Fantastic experience: James at Kuoni Cambridge provided really useful, individual and specific advice about locations and passport requirements to help us choose a Dubai/ Mauritius holiday. The pre-holiday phone calls and post-holiday check ins were invaluable to get all our ducks in order with paperwork and feedback. Fantastic experience: Faye Woodbridge was our consultant. She booked our holiday following 2 video calls - which was great as we didn't have to travel into Cambridge. She provided several different options and then changed the flights for us when we changed our minds. We haven't been long haul in a while and she provided lots of info to update us. The hotels that she picked in Phuket and Dubai we absolutely perfect based on our needs. The transfers by taxi went smoothly also. I would thoroughly recommend Faye - and Kuoni - I felt listened to and reassured that this was money being well spent. Thank you Faye!

Fantastic experience: James at the Cambridge branch was really helpful in planning our holiday to Vietnam. He had been there recently and so could advise us of the best places to see and things to do. As a result we had an absolutely fantastic holiday which combined cities, cruising and finally a few days at a beachside hotel. All the transfers and arrangements went really smoothly and every hotel chosen by Kuoni were perfect in their own unique ways. We will definitely be using Kuoni again.

I am writing this before I actually…

I am writing this before I actually take my booked trip. I have spent north of £15k on a three week trip to Italy for my wife’s 50th and our 30 year wedding anniversary. Over six months ago I booked and not one communication until I contacted to ask about flights and transfers and our planned hikes and walking tours that is the main part of this trip. Flights booked but not seating, they forgot to tell us to book our own seat preferences, just as well I rang them!! Then I paid another £96.00 for securing seats together, flying with Jet 2. Now I ask where the hiking details are, to be told now that they can not book them as they have not passed health and safety. This holiday was booked as a walking hiking holiday and one month before departure I am told Kuoni don’t do trips or hiking and have no one that can. I am today waiting for a call asking what was the point booking with Kuoni. All they have done thus far is book hotels and flights, something I can do via booking.com or direct with jet 2 and may I say at half the cost. Kuoni offer individual crafted holidays, to this point they do not. I will update you on the progress with Kuoni, I am still hopeful that they can rectify this once in a lifetime holiday and anniversary celebration and give me the experience I booked.

This is an Overated substandard travel…

This is an Overated substandard travel Agent. Having spent 5.5k for a one week trip to Mexico, one would hope you get great value for your money however once we landed, there was no one to meet us at arrival (part of the package). It was up to us to arrange our transport to the hotel. Once we raised this to Kuoni, the email response we got was simply "we have contacted our grounds team to investigate and will revert back". For the amount of money paid, we could have easily had a smoother trip elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED AND WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN Ps: There is also no relationship building as once you have paid for the trip, you are passed onto the Ops team which will be a number of people. IN ADDITION: Dreams Tulum is listed as 5 star, this is close to a 3 star on a good day. VERY misleading from Kuoni.

Maldivian Anniversary experience in the January.

Big number Anniversary trip to the Maldives for the 1st time ever 👀. Booked for the 1st time with Kuoni @ John Lewis Southampton having made a cold call to see if their on site team could help ….. we visited on the evening of that day & never looked back after meeting Leigh , who along with Amy our designated ( “carer” ) co-ordination convinced us that Kuramathi was the more suitable Island to visit 🏖️ …… In short : the best decision ever to change our allegiances with other agents ; they know their destinations ; they listen ; they do their best to accommodate necessary budgets ; they communicate well & above all they actually care to find out if the holiday was all good news 😀. A team that is a credit to their company indeed. 👩‍🌾🙋‍♀️

24k spent on safari and then relaxation…

24k spent on safari and then relaxation afterwards in Zanzibar The list is endless, photos and videos sent to MD as well as CEO of holding company . Zero reponse 2nd part of holdiay might as well as be in butlins re self service all meals and building / contruction work 24/7 If you check website, unless its me, no listing on how to make a complaint !

Beware of “Family friendly and suitable for honeymooning couples marketing…

We stayed at the Zilwa Attutude hotel in Mauritius. Excellent facilities and warm and friendly staff. The hotel is marketed as “family friendly” so we were aware that there would be children at the resort. However allocation of rooms was extremely poor. We had paid for a superior room and our agent has listed uson our booking as a honeymooning couple. However for a large chunk of our holiday our room was sandwiched between two others with screaming toddlers! I did speak to management who offered a move but it would have meant loosing the luxury of opening our door onto the beach. We tolerated it but… we won’t be going back!

Always used Kuoni in the past.

Always used Kuoni in the past for our longhaul holidays . Planned to go to Thailand and singapore this year so contacted Kuoni. Gone is the professional service - were given 3 different reps (left/out of office) before getting a proposal which didn't include some of our travel requests. Not preferred hotel or flight company (in the past, never a problem with Kuoni). Poor response to our questions - overall poor Customer Service. In the end , gave up and went to Trailfinders - they have provided everything Kuoni used to in the past. Good service, Timely responses and flexibility to our needs. After many past trips through Kuoni, we won't be using them in the future.

Ricky Kingwell - Superstar!

Ricky Kingwell at the MK branch truly created the PERFECT honeymoon. The local kuoni travel reps in Mauritius and Reunion went above and beyond to make our stay easy and stress free. Taste of Tanzania disappointing

Had a great Taste of Kenya safari but Taste of Tanzania was disappointing. Our driver/guide became ill in the Serengeti (vomiting outside vehicle) and we had to join another group for 2 and a half days. Our “small group” safari became a “ large group “ safari and created tension which rather spoilt what should have been a wonderful experience. An apology from Kuoni would have been nice.

Kuoni disclaimed responsibility

My wife and I booked a holiday through Kuoni which included 7 nights on star clipper around the Med and 3 night stay in St George Lycabettus hotel in Athens. The holiday was a disappointment in that the hotel which had been listed as 5 star would in our opinion struggle to reach 3 star. The star clipper was an on-going work site with continual labour throughout the day. Wh n we complained Kuoni completely absolved themselves from blame claiming we had contracted to Star clipper and St George hotel although the 8,000+pounds paid was to Kuoni. Eventually received 500pounds in admittance but would not agree our claim of 1,500. Sad

We visited many travel providers to look at booking our honeymoon. Kuoni Milton Keynes was one of these. We were assisted by Vicky Bignell who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Vicky listened to our wish list and was able to put together an itinerary that met it all. We found the price competitive compared to other travel providers, considering Kuoni offer a more bespoke package. We have found the whole process so far - even with changes being made (by us) via email simple and the responses prompt. We are looking forward to our honeymoon and would definitely recommend Kuoni MK.

This was a kuoni Àlfred & Big 5 safari…

This was a kuoni Àlfred & Big 5 safari over 6 days. Everything relating to the safari itself was excellent including Duncan, our driver and guide who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The suggested itinerary implied we would have had time to visit some optional things in Nairobi and enjoy the hotel facilities but as we arrived in the late evening this wasn't possible. Since our flight left close to midnight on the last day we also had to book a hotel day room otherwise we would have been dropped off at the airport with 11 hours to kill. Kuoni were aware of the flight times and for 5 stars this really should have been organised for us a little better.

Great service!

Booked our Easter Cyprus holiday through Kuoni and the service was great. James was very knowledgeable and talked me through the hotel and places to visit whilst on holiday. The hotel had an excellent location and was about a 25-30 minute stroll along the coast in to Paphos town where there was bars, restaurants and cafes. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday! Thanks

Fast Refund

Having booked a trip back in January 2020, for May 2021, we chose to cancel due to covid. We were given a voucher for the deposit at the end of last year to be used this year. Unsatisfied with this we contacted Kuoni direct, who immediately offered a refund in full. We got this within 24 hours. Contrary to a lot of online reviews, Kuoni customer service was superb. Cannot rate highly enough.

Thailand Explorer Tour

Thailand Explorer Tour. Jessica in the Kuoni Store in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol could not have been more helpful. The Tour itself was outstanding. Really good Hotels and lots of included meals. Ron our Guide was fantastic. So informative and he went the extra mile to fill the itinerary with interesting experiences on every day of the tour.. Nothing was too much trouble. Consequently there was not one complaint even the weather was perfect !

Kuoni Liverpool and the wonderful Megan

We recently booked our long anticipated once in a lifetime holiday to the Maldives. Megan at the Liverpool branch was amazing -professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, she took lots of time to thoroughly explore all the options regarding different flights, accommodation types and drink and dining packages. We didn’t once feel rushed, and left very confident we’d got the perfect holiday for us. She had an upcoming visit to the same island, and promised us update photos of her experience via the company Instagram account, which felt like a lovely personal touch. Can’t recommend both Megan and the company highly enough. Five star experience (not forgetting the free bubbly and coffee!) and we’re sure the holiday will be everything we hope for and more x

There’s nothing they can’t do!

We’ve used Kuoni to book several special trips and they have been superb every time, there is nothing that they cannot do and nothing is ever too much trouble. They add an extra dimension with their pristine stores and knowledgeable travel experts. We wouldn’t trust any other travel agent with our special trips.

Waited 2 weeks for online requested information for NZ. No reply so called to be told not taking bookings yet-that's fine but could have sent a reply to that affect-thanks. Also their "shop" in Chichester is not manned & no sign to say permanently closed-put a sign up please that would be helpful.

Leading global travel management company Kuoni Travel has gone live with market leading travel tracker, Voyage Manager, to its corporate clients.

Voyage Manager is proud to announce that Kuoni Travel has chosen Voyage Manager as the provider of travel tracking for more than 200 of its corporate customers. Kuoni will offer Voyage Manager’s standard travel tracker free of charge for a six months’ trial period. During this period the clients will be given the opportunity to also try additional features such as travel alerts, pre trip country profiles and country profile library, as well as the confidential travel vault.
