We head directly to Thursford, where we take our seats for the fabulous Christmas Spectacular - This Norfolk Show is the largest Christmas production in England and is a celebration of Christmas with choirs, carols, and the best organs including the mighty Wurlitzer playing. After the show, we continue to our hotel in time for dinner and our overnight stay.

Breakfast at hotel. Today we have a brief guided tour of Norwich as it prepares for the festive season. Free time to visit the Cathedral, cobbled Elm Hill, or just enjoy some retail therapy as you search for that elusive Christmas present. We return home in the afternoon.

Our base for this fantastic weekend is the Holiday Inn Norwich. Set on the outskirts of the city, the hotel facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. All bedrooms are en suite, and have television, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

With a cast of approximately 130 this is the biggest Christmas show of it’s kind in Europe. All shows have top price tickets.This excursion includes return coach and tickets for the Thursford Spectacular show. There will be a stop en route for the opportunity to buy lunch. This afternoon we travel to Sandringham where within the serene embrace of the Sandringham Estate, an enchanting spectacle awaits-an illuminated trail that promises to captivate and enchant your senses. Embark on a magical journey as you meander through the Royal Parkland at Sandringham, following a mile-long trail adorned with mesmerising lighting elements and delightful light play, all harmoniously accompanied by ambient music. WEST BRIDGEWATER – The best sporting events often come down to the wire. One race could be the difference in making history.

Ipswich track and field fans will now have lifetime memories.

Lily Harper, Alana Novello, Soren Shearer and Stella Whitten combined to set a meet record in the 4×400-meter relay, clocking in at 4:20.79 as Ipswich captured the Div. 6 girls outdoor track and field relay championship in walk-off fashion at West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School.

“I was just doing math,” joked Ipswich girls track coach Marty Binnette. “I was trying to figure out where Joseph Case was … I was just happy for the girls. So happy for them. They all work really hard, are super dedicated, great track athletes.”

The Tigers were also propelled by sophomore Kameya Perron, who helped Ipswich to a meet record time in the shuttle hurdles (1:08.67) with Novello, Whitten and Izzy Greanlea. She also won the pole vault relay with a meet record distance of 10 feet, and the Tigers needed every single point, finishing with 62 as a group. When all was said and done, they outscored Case by one digit in the final standings.

“It feels really awesome,” Perryon said. “It’s just been really fun to compete with my team.”

Led by a complete team effort, Amesbury was able to cruise to its fourth consecutive boys crown, this time in Div. 6. The school was able to pull away from the field, accumulating 78 points. Max Sanchez, Michael Sanchez and Anthony Aguilar Lopez finished first in the 4×100 (44.45 seconds) and 4×400 (3:36.30) relays. Aiden Donovan (16.79 meters) and Dylan Palen (12.82 meters) finished atop the leaderboard for Amesbury in the shot put.

“We had a great season last year,” said longtime Amesbury boys coach Ernie Bissaillon. “And we had a lot of kids who wanted to come back, be successful tonight. We wanted to put a good bunch of teams together, especially in throwing. We went 1-2 in the shot put, an ‘A’ team and a ‘B’ team.  Then we went one and four in discus, with an ‘A’ team and a ‘B’ team.”

Other noteworthy performances included Randolph’s girls relay team of Tamarre Anilus, Jayda Adora Bleus, Omosefe Ighadaro and Kniya White placing first in the 4×100 (52.40 seconds) and 4×200 (1:51) relays, respectively.
