My cancelled flight on 2022 is still not refunded. Been emailing numerous times also calling the customer service but not getting back anything. They are unreachable at some point.

Absolutely the worst booking experience…

Absolutely the worst booking experience ever. Paid extra for online check-in… and it doesn’t work. I have received no e-mail with iterenary. Terrible user interface. Terrible customer experience. Never booking with them again. Update: Had to manully check in both ways. Not what I paid for.

Auténtica estafa, te comienzan dando un buen precio barato...haces todo el proceso y a los dos días tras hacer la reserva te comentan que no se ha podido ejecutar, con el engorro de si te han cobrado o no, si te devuelven etc. (También lamentable skyscanner por trabajar con empresas así) Respuesta a sky-tours: So, 2 days long to check if that fare was sold out?. I don't buy it, sorry! The offer you sent was in a different timetable that I can't assume, so, instead of those fake apologies, do a better job.

My husband's tickets got partially…

My husband's tickets got partially cancelled without any email notifications. Only found this out by speaking with ANA for my daughter's and my tickets and inquiring more about his tickets. So now he'll be stuck in vietnam instead of flying home to Vancouver with us. We're supposed to have 11+ hours transfer in San Francisco together, and now it'll only be me and my daughter there. Please avoid this agency at all costs. We can't contact them through emails, chats, calls to ask for more info nor refunds.

Their Customer Service Works

I booked an international roundtrip flights and got a message that the eTicket will be available within 24 hours. I messaged their customer support after the said time frame and got a message that the airline can't confirm the booking. I was just frantic about the bad reviews but still gave it time. They actually replied within minutes via email in my spam box. Given that the "cheap" tickets were not reserved, I still appreciate that somebody followed up.

Paid for checked-baggage and SkyTour kept the money and had to pay checked baggage at airline counter

We purchased our tickets on SkyTour including checked-baggage for our round way trip. At the airport counter the airline (Air Europe) told us checked-baggage was not included so we had to pay it (USD$150 + taxes). We try to connect with Sky Tours on their web, bot and telephone and has not been possible.

5 Stars! After we found unfortionate mistake in our reservations date we got very worried, but shortly after sending a request in site- we got a nice mail back from customer support - they will take care and wil try to find a solution. At the same day the ticket was reschedual to the reqested dates. Thanks alot to Anush and the support team, we higly appreciate the policy and service!

Ordered tickets from Finn.no

Ordered tickets from Finn.no. Booking got canceled, happy I check it a few day before flying out. Was flying from Sola SVG - Copenhagen Denmark. I purchased the ticket almost 2 weeks in advance. After 1 week. No answer from ticket nor agent. Completely useless info on their site. No numbers active. Do NOT order from here! Stay away! Rather pay more for a ticket that actually works.

Made an airline ticket purchase - very fishy

Made an airline ticket purchase - we were directed from Kayak. Only got a funky confirmation, no airline info Review follow-up: Today, 5 days after the purchase and having filed a clarification with my credit card, the company responded with a valid PNR and airline info. I had requested a refund from Sky tours a couple of hours after the purchase and had not heard from the company until today. I had already made another ticket purchase due to the uncertainty and feeling that I had been scammed.

No communication, avoid

Similar to other users, I booked some last minute travel through SkyTours (booked on Feb 7, 2023 for travel on Feb 9, 2023). It is now less than 24 hours to takeoff, and I have not received any confirmation from SkyTours on whether I am booked or not. I cannot check-in to my flight, and have had zero luck on them getting back to me, after multiple attempts at calling and sending an email request. Not sure if I should make alternate travel arrangements... avoid them.

No Reimbursement After Canceled Flight

One of the flights on my trips was canceled and 8 months later I have not been reimbursed. They have insisted they cannot send a check, that my banking numbers aren't correct and that I cannot speak to them by phone. I have emailed 6 separate individuals that I worked with through my booking and travel process and still have not been reimbursed.

Scam Website

I booked a ticket from Amsterdam to Mexico City more than two days ago. My flight is tomorrow, and I still have received no confirmation from sky tours. I have called, submitted an email ticket and tried chat with zero response from customer service. Now I will have to book another ticket and waste hundreds of dollars. Please never book with this company.

It seems that leaving a negative review…

It seems that leaving a negative review gets a quicker response than writing to support. I have a voucher that expires in 2 days - It now states invalid. I have $2k left from my 2020 REFUND which I now cannot use at all. Aside from this issue, each time in the past I've attempted to use the voucher, the flight is always 'NO longer available' or Im advised after the fact, that the price has gone up. I need this rectified. Its been 2 years of my life dealing with your company - I wish to GOD I could get that time back. UPDATE: Skytours has reinstated my credit - Thank you Skytours.

Ticket could never be confirmed

Sky-Tours could never book the flights, which I originally purchased even after asking additional payment to confirm my reservation. I need some evidence right away that Sky-Tours has already refunded my money for my reservation # 7403411. Because 10 working days or even longer to reflect it back on my bank account sounds too long, I cannot believe any more after checking such bad reviews on Sky-Tours, which I agree. Please send me any evidence of your paying back to my account as soon as possible! Update: I could get the full amount refunded already. Thank you. One more star added. It would be better for Sky-Tours to clearly explain the procedure at the beginning and also when you ask the additional payment. Everyone would expect that the ticket could be confirmed quickly at the original price. We all do not want to chase you to get responses.

Worst service ever......

I would prefer to give no stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. I booked a flight, was sent confirmation and when (just prior to flying) I checked itinerary, my booking had been cancelled. NO email, NO notification. Tried to call...NO POSSIBILITY to take to anyone. Tried to talk to the chat option online and person/robot left conversation with a simple 'Sorry for the inconvenience' ...Oh and we'll refund but may take up to two weeks. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL.

Your reservation could not be confirmed by the airlines as a result we canceled the order and no funds were charged. Any soft hold amount by your bank should be updated in its original form of payment. Some banks takes upto 2 weeks to update their record but you can speak to your bank to speed up the process. This is a scam website

This is a scam website. They booked our flight and charged us (sent us confirmation and itinerary even) but then at some point canceled our booking without notifying us. In response, an email was not sent notifying me of the canceled reservation. A charge was made to the card and email with confirmation sent after booking. We had to book a last minute flight home on the day of travel because Sky Tours failed to communicate.

I booked my tickets over 30 hours ago and I still have not received any confirmation and my credit card has been charged. I have tried contacting customer support but did not receive any response. When I try to cancel my reservation its tells me that my trip locator# is invalid. I just need my money back.

poor customer service

Similar to others, I booked a ticket on Feb 17th and was cancelled with “dynamic airfares” as an excuse. Then they offerred me another ticket but more pricey. So I canceled my reservation and want my money back but it has been more than 10 days and I still have no update about my status. Totally disapointed, never use this service again. Update: just received an email and they said they have fully refund mine but take more time to show up. At least I know my current status.
