Excellent service!
Clubbingtours offered us excellent services during our 15 nights stay in Mauritius. They offered us transfer services from and to airport and car hire for our entire stay. Darshani was very attentive and patient in answering all our many questions. The hired car was in good condition. The transfer services impeccable. Reliable, reasonable , friendly and good value. Highly recommended.
Taxi booked for 7.30am never arrived. Called the office and got a message a few minutes later telling me the taxi had broke down. A lie or not is anyones guess. Eventually sorted to share a taxi with another couple, bearing in mind we had paid for our own private taxi there and back. Girl in office advised us to call at the local office on our return for a partial refund. On our return at 5.30pm office was closed so we called in next morning at around 11am. Girl in the office knew of us and what had happened and after making a few phone calls informed us that we weren't entitled to a partial refund as they had to pay driver extra for taking us in his car with the other couple. Anyway after I refused to accept this she gave a partial refund of 500 rupees, way below what I thought was a fair refund. The trip itself was fine but I wouldn't recommend this tour company when the same trips are available at hundreds of other vendors.

Avec eux j'organise mon transfère de l'aeroport à mon hotel (et retour), ainsi que toutes mes sorties/excursions: Catamaran, visites du Sud ou du Nord en taxi privé. Les prix pratiqués sont raisonnables, les équipes Catamaran très très sympathiques, et les chauffeurs Taxi très interéssants! C'est donc parfait! Cette toute petite agence est au Top de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme. Je recommande expressément. Pat ENGLISH: Again, I come back 5 years after my first experience with them. I find the same people who are always so friendly and very accommodating. With them I organize my transfer from the airport to my hotel (and back), as well as all my outings/excursions: Catamaran, visits to the South or North by private taxi. The prices charged are reasonable, the Catamaran teams very very friendly, and the Taxi drivers very interesting! So it's perfect! This small Tour operator CLUBBING is at the top of kindness and professionalism. I expressly recommend. Pat
Really helpful team, locally owned and lovely trip. All questions answered politely and professionally and the tour was great as well. Recommended over the 'bigger' operators anytime.
We are grateful to Clubbing tour for the nice experience we had in Mauritius. We visited Ile aux Cerfs, organized a trip to Gabriel island /driver + catamaran) and rented a car for a couple of days. Helpful and accomodating management, excellent service, skilled drivers, very reasonable prices: everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
