the story of a girl pursuing idol stardom.
  • CloverWorks' serious approach to Trapezium is evident in the choice of Suisei, showcasing dedication to embodying movie elements.
  • Unlike other idol anime, Trapezium focuses on challenges in the industry, featuring an impactful collaboration with a Vtuber like Suisei.

CloverWorks recently unveiled the opening minutes of its upcoming anime movie, Trapezium, which features a song performed by the Vtuber Suisei Hoshimachi. While the inclusion of these digital entertainers seems like a promotional stunt, it may also be a clever decision showing the staff's dedication to embody the movie's elements in all respects. Given it's about a girl seeking idol stardom, Suisei's own storied rise to recognition is a perfect mirror .

Rather than focusing on song and dance, T rapezium (styled in lowercase) focuses on the challenges of entering the idol industry. Suisei's collaboration is a perfect match, as she achieved the exact sort of rags-to-riches dream the movie's lead chases.

This could be seen as a deliberate artistic choice that shows CloverWorks' staff are taking this project very seriously, something that should be a relief to fans of the idol genre .

HIDIVE's Other Big Idol Anime Series Captures the Genre's Spirit Better than Oshi no Ko

Trapezium's opening selects the perfect vocalis to represent upcoming movie, the popular vtuber's career shows musical aspirations are universal.

The movie's latest trailer, which was uploaded to Aniplex's YouTube Channel , shows both its upcoming premiere date, May 10, 2024, and the first four minutes of the feature. Much ado was made of the new song it incorporates for the opening credits, Nanmonai, which features the voices of both Suisei Hoshimachi and a performer named "sakuma", though Suisei's voice is more prominent in the video. Suisei's collaboration happens to be second in a trend of getting Vtubers singing for anime, with Suicide Squad: Isekai making waves when popular Vtuber Mori Calliope was revealed to be performing the closing song Go-Getters .

While both online entertainers are established vocalists, and streamers working under the same parent brand, Hololive, Suisei's inclusion into Trapezium is a far more appropriate choice. If Yu Higashi in the movie aspires to become an idol, then Suisei is that story manifest in reality. While today, she has fully produced music videos and works with famed producers like Taku Inoue despite presenting only an anime avatar to the world, the vocalist famously struggled to gain traction, starting with self-produced animation and getting trapped in vestigial music projects until she was finally folded into Hololive .

The New Idol Movie Looks To Be a Tightly Constructed Feature

Cloverworks passion and production value is making this project look like an instant hit.

Trapezium will not be like other idol anime, cliché as the phrase is. Between it being penned by Kazumi Takayama and now Suisei's presence in the creative process, the movie clearly has an intimate interest in the nature of the business, rather than the glitz and glamor of the stage. CloverWorks seems to have a full understanding of its project , if it can extend this theme to even its choice of singer. With Trapezeium only weeks away, fans may have a gem on their hands, which will be framed only more beautifully with this surprise team-up.
