Coheed and Cambria Announce 2023 North American Tour with Deafheaven

Coheed will perform their 2007 album No World for Tomorrow in full during the extensive outing

Coheed and Cambria have announced a massive two-leg 2023 North American tour with special guests Deafheaven . The outing, dubbed the “Neverender: No World for a Waking Mind” tour, will find Coheed performing their 2007 album Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow in its entirety.

The first leg of the tour will kick off April 28th in Norfolk, Virginia, and wrap up May 20th in Atlanta. Both Coheed and Deafheaven will then appear at Florida’s Welcome to Rockville festival on May 21st, followed by three late May shows in which Coheed will support Incubus.

The second leg launches September 6th in Charlotte, North Carolina, and finishes October 7th in Los Angeles. Tickets for both legs go on sale to the general public on Friday (January 27th) via Ticketmaster , with a Live Nation pre-sale starting Thursday (January 26th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code SOUND . Fans can also pick up tickets via StubHub .

In addition to performing No World for Tomorrow in full, Coheed will also be playing a number of songs from their most recent album, 2022′ Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind .

Following the second leg, Coheed will set sail on their previously announced S.S. Neverender cruise in late October.

Deafheaven, meanwhile, are touring in support of their latest album, 2021’s Infinite Granite .

Coheed and Cambria Book Summer Tour With Dance Gavin Dance, Debut ‘The Liars Club’ Video

Coheed and Cambria are in the midst of a U.S. tour with Sheer Mag right now, and they've already confirmed they'll return to the road with another stateside headlining trek set for the summer, for which they'll be joined by Dance Gavin Dance and Mothica. Adding to the excitement is the arrival of an animated music video for "The Liars Club," the third single off Coheed's highly-anticipated new record,  Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind .

"The Liars Club" follows the release of "Shoulders" and "Rise, Naianasha (Cut the Cord)" as fans begin to piece together more about the second installment of Coheed and Cambria's  Vaxis  story arc "about a couple on the run from tyrannical forces and their mysterious new addition," as described in a press release.

It's a pop-driven cut with a bobbing, infectious energy and seesawing energy as Coheed shift from subdued passages to explosive sing-along refrains that should be a jolt to the band's already dynamic live show.

Commenting on the song, guitarist and singer Claudio Sanchez posited, “When the truth is such a mess, who doesn’t want to live out a different reality? Who doesn’t want to embrace a lie?"

Coheed and Cambria have announced a summer 2022 North American headlining tour, with support from Dance Gavin Dance and Mothica. The band has also unleashed “The Liars Club” as the latest single from their forthcoming album, Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind , out May 27th.

The new tour announcement comes in the midst of Coheed and Cambria’s previously announced winter “Great Destroyer Tour,” which continues tonight (February 22nd) in Oklahoma City. The newly unveiled summer outing, which will see Coheed playing large-scale amphitheaters and arenas, has been dubbed “A Window of a Waking Mind Tour.” That one kicks off July 12th in Miami, Florida, and runs through an August 17th show in Troutdale, Oregon.

Tickets for the winter trek are currently on sale via Ticketmaster , while the summer shows go on sale this Friday (February 25th), with a pre-sale beginning tomorrow (February 23rd).

“The Liars Club” follows previous Vaxis II singles “Shoulders” and “Rise, Naianasha (Cut The Cord).” Coheed frontman Claudio Sanchez says of the new song, “ When the truth is such a mess, who doesn’t want to live out a different reality? Who doesn’t want to embrace a lie?”

COHEED AND CAMBRIA Announces Summer 2022 North American Headline Tour

The music world's most intriguing storytellers COHEED AND CAMBRIA have shared their anthemic new single "The Liars Club" . The follow-up to the top 10 Active Rock single "Shoulders" will be featured on their widely anticipated new album "Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind" , and is available today on all streaming platforms. COHEED AND CAMBRIA has also announced details of a massive 2022 North American summer headline trek. Dubbed "A Window Of The Waking Mind Tour" , it's the band's first major headline run of shows in five years. The upcoming trek will kick off on July 12 and see the band performing at some of the largest venues of their career in major cities across the continent, including Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville, Denver, Queens, Toronto, Los Angeles and more. Featuring support from DANCE GAVIN DANCE and MOTHICA , artist pre-sale tickets for the summer tour will be available beginning tomorrow (Wednesday, February 23) at 9:00 a.m. local time, with all remaining tickets going on sale to the public on Friday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The LP welcomes us back to "The Amory Wars" as the second installment of the five-part "Vaxis" arc about a couple on the run from tyrannical forces and their mysterious new addition. The album's limited-edition deluxe box set includes the exclusive 96-page illustrated hardcover novel "A Window Of The Waking Mind" which was developed by Sanchez and written by his wife Chondra Echert with strikingly realistic color artwork by Chase Stone . COHEED AND CAMBRIA announce 2023 tour with DEAFHEAVEN

Coheed and Cambria fans just got a nice surprise. The band have announced a 2023 tour dubbed "Neverender: No World For A Waking Mind," in which they'll play their beloved 2007 album, No World for Tomorrow , in full every single night, along with select cuts from their 2022 LP, Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind . What's more, blackgaze progenitors  Deafheaven  will be opening the entire trek. 

The tour is broken up into two separate legs, one kicking off April 28th in Norfolk, VA, and wrapping up May 20th in Atlanta, and the other beginning September 6th in Charlotte, NC, and concluding October 7th in L.A. 

General tickets go on sale Friday January 27th at 10 a.m. local time, and you can see the full list of dates below.

Coheed and Cambria and Taking Back Sunday Announce Tour

Coheed and Cambria have announced a new co-headlining tour with Taking Back Sunday . The two rock groups are set to embark on a massive North American run of dates beginning on July 6 with a concert at Bayfront Park Amphitheater in Miami. The tour itinerary will see the bands play shows in Nashville, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Chicago, Denver, and many more. Check out their full schedule . The Story So Far are set to join as support on all dates. Coheed and Cambria’s most recent album The Color Before the Sun was released in 2015. Taking Back Sunday’s last studio full-length Tidal Wave was issued in 2016.

Primus are also adding limited headlining dates in Asheville, NC, Memphis, TN, and Austin, TX. Rock icons The Used have announced they will be hitting the road for a co-headlining tour with Coheed And Cambria this fall. The all-outdoor run will include the electrifying pop-punk trio Meet Me @ The Altar on most dates with rising alt-pop star carolesdaughter on select dates.

The 18-city co-headlining tour kicks off on August 27th at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, CA making stops across the U.S. in Phoenix, Austin, St. Louis, Cincinnati and more before wrapping up in Jacksonville, FL at Daily's Place on September 24th. Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, June 18th at 10AM local time at LiveNation.com. The Used's presale tickets will be available today at 10:00AM local time.

In addition to this co-headline run, The Used will be performing at Four Chord Music Festival in Washington, PA as well as Rebel Rock Festival in Orlando, FL this September.

Established in 2000, The Used was brought to life and have since released a collection of albums that pioneered the scene of emo rock.
