‘La Casa De Los Famosos’ Opened the Doors of Hispanic TV’s Most Famous House

Telemundo ’s  La Casa de los Famosos   kicked off when the 17 personalities of its third season were revealed during last night’s premiere of the reality competition airing weeknights at 7pm/6c. The two lucky fans selected by the audience were also revealed during the premiere. Fans can now witness all the excitement of their coexistence via the exclusive 24/7 access on  LaCasadelosFamosos.com . Here viewers can see the most intimate moments between the famous housemates of Hispanic TV’s most famous house in the completely redesigned structure during their isolation from the outside world under the command of  La Jefa  (The Boss) while competing for the $200,000 cash prize.

The 17 personalities participating in the third season are:

·      Aleida Núñez  – Mexican actress, singer and model who was a beauty queen in her native Mexico and has participated in numerous telenovelas. 

·      Aristeo Cázares  – TV host and participant of a wide variety of sports competitions and reality shows.

·       Arturo Carmona  – Mexican actor who has a successful artistic career in telenovelas, films, and reality competitions, who started out his career as a soccer player.

Telemundo's ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ Features Celebs Coexisting Under One Roof

‘House of the Famous’ premieres August 24

Celeb competition series La Casa de los Famosos premieres on Telemundo Aug. 24. Described by the network as “unfiltered”, “unparalleled” and “outrageous”, La Casa features a house full of popular Hispanic figures living under one roof. Without cell phones or access to the world beyond the house, the housemates forge alliances and hope to be the last one remaining. 

Coproduced by Telemundo and Endemol Shine Boomdog and based on show Big Brother VIP , La Casa de los Famosos airs weeknights, with two-hour live episodes. The title translates to House of the Famous . 

“We are thrilled to bring our audiences La Casa de los Famosos , a TV show the entire family will enjoy,” said Ronald Day, president, entertainment and content, Telemundo. “Not only will viewers get to see firsthand ‘the good, bad, and the ugly’ of these celebrities as they are forced to live together, but they will also witness how the house itself becomes a character in the story, setting rules and changing the game week to week. We are certain this will become the most famous house on U.S. Hispanic television.”

Hector Sandarti, who was on Telemundo morning show Un Nuevo Dia , hosts with Jimena Gallego, who is on Telemundo daytime show En Casa con Telemundo . The cast includes telenovela star Gaby Spanic. Telemundo did not name other cast members. 

“Starring an array of Latin luminaries from different origins, backgrounds, personalities, attitudes and generations, the series opens more than a window into their most intimate moments while witnessing their co-living dynamics,” said Telemundo. “Audiences will discover the humanity behind the famous faces.”

La Casa de los Famosos is an Endemol Shine Boomdog production for Telemundo. Francisco “Cisco” Suarez, Telemundo executive VP of primetime non-scripted programming, is the executive producer, and Pablo Alonso is showrunner.

White house adviser tours DeKalb County hospital’s federally funded improvements

STONECREST, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A senior White House adviser joined state and local leaders Wednesday for a tour of Emory Hillandale Hospital, which recently underwent $11 million worth of renovations and improvements thanks to federal dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act.

“We understand that you know what is best in your communities,” said Tom Perez, senior adviser to the president and director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs for the White House. “With those dollars, you can use them in a catalytic manner to transform health care. That’s what you have done here.”

Eighteen months ago, this hospital had to step up after Wellstar closed its downtown Atlanta hospital, Atlanta Medical Center.

“When WellStar closed, it was a traumatic moment that precipitated a major health care delivery crisis throughout metro Atlanta,” said DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond. “We didn’t just curse the darkness. What we did was we lit a candle, a candle of hope.”

The funding was used to expand Emory Hillandale’s emergency department, renovate its intensive care units, and replace its CT scanner, which had fallen into disrepair.

“You should feel comfortable in getting your primary elective procedures, medical procedures, done right here in your own community,” said U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson of Georgia’s 4th Congressional District. “You don’t have to go anywhere else. You can come right here.”

DeKalb County leaders also invested $1 million of the federal funding toward a hospital-based violence prevention program.

La fachada es un adelanto de lo que acontece en el interior. Un diseño puramente industrial con cemento visto, el mismo material que encontraremos en paredes y techos. ¿Qué te parece?

Espacios chill out

La terraza está equipada con todo lo necesario para vivir en familia a lo grande. Un amplio comedor, zona de asientos, jardín, piscina... ¡y hasta un cine al aire libre! Eso sí, el césped es artificial. ¿A que da el pego?

Fusión entre interiores y exteriores

El hormigón se extiende hasta la entrada de la casa, generando un nexo visual que difumina los límites entre interior y exterior.

Minimalismo en el salón

En el salón, Fátima y su familia querían que reinase el minimalismo. Para ver las pelis todos juntos, eligieron un gran sofá rinconera en color gris con reposapiés a juego, una mesa de centro de corte industrial, un mueble de TV suspendido y una chimenea moderna de bioetanol.

El estudio está en proceso de amueblamiento

En la planta superior, y a través de una escalera flotante con peldaños de cemento, accedemos al estudio, un espacio con el techo inclinado que aún se encuentra en proceso de amueblamiento y que la familia utilizará como zona de relax y teletrabajo. ¿Cómo la decorarías tú?

Una cocina con jardín incluido

Para evitar que la cocina se viese demasiado fría y minimalista, Fátima optó por una isla central de mármol y añadió un jardín en el techo de la cocina.

Dormitorio con vestidor y baño en suite

El dormitorio del matrimonio exhibe el mismo look moderno y minimalista que el resto de la casa, y cuenta con vestidor y baño en suite.

Una habitación infantil entre el nórdico y el industrial

Como el estilo 100% industrial sería demasiado frío e impersonal para una habitación infantil, Fátima se decantó por añadir mobiliario de madera en tonos claritos, situando las camas de los hermanos unidas en forma de L.

Y en el sótano... ¡el gym !

Hacer deporte es fundamental, y si puedes montarte el gimnasio en casa, mejor que mejor. Así lo ha hecho la influencer .

We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

What is the best time to visit moscow.

How many days are enough in Moscow?

If you plan your itinerary strategically and aren’t averse to a packed schedule, you can cover Moscow’s main sights over a long weekend. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
