Possibly the most fun you've had on your vacation. We tour the scenic protected waterways near Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral including a trip through Canaveral Locks and Port Canaveral. Enjoy the complimentary drink and snacks on the daily tours and the free lunch on Saturday tours while Sunday tour is timed to see the majestic cruise ships leave Port Canaveral.

Join your captains Mark and Michele aboard the river tour boat, The Blue Dolphinfor wildlife adventures along the Banana River where dolphins and manatees are seen daily.

Our daily 2 hour Tours begin on the beautiful Banana River. We leave from Kelly Park and go just north to the Barge Canal on Merritt Island where we see a great variety of birds, dolphin, manatee and the occasional Alligator and then through Canaveral Locks and tour Port Canaveral viewing one of the busiest cruise ports on the world.

Our Location

We operate within the Banana River Lagoon located in the heart of the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary. Nicknamed “the cradle of the ocean,” this stretch of water is nestled between the barrier Islands of Florida’s east coast and the mainland. It is the most bio-diverse habitat in North America and is home to approximately 4,300 species of plants and animals including more rare and endangered species than any other county in Florida.

Thunder on cocoa beach.

The Thunder on Cocoa Beach Super Boat Grand Prix powerboat race returns to Cocoa Beach on May 16 through 19. The races kick off around 10 a.m. Sunday, May 19, off the shore of Cocoa Beach, with related events planned for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The racing event, one of the largest in Central Florida, draws top race teams in the world to compete in various classes, with Class 1 racers reaching speeds over 175 mph. This year’s races will take place offshore from Alan Shepard Park to Coconuts on the Beach.  Admission is free, but VIP tickets with access to shaded seating, refreshments and premium viewing are available. Summer Art & Craft Fair in Cocoa Village

The free kid-and-pet-friendly event will be in Cocoa Village on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be street food, live entertainment and more. Artists and crafters will showcase their wares. Visit visitcocoavillage.com .

Space Coast Burger Battle in Wickham Park

The third annual Space Coast Burger Battle will be at Wickham Park, 2500 Parkway Drive, Melbourne, on Saturday, May 18 from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 19 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests will enjoy special a-la-carte menus with food priced at $5 or less per item. There will also be live entertainment, an arts and crafts fair, gem mining, axe throwing, face painting and more. Ranger-led tour of Turkey Creek Sanctuary

Turkey Creek Sanctuary, 1518 Port Malabar Blvd NE, Palm Bay, offers free ranger-led tours on the first and third Sundays of each month, excluding holidays, from 10 to 11 a.m. Participants should meet at the sanctuary Nature Center and bring sturdy tennis shoes or boots, sunscreen, insect repellent, water, snacks, binoculars and a hat. Tours will take place on the boardwalk and various trails. Each tour will be led by a park ranger and will focus on common plants and animals found in the sanctuary. Free boat trip to Samsons Island

Samsons Island is a 52-acre passive nature island in the Banana River, accessible only by water, with docks on the south, east and north sides of the island for public use. The City of Satellite Beach provides free boat transportation to and from Samsons Island conservation area and nature park on the first and third Sunday of each month at 9 a.m., weather permitting.
