They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times a bout the installement to Mr Pushkar, who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken??? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Eventhough HE ask me to sign on the contract where there were nothing fill before i signed! Basically this is a holiday contract offer, in which you purchase x days over y years for a payment.

While selling all sorts of lucrative offers are made, and you are promised a refund if not happy with service.

I got offered 3 star hotels for Maldives whereas my contract states 4 star hotels.

Following this, there was difficult communication - they would not respond to my emails for a week.

I got a refund, probably because I put a credit card charge dispute for the payment, citing breach of contract - for which I had email proof.

But I can imagine most people not having the time / energy / resources to chase these people down and get a refund.

What hurt most was the rude behavior of some staff members who were supposed to process refund.

Strongly suggest that you do your research before signing a contract with this outfit, since once you sign it, the fine print which you might miss puts you in a fix.

Some special points of contract:

12b - only Royal Regis associated hotels are provided, not your choice.

12c - Children above 10 are regarded as adult - means extra room/bed.

12i. Surrender value is what will be determined by RR.

12p. All reservations subject to availability

17 - cancelation - possible only if within 7 days of contract - and then also will cost you 30% "administration charges" - you could loose unto QAR 4000 for an initial payment of QAR 13,500.

I agree STAY AWAY from royal regis. Customer service is very poor. It takes forever for the manager to reply to your email. And if ever he replies he doesn’t answer all your queries and his reason “busy” that’s just BS!

We also got stuck up, can you guide how we can come out of their trap.

Our dispute started on air ticket booking.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. BRAINWASHING AND LOOTING THE MONEY

You will initially get attracted by their packages. but whatever they say is a lie and they make it in such a way that u make the payment immediately... After that the ball is in their court. They may after all give u one stay maximum thats all. your money is down the drain.

I too had a very bad cheating experience with Royal regis last month. As all of you all says, it is actually a company who is meant to cheat and earn money. They promise all sort of trips, hotels and what not. But after the payment you won't be even getting a proper reply from them. They just keep on cheating us for giving 1 star 2 star hotels where we paid for 3 Star hotels. They will cut short all the verbal promises and tell those offers are not available now. Please don't fall into their trap. I know it's very hard to believe the reviews when they themselves keep on showing the certificate for excellence awards and everything. But be careful and just run away from them. They are Frauds.

Royal Regis plans are useful at the end of the day !

I have used my voucher for 1N stay at Hilton Salwa beach resort, my kids loved the water slides & my overall experience with Royal Regis team interms of booking, followup for voucher & other tips have been fast & hassle free….i shall truly recommend to all those who wish to save atleast 50% of the fares if u book directly with the resort or hotel you are looking for. Special thanks to Mr. Ismail & Mr. Abid for their consistent guidance & support.

Royal Regis / Kingsway tours DONT fall into trap of membership. Very easily you can plan your own hotel booking via booking.com . Thank god I could avail 17 out of 21 days of my pearl package , now that they are absconding and unreachable I cannot avail my remaining 3 days .

Do not fall for this

I bought Pearl package I am so disappointed with their service. You are required to notify them by email for a simple staycation 45 DAYS prior to booking. We tried to book for a hotel but it didn’t materialize. Tried contacting their numbers but they wouldn’t answer our calls. I have sent them emails but they wouldn’t respond, not even to WhatsApp messages. Be very wary when dealing with them.

In 2019 we have taken 5 years travel…

In 2019 we have taken 5 years travel scheme(Sapphire) from Royal Regis. They have given us extension for 2 years as we could not travel during Covid time. Recently in April we traveled to Jordan , all the arrangements are dine very well, helped to book tickets, All arrangements, like hotel (nice hotels) , airport pick and drop also good. Only little issue we had in hotel booked in Petra- bathrooms facilities were not Asian type. Since this is our first trip and all the arrangements are done pretty well on time. so 4 stars. Hoping to have more trips soon.

Great Hotel Experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha for 2 days. It was my birthday and the whole experience was indeed special. The hotel management was kind to arrange a cake and decorate the room. We would especially like to thank Mr. Sharukh for quickly acting upon our request to arrange and book a room. It was all well coordinated and communicated. Overall good experience and we look forward to more!

Royal Regis is a Total FRAUD and SCAM!!! Pearl Package purchase was the worst decision we ever made. It was not just a total waste of money and time but I can't even imagine the long list of frustrations and disappoinments in each attempt to avail any of the promised and detailed benefits in the contract. We got robbed right under our noses. Caution to other people - Royal Regis' prospective victims: Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS SCAM. And, pleading Dubai Economic Department, UAE Authorities including police to please help us obtain justice in this misfortune ROYAL REGIS inflicted to us and to all their victims.

Same story.. We are also the victim of this scam. We have taken their pearl membership in 2019 but then covid happened so we were unable to utilize it and now from last 1 year they are just ignoring us. In November jasmine had promised that we will get our 2000 dhs back against our georgia trip but now they are all gone.. Pls update here if anyone gets success in taking legal action against them and get their hard earned money back so that we can also take legal action or you can contact on 0559670856 if anyone finds any thing about them. I have come across one of the worst…

I have come across one of the worst service, I have sent 70 emails to & fro response, they provide hotel in 2 star, 50 KM away from New York City that too with 2 Star rating and when claimed for rail fare for New York, simply declined. Hotel was in remote location with 2 star rating, no breakfast, so far very worst experience. I will advise never fall in trap and waste your hard earned money. Moreover I wasted a lot of time in writing emails, when one can book hotel in 5 minutes.

Terrible investment decision. Lucrative membership offers but the service is not what was expected. Tried booking a flight with them and was told that their ticketing system is down??? considering they are a travel service agency. This is just one of the many inconveniences they offer. Will keep you posted for more.

BUT AFTER 4 MONTHS, THEIR IS NO NEWS ABOUT THEM, NO REPLY TO EMAILS, PHONE NUMBERS NOT IN SERVICE. CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE. THEY ESCAPED FROM HERE. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP WERE EVER NEW COUNTRY THEY START THE SERVICE IN THIS NAME OR ANY OTHER NAME. PLS DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY UNTILL AND UNLESS YOU RECEIVE ANY SERVICE. they are all scammer, i pay 9500qr knowing that they have a good service. they dont know how we earn our money. the most disappointed they are pilipino who is a lier. please read first the review before coming to there office because they are so good to pursue people to available there package. very disappointed i will complain in police about them i have all my receipts and records even they penmanship how they lure us, i have also a picture of one of there staff. proving that we came to there office.

Memorable Experience with Royal Regis

Royal Regis Travel & Tours is a one-stop solution for all types of travel needs, may it be air tickets, hotel bookings visa services or fun and leisure. My recent experience with them through Mr. Saad was memorable, where he managed and coordinated for Dhow cruise on my wife's birthday. It was great to see that the Dhow was decorated with balloons and other things. It was a nice and memorable time to spend there on the Dhow with family. Also upon asking for a New year event, he promptly reverted with a positive reply and offered entry passes for my family to enjoy the New Year event. I appreciate the efforts put by Mr. Saad. This company in Qatar is a fraud

This company in Qatar is a fraud. They will never provide the service they promised. before taking the membership they will say they will provide discounts on tickets. after taking membership when you contact them to book tickets first they will delay the process and then will give quotation for 2 times the cost. we are struggling with them for the past 8 months. No proper response.

BEWARE OF THIS ENTITY. Do not part with your money if you do not want to donate it to them. This organization is fraud. They will extract money from you and sign a contract but they do it to dupe you. Every request for travel and booking you make to them will be met with excuses for their inability to “help you”. This is a big scam. And I am telling this from my personal experience and the experience of other victims known to me. IMPORTANT: Many of the posts that gave a 5-star rating to this agency are manipulated internally by Royal Regis Tours staffers. This is an input I received from an insider. Use your judgement while dealing with them.

Started the membership- Reviewing the performances

We are now using the membership features from Royal regis. Below are the review. Some are good and some need to be improved. We got discount for the flight tickets booked with RR which was good. Email communication were very delayed. later they assigned a particular person Mr. Isa, to deal with our communications, which is now better. We are yet to avail other features included in the package. Will be posting the review for those. They have offered a 2D/1N stay at 5 star hotel in Doha as a part of welcome kit. We will be availing it soon. The sales team promises are not completely alligned with the contract. So before signing read the contract clauses. 2 suggestion to Royal Regis. 1. Educate the sales team properly regarding the program properly. 2. Royal regis need to communicate properly with the associated restraunts and partners clearly to avoid last minute confusions, which we experienced while visiting a restaurant in the discount partner list. The restraunt management was not aware regarding the membership program.
