If there’s one thing British viewers love, it’s a good old fashioned talent show.

Whether you enjoy X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent or The Voice , a homage has to be paid to some of the pioneer programs of that genre.

Popstars on ITV, gave us some of our most beloved group acts including the band Hear’ Say but they also gave us just a little bit more.

Contestants and runners up, Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor, Kelli Young, Tony Lundon, and Kevin Simm went on to form the unforgettable RnB group Liberty X and this is what they’ve been up to since 2001.

Michelle Heaton

One of the three ladies in the group, Michelle had a few ups and downs both in her career and her personal life since the group split in 2007.

The star went from signing a solo record deal but it only lasted two months after the star chose to go a different route.

The Gateshead born singer turned to television presenting and reality show appearances, including a spot on Celebrity Big Brother in 2009.

Although the 42 year-old became the third housemate to be evicted, this didn’t damper her future in the entertainment industry.

According to Idolnetworth.com, Michelle is reported to be worth $1 million after taking home earnings from various gigs such as The Apprentice in Ireland as well as reuniting with her Liberty X family for a few concerts.

The singer fell in love with Andy Scott-Lee, the brother of Steps singer Lisa Scott Lee but the couple only made it 2 years before splitting in 2008.

Life dealt the mum-of-two more challenges news after she was diagnosed with a mutated BRCA2 gene in 2012.

She was then told she had an 80% chance of developing breast cancer and a 30% chance of developing ovarian cancer so the star underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive breast surgery.

Michelle remarried to Irishman, Hugh Hanley and the pair share two children together, Faith and Aaron.

The star has been fortunate to have her doting husband by her side as life took another turn when Michelle revealed she had an alcohol and cocaine addiction.

Speaking to OK! The TV personality told of her battle to stay sober after a three year addiction.

She said: “Everything would have fallen apart without Hugh.

“I was sick to drink more. I would make myself sick to drink more.

“I’d be happy when I was sick because I could drink more”.

Michelle recovered after spending time in rehab at the Priory Centre and hopes to move forward with her life.

Jessica Taylor

The second of the Liberty X girls has lived a much quieter life in the Yorkshire countryside.

Since the group slip, the 41 year-old from Preston, went on to marry South African born cricketer, Kevin Pieterson in 2007.

The pair share two children together, Dylan and Rosie, who they raise in their luxurious Wentworth home.

According to wealtholino.com, Jessica’s husband’s net worth figures stands at $7.5 million and it’s probably fair to say they share that amount.

Like her bandmate Michelle, Jessica swapped singing for reality TV as she appeared on Dancing on Ice in 2009, coming a respectable third place.

The mum-of-two also appeared on The Chase as well as The Weakest link.

Kelli Young

One band member who hasn’t aged a drop is 39 year-old Kelli.

Since leaving the group, the songstress has taken to writing songs rather than singing them.

The star has written for the likes of Little Mix, One Direction, as well as Emeli Sande and Professor Green.

She hasn’t completely stepped out of the limelight though, as the star made a few appearances on shows such as Loose Women as well as taking the stage at The Big Reunion Tour back in 2012.

Music has been a big part of the star’s life as she went on to marry a fellow vocalist, Iain James from the boyband Triple 8.

Her husband has also dabbled in television talent shows as he worked as the X Factor vocal coach before the longstanding show was scrapped.

The couple shares twin boys, so when they aren’t belting out melodies or penning hit songs, the pair clearly have their hands full.

Out of all the Liberty X singers, Kevin continued to pursue music and took another shot at competing in a talent show.

Before reigniting his love of music, the star took to working as a wedding photographer after the group split.

But it wasn't long before the 40 year-old from Chorley took centre stage on The Voice and won the competition.

He then released his debut solo album, Recover and now splits his time between his personal projects and singing with the group Wet Wet Wet.

Speaking to the Chorley Guardian the singer said: “Kevin said: "I am now part of Wet Wet Wet's history – as in I have become a member of the band”.

When the busy star is away from the bright lights of fame, he looks after his two sons, Oliver and Charlie, whom he shares with his wife Laura.

The couple married in 2008 and have been together since.

Tony Lundon

The 41 year-old from Galway in Ireland decided to do a complete 180 and hang up his mic for good.

After Liberty X split, Tony decided to carve out a new path in the film industry.

The star picked up his passport and headed to the Big Apple where he studied film.

After returning from New York, he set up a production company called Cell Productions and now helps out the likes of Jamie Laing from Made in Chelsea.

The star also hosted the Irish quiz show, Toast but away from the cameras, Tony is settled with his wife Kelly Ann Leatham whom he shares three kids with.

Experience it for yourself by taking one of our tours. Lasting only 3-4 hours, general campus tours are available every day of the week.* You’ll see model dorms, classrooms, and athletic and recreational facilities, as well as our award-winning dining hall.

Go through your Liberty checklist as you get a glimpse of what life may be like on our campus. Make a list of questions about the things that are important to you as you take this big step toward your future. Creating a learning environment where you will feel safe and supported is part of the Liberty experience. When you come for TourLU, you’ll explore our beautiful campus and learn about the Liberty University admission process.

You’ll also have an opportunity to meet with an admissions counselor one-on-one and  apply to Liberty for free.  Students who apply also receive a   free   Liberty Flames t-shirt.

What does a typical TourLU look like?

TourLU is our version of a Liberty University open house. You can tour campus and experience what our dorms and classrooms look like. Plus, you will be able to see some of the athletic and recreational facilities that will be available to you as a Liberty student. Here are some of the highlights of our Liberty tours:

• Our daily campus tour is student-led , so you will have the chance to talk to a Liberty student and see the university through their eyes.
• The tour is part driving and part walking so we recommend comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
• Some of the stops on our tour include academic buildings, recreation facilities, the dining hall, the Jerry Falwell Library, and more.
• You’ll end your tour with a presentation and the option to do a one-on-one admissions session where you can apply for free .

Monday-Saturday | 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. ( See below for details on Convocation and Football Saturdays )

Sunday | 2 p.m.

Group TourLU

Interested in bringing your group of ten or more to visit Liberty University? Hit the highlights of campus at a time that best fits your group’s schedule!

Football Saturdays

TourLU is not available on home football Saturdays, however, you can join us for an abbreviated walking tour that highlights campus from the top of our 17-story Freedom Tower. Our Freedom Tower tour will enable you to see the scenic beauty of the campus from a bird’s-eye view.

Tours depart from the Hancock Welcome Center at the top of each hour from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

MONSTA X’s I.M announces 2024 ‘Off The Beat’ world tour

Featuring concerts in Asia, the US and Europe

South Korean singer I.M , a member of K-pop boyband MONSTA X , has announced his upcoming 2024 ‘Off The Beat’ world tour, featuring concerts in Asia, the US and Europe.

Today (April 22), I.M announced his massive 2024 ‘Off The Beat’ world tour, which will feature 19 concerts from May to September this year. The tour is named after the singer’s latest mini-album , which same out earlier this month.

The MONSTA X member will kick-off his tour this May with a two-date concert in Seoul, South Korea. Following a one-month break, the singer will bring his tour to Europe from late-July to early-August, with performances in London, Paris, Berlin and more.

Across the rest of August, I.M will tour North American. The concert will feature seven dates in the US, including states such as New York, California and Texas, plus two shows in Canada. In September 2024, the K-pop idol will head to Asia, with three East Asian dates alongside a sole Southeast Asian performance.

The venue and ticketing information for I.M’s 2024 ‘Off The Beat’ world tour have yet to be announced. Keep tabs on this page for the latest updates.

Tesla Cybertruck Australia & New Zealand tour dates released

The Tesla Cybertruck is going down under. The company recently released the Tesla Cybertruck’s tour dates for Australia and New Zealand between April and May 2024. 

Below are the following Cybertruck tour dates in Australia and New Zealand. 

Tesla Sydney: 26 April – 5 May 2024 

 Tesla Chatswood: 6 – 12 May 2024

The Tesla Cybertruck becomes instant celebrity in China

Tesla’s Cybertruck display will also allow visitors to test-drive the Model 3 and the Model Y. Unfortunately, Tesla will not provide test drives for the Cybertruck during the event. 

As with the other countries the Cybertruck visited, Tesla’s all-electric pickup truck is sure to attract crowds. With that in mind, the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer suggests that visitors RSVP to secure their Cybertruck display visit.  RSVP here .

Aespa World Tour 2024: Dates and Cities of K-Pop Concerts Revealed

SM Entertainment’s girl group  Aespa  has announced their 2024 world tour details, including dates and cities. The group will release their comeback album on May 27 and embark on their 2024  SYNK: Parallel Line  tour in June.

Aespa  concluded its first Synk: Hyper Line world tour in Paris on September 30, 2023. The “Black Mamba” crooners toured through 21 cities in 12 countries and held over 31 concerts. One of the highlight points of Aespa’s concerts was their carefully curated setlist, which included a solo track of each member.

Dates and cities of Aespa World Tour 2024 explored

K-pop girl group Aespa has announced 19 concerts in thirteen cities for their second world tour in 2024. The SYNK: Parallel Line tour will start in Seoul with two back-to-back shows. The tour will conclude in Bangkok. As per the official poster, more dates will be announced soon.

MONSTA X ’s I.M is gearing up for a solo world tour!

On April 22 at midnight KST, I.M officially announced the dates and cities for his upcoming 2024 world tour “Off The Beat.”

After kicking things off with two nights of concerts in Seoul on May 25 and 26, I.M will head to Europe, where he will perform in London on July 26, Paris on July 28, Cologne on August 1, and Berlin on August 3.

Following his concerts in Europe, I.M’s tour will continue in North America, where he will perform in Boston on August 8, New York on August 10, Toronto on August 15, Chicago on August 17, Houston on August 23, Dallas on August 25, Vancouver on August 27, Berkeley on August 29, and Los Angeles on August 31.

I.M will then return to Asia, where he will perform in Taipei on September 19, Tokyo on September 22, Bangkok on September 24, and Macau on September 29.

Ken Carson has announced the 2024 Chaos World Tour, an extensive run of dates that will bring the Atlanta rapper across North America and Europe. He’s hitting the road in support of his new album, A Great Chaos , which came out last October. Find the complete list of tour dates below.

The 2024 Chaos World Tour begins in Orlando, Florida, on July 8 and keeps Ken Carson on the road until October 5, where he ends the run in Prague, Czech Republic. Along the way, he’ll perform in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Paris, London, Berlin, and Milan, among other locales. News of the tour arrives on the heels of Carson’s new track “ Overseas .”

T he moment Shakira’s fans have been waiting for has arrived. The Colombian superstar finally announced the first dates for her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour ( Women no longer cry). The news was released this Tuesday, just days after thrilling her fans with the announcement of her upcoming tour on stage at Coachella , where she arrived as a surprise special guest of Argentine producer Bizarrap.

The singer of Pies Descalzos revealed the first 14 dates of the tour, which will kick off in the United States and Canada. The first show will be on November 2nd in Palm Desert, California, and will close on December 15th in Detroit, Michigan.

One of the most anticipated comebacks to the stage in 2024 was Shakira’s. Since the release of her new album , her fans around the world have placed tracks like “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53″ and “TQG,” featuring Karol G, in Spotify’s global Top 50. Last year, this music streaming platform noted that her collaboration with the Argentine Bizarrap became the Spanish song with the most streams in a single day in history.

Through social media, Shakira announced that official tickets for the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour will be available starting today, Wednesday, April 17th, on Ticketmaster . On this occasion, tickets can be purchased through a presale for Citi cardholders and are limited to a maximum of six per user.

The regular presale will take place on Friday, April 19th, at 10 a.m., and to gain access, it’s necessary to pre-register for the Wolfpack at Shakira.com . General sale will be on Monday, April 22nd.

How much do tickets cost?

In the United States, the ticket prices vary in each state. During the Citi presale tickets, the most exclusive areas range from $530 to $1,019 plus taxes. These tickets include benefits such as reserved front-row seats, exclusive merchandise, a meet-and-greet, and a photo opportunity with Shakira. For general tickets, prices range from $100 in some cities to $350 plus taxes.
