How many people can go in one helicopter? We are 2 adults and 3 kids and don't want to have to book two separate flights. Thanks.

Excellent experience!! Our pilot and all the staff were professional and friendly. We took the dolphin run, which was a 30 mile round trip along the coast. It was a smooth ride the whole time as we viewed the beautiful water and shoreline. We spotted several sharks in the water, a couple of manta rays, and some cool man-made reefs in the shape of a sand dollar, a dolphin, and a seahorse. The ride lasted about 25 minutes, which was enough for some pictures and to just sit back and enjoy the ride and the beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Very professional and totally worth it! I am a professional military & airline pilot. I couldn't be more impressed with the hospitality, safety measures, and convenience of Timberview. Once in a lifetime opportunity to see the gulf coast from a new perspective. If you have even 20 mins to spare, take the opportunity. You won't regret it!

Timberview helicopter tours was so fun! This was my first time riding in a helicopter. We had Mike as our pilot and he was amazing. He made us all feel safe and informed with a good sense of humor. It was a great route, worth the price and got to see the beauty of Florida. Would definitely recommend asking for mike as your pilot!

Wow what the hell?!? Helicopter rides are a crazy fun/scary thing to do!! It was my wife's 40th birthday and I wanted to do something big other than a nice restaurant...obviously we do that too often! I was pretty nervous, and managed to keep it a surprise until we pulled into the parking lot. She got very excited and very nervous...was a lot to take in! Lol The place was running about an hour behind...luckily there was an empty snack machine on the property. Once we were called up, we were loaded onto a golf cart and driven over to the chopper, took a photo in front of it, then we were helped inside. It took off fast, we were over the beach in a matter of seconds...we took the "Jawz" package which was around 25 minutes long or so...was plenty really. The views were incredible! What a beautiful beach...clear blue waters, white sand....so much nicer then what we have in Galveston!! We had so much fun it was a total Adrenalin rush, def would have gotten 5 stars, but at the very end we hit what the pilot called an "air pocket", we dropped down 20 or 30 feet then the nose of the chopper pointed down. I saw the pilot pull back pretty hard on the controls. I was very scared, and the wife almost ripped the skin off of my leg. We leveled back out and the pilot simply grinned and said "whoops, those air pockets can be tricky" It was an amazing experience and I am happy to have done it, but once was enough for me!!!

Had a blast! Wife and I just married and were on our honeymoon in Destin. Being an army veteran I've been on choppers numerous times but my wife has never flown on one. After a bit of research we found this couple and we're glad we did. Very friendly & highly recommended! 5 stars! AAA+++

The tour is pretty short but worth every minute! You really have a lot to soak in during the flight. If you're not the social media type, I highly recommend you put your phone/camera down and enjoy the flight! Absolutely beautiful!!!! From the ocean, the marine life, the town, the white sand, etc. there's a groupon as well for up to three ppl or you can call in and it's still the same price.

This was my first time going up a helicopter by choice. Haha! They have many types of tour packages. They have a VERY VERY SHORT ride that's affordable. And it gets more expensive the longer you want to be up in the air. Again we chose the affordable package. There were four of us in the party. Here's how it went: They took our payment. Then they answered any and all questions we have. This included a safety briefing. Which really was not much. It included how to approach the helicopter and water safety. It was brief! They also weighed us. I got the "short straw" and got to sit in the front probably because I was the most heavy. It made me feel like I was riding a roller coaster. I got to see from the pilot's perspective. The only things I didn't like was the fact that it was way too short of a ride and that I felt the "G's" whenever the pilot had to turn. It made me feel a little queasy and that I literally just finished lunch before we got on the helicopter. I recommend not eating before the ride; it will make you feel better. No one threw up, but there is a potential for it if you did. What I like: The pilot was competent. We arrived safely. The view was amazing! The ride was very comfortable. The pilot gave us as much comments as much as we needed and not more. What I didn't like: it was expensive. The ride was short. The smell of fuel was overwhelming at times. Overall my wife and friends had a good time. If I could afford it, I would've chosen the longer tour package. Since it was my first time, it was pretty fun!

Helicopters are extremely expensive to operate (acquisition, maintenance, operating, pilots, etc.), so in order to keep it affordable so more people can experience it, we have to balance cost and flight times. We are very glad you have a fun time and hope you will join us again in the future!

This is the second time we have been on a helicopter ride in destin. We took the 12 mile ride, and we saw crab island, the jetties, the harbor. The pilot pointed out stuff, and we were able to see some wildlife. They have appointments continuously so make sure you are not late! They also book up fast!

We really enjoyed this experience. We went on the 12 mile experience and were able to be taken alongside the beach and had some main attractions pointed out to us. Having this view of the Destin was a nice end to our vacation. I love the ease of how the helicopter lifted straight up into the air and got going. I would love to do a longer tour next time! We were able to get the groupon price by calling the facility instead of buying the Groupon because it requires 48 hours advanced reservation.

• Maintain heading for Marler (Destin) Bridge. Center span 50’ clearance MHW.
• After passing under Bridge turn hard to port to run parallel with Bridge. CAUTION: Not well marked.
• Harbor entrance channel dark water. Depth 8’ to 10’. CAUTION: Do not track to starboard towards Norriego Point. Shifting sand bottom, heavy shouling at point.
• East terminus of bridge make starboard turn to run parallel with docks at HarborWalk Village. Non-navigational Lighthouse structure to port.
• Enter Destin Harbor with north shore on port and Norriego Point (sand dunes) to starboard.
• HarborWalk Marina to port at: Latitude 30.23 64 | Longitude 86.30 77
• Typically referred to as the East Pass or Entrance to Choctawatchee Bay
• Latitude 30 22.00 | Longitude 86 30.50 Depth 32’
• Look for Lighted/Sound outer marker.
• Stay center of East and West rock jetties.
• Maintain equal distance between red (starboard) and green (port) buoys.
• Make way towards center span of Marler (Destin) Bridge, 50’ clearance MHW
• Norriego Point (sand dunes) will be off to starboard, separates East Pass from Destin Harbor. Watch for NO WAKE ZONE.
• Prior to bridge, make starboard turn to run parallel with bridge. CAUTION: Not well marked. Harbor entrance channel dark water. Depth 8’ to 10’. CAUTION: Do not cut corner around Norriego Point. Shifting sand bottom, heavy shouling at point.
