Great customer service

NICOLE De GUZMAN is truly customer-oriented! She provided exemplary service for me again. Due to our time difference ,Nicole must have stayed up all night to complete the processing of my second booking!Despite my insistence to do so during normal business hours, she worked relentlessly to get the job done; and that she did! Was arranging a trip for my wife…

Was arranging a trip for my wife and daughter to the Philippines online and I was starting to have trouble with different aspects and getting very frustrated so I decided to pick up the phone and call Mango tours and got a real nice travel specialist star help me out and get me through all the challenges that I face and getting the tickets done highly recommend mango tours. I worked with travel specialist Lynette Adornado Who made all my issues go away timely and efficient manner. This was an emergency trip

This was an emergency trip. Grieving and stressed but the travel arrangement lessened our stress and we're able to book our flight and ready to fly the next day. We had a misunderstanding on the flight date but it was corrected and we're happy fliers. Germelyn Frias did a great job arranging our trip. Kudos!

Mary Anne was articulate & patient…

Mary Anne was articulate & patient with me . My first time to book a flight ever. My husband used to do it. I am now a widow . She was patient and attentive. BUT ... i had a major scare when i called back after i paid . whenever i put on hold the line goes to another scary site ?????!!!!! It says" hot babes etc". I thought i got scammed !! a very stressful 4 hours indeed . I dont know what was that all about ??? I was very happy when Mary Anne called me back . I was very pleased and impress with her handling an old difficult grieving widow :) Kindly find out what was that all about and why ???? As far as her service, shes's a topnotch help. She wa very flexible with me . She did not show any irritation during my booking and all the back and forth changes . I would definetely recommend Mango Tours to my collegues and community .
