peugeot 508 cruise control not working

I just got my brand new Peugeot 508 2,0 Hdi 140 hp (actually Ltd ed 2014 but new). Since I recently owned a Citroen C5 2,0 Hdi (140 hp) I'm used to most of the controls. So to my question: Before I take the car back to the dealer I would like to know if I'm doing anything wrong. I can't get the cruise control or the speed limiter to work.

Hi friends, I have my car for about a year, but I have been having problems with cruise control since several days ago. It does not activate under any circumstances and only displays the message "Activation not possible due to conditions". I know the + and- buttons on the back and I have also tried it at different speeds +30 +50 etc.
