This all new Long-Travel Suspension Kit comes from the Industry leader in suspension products that adds to their line of OEM Replacement kits and their Long-Travel Suspension Systems . The Pro XP kit will be one that competes with other companies in the industry that provides a wider stance for stability, enhance ground clearance and compatible to use with Factory Shocks!

[Built to Perform] The Long Travel Suspension Kit has been re-envisioned to their new design platform and styling that offers sleek approach angles, a rigid look and added clearance. These added clearances can be noticed in the Front A-arms adding 1.25” under the Lower A-arm arch area and 3” of ground clearance added in the Rear Trailing Arm. This new Long-Travel Suspension kit offers consumers the benefit of a little extra travel and stability with the +4” per sidetrack width. Embedded in the design is OEM caster / camber angles to eliminate the need for adjustable heim ends which provides a stronger mount for the arms pivot points. Each kit will come with 4 Front A-arms, 2 Trailing arms, 4 Rear Links

ORB 72" Wide Long Travel Kit

If you are looking to add width, strength, stability, looks and significantly improve the ride quality of your RZR, this is the kit you need! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast will add 8" of overall width to your machine, giving you a 72" wide stance. (the same width as the Turbo S)

The ORB trailing arms add a ton of clearance, making them much less likely to get hung up on obstacles or rocks. The high clearance a-arms from ORB also help you get over large obstacles without hitting an arm.

How adjustable is this long travel kit?

How adjustable is this Offroad Beast RZR long travel kit? Extremely! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast offers a huge amount of adjustability you can be sure that you will be able to dial this suspension kit in to match your riding style.

The billet radius rods have adjustable heim joints on the ends.

The high clearance front a-arms have camber adjustment on the lower ball joint mount.

The super strong tie rods have adjustable joints on each end.

The rear trailing arms have an adjustable heim joint at the frame connection.

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this kit and it has performed flawlessly. 

How difficult is the install on this ORB Long Travel Kit?

Installing this long travel kit from ORB is surprisingly easy! Just remove your factory suspension and bolt this long travel kit on. It is also very adjustable. The radius rods, trailing arms, lower a-arms and tie rods all have the ability to be adjusted to give you the exact alignment you are looking for. 

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this ORB kit and it has performed flawlessly.

Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install. Cores There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
