Top airlines flying from london to belgrade.

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

It was a short flight, no real service (which is okay). Very bumpy because of weather.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Good experience. Food was great and passengers helped rearrange seats so our family could be seated together

Check in crew in Charlotte NC was superb. There were 6 of them plus what looked like a supervisor, helping to answer questions and keep things moving. Never saw so many check in crew. Then some of them showed up at the gate later for boarding. Great. The flight was mediocre. The seats were small with little leg room. The screens kept coming on when we were trying to sleep and wouldn’t shut off. I know we paid far less than first class but does that mean we should be shoved in there??

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!

Good crew and good flight but could have run on time They were waiting to collect people from connections

This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.

I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.

Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.

This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.

Seats are very small and uncomfortable so such a long flight. My tray table was broken and taped up. Flight attendant untaped it to put my tray on. I taped it back up when done. The armrest between seats was broken and metal exposed. I will not book Air Serbia again.

Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails, every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?

To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.

Omg my flight was delayed from 4pm to 9:45 pm with no explanation- that is ridiculous

Very poor embarkation in Belgrade , employees not friendly, not well organized. The flight was delayed by over 2.5 hours and the employees at the air Serbia desk at Belgrade were unhelpful, disinterested and all appeared more concerned about their snack (all were munching something) than assisting passengers

They didnt let me do the check in online. That was terrible cause I was coming from another country,so I had to go oit the airport and go un again through controls. They Also made me pay more for my bag which was very light. And the personal was not so nice.

Top 5 airlines flying to belgrade.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

I paid a lot of money for seat selection and was miserable for flight duration

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

my original flight was cancelled the previous day, and i was rescheduled onto this flight, which left much earlier in the morning, impacting my previous evening and requiring me to get up much earlier in the morning to get to the airport online. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.

The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.

We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.

Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

The flight was delayed 5 hours and I'm and invalid,I wan a refund for this

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.

Boy, 13, who shot dead eight children at Belgrade school 'had kill list'

A student, who witnessed the shooting, used to be in the same class as the suspect and said he seemed "nice" and would get "good grades".

Teenage suspect

A 13-year-old boy who shot dead eight children and a security guard at a school in Serbia had a list of students he wanted to "liquidate" and four Molotov cocktails in his bag, police have said.

The teenage suspect has been identified by police as seventh-grade student K.K. - only his initials due to his age.

Police have said he took his father's gun before shooting his teacher and then fellow students and security guards at the Vladislav Ribnikar elementary school in the capital Belgrade on Wednesday morning.

The children who died were seven girls and one boy - all aged between 11 and 14.

The school's assistant principal called the police at 8:40am local time (7:40am UK time) while the suspect himself phoned officers two minutes later and said he had shot a number of people, officers have said.

Milan Nedeljkovic, mayor of the central Vracar district where the school is located, said the teacher is fighting for her life after being shot.

Six children who were injured are also being treated with one of them, a girl, in a life-threatening condition.

UK plans to ramp up weapons production for Ukraine and Western defence as Lord Cameron reveals envoy will oversee 'national priority'

According to the law on juvenile offenders and the criminal legal protection of minors, K.K. cannot be held criminally responsible because he has not yet reached the age of 14.

His father V.K., who is 48, was ordered to be detained for up to 48 hours on suspicion of committing serious offenses against general security.

Suspects' plans 'resembled a horror movie'

Body bags have been seen being carried out of the school following the tragedy.

Veselin Milic, the chief of Belgrade police, said in a news conference that K.K. had a list of children he wanted to "liquidate" on his desk at home and had been planning the attack for a month.

Veselin Milic, Head of the police department of the city of Belgrade:

Mr Milic said the suspect's plans looked "like a video game or a horror movie" and were very detailed - showing classrooms he was going to enter and which children he was going to target.

The suspect first killed a guard at the school in central Belgrade and then three students in a hallway, Mr Milic added.

The police chief said the suspect then entered a classroom - apparently choosing it simply because it was close to the entrance - and opened fire again.

The suspect was carrying four Molotov cocktails, also known as petrol bombs, in his bag during the attack.

Mr Milic said police had been told by those that know him that K.K. was a "model student, a model friend".

Footage shows the suspect's head covered as officers led him to a nearby car following his arrest.

Serbia's minister of interior Bratislav Gasic has said the boy's father is also being detained.

The minister has said the gun used in the attack was legal and the father claims that it was locked in a safe but the suspect apparent knew the code.

Mr Gasic also said that the authorities have been told the boy went to shooting ranges with his father to practice using firearms.

The government has announced three days of mourning from 5 to 7 May - while classes will resume tomorrow and start with a minute silence.

Suspect was a 'quiet' student

Officers in helmets and bulletproof vests have cordoned off the area after the first mass shooting in Serbia in 10 years.

Reports in Serbia said terrified parents arrived at the school trying to find their children.

A student who witnessed part of the shooting has said she used to be in the same class as the suspect.

She said: "He was a quiet guy, he looked nice, he had good grades, but we didn't know much about him. He was not so open with everybody. Definitely I wasn't expecting this to happen."

'My child survived this'

Speaking about what she witnessed as the shooting unfolded, she said: "I was downstairs, we had sports class downstairs, I was able to hear the shooting.

"It was non-stop, it was not like one shot at a time, it was shooting without stopping.

"I didn't know what was happening, we were receiving some messages on the phone. Some kids from seventh grade second class were not replying, so we were in real fear."

Astrid Merlini, the mother of a student who witnessed part of the shooting, said: "My child survived this, you can't imagine, she saw a man falling down, shooting, she was running away, she thought the boy with [the] gun would run after her.

"She is in shock, but she agreed to talk, but she is full of adrenaline."

Astrid Merlini's daughter was in the school at the time

'Parents were in panic'

Milan Milosevic said his daughter was in the classroom where the shooting began.

He told broadcaster N1: "She managed to escape. [The boy] ...first shot the teacher and then he started shooting randomly."

He added: "I saw the security guard lying under the table. I saw two girls with blood on their shirts. They say he [the shooter] was quiet and a good pupil. He recently joined their class."

A girl who attends a high school adjacent to Vladislav Ribnikar told state TV RTS: "I saw kids running out from the school, screaming. Parents came, they were in panic. Later I heard three shots."

Eyewitness on deadly shooting at Serbia school

Mass shootings are comparatively rare in Serbia, which has very strict gun laws.

But the western Balkans are awash with hundreds of thousands of illegal weapons following wars and unrest in the 1990s.

Serbian authorities have issued several amnesties for owners to hand in or register illegal guns.

In the last mass shooting in 2013, a Balkan war veteran killed 13 people in a central Serbian village.

THE Serbian national team will have a groundbreaking new home in the next few years.

The Eagles, who will face England in their Euro 2024 group this summer, are building a brand new stadium on the outskirts of the country's capital of Belgrade.

The Serbian national team are building a groundbreaking 'garden' stadium

The stadium is set to be completed by December 1, 2026 and has been described as a "garden stadium" thanks to its greenery covered facade.

The ground is designed to have four "rings" suspended by cables that surround the stadium and are covered in trees and bushes to offer a more green look.

The design has been created by a Spanish architectural firm who were responsible for three of the eight stadiums built in Qatar ahead of the 2022 World Cup - including Stadium 974 , which was made out of recycled shipping containers.

The Garden stadium won't just have a stunning exterior but will also be able to seat 52,000 fans.

And the surrounding area is also set to be filled with kiosks, restaurants, leisure areas, three parks, a water sports centre and golf courses.

The Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic visited the grounds for the construction ahead of things getting underway and claimed the stadium will be one of the top three most beautiful arenas in the world.

He said: "Today is a big day for football. Today is a day we should all rejoice.

"We will get a magnificent building which is currently and which in the coming period will be the most beautiful or among the three most beautiful stadiums [in the world]."

President Vucic also revealed that the currently unnamed stadium would be given its name by the public in a vote in the near future.

While he also told football fans that Uefa have agreed to allow the Serbian stadium to play host to the Europa League final in 2028.

The Serbian national team do not currently have a designated stadium that they call home.

However they often play their home fixtures at the Rajko Mitic Stadium - the home of Red Star Belgrade.
