Day 1: Labuan Bajo-Pulau Kelor-Pulau Manjarite-Pulau Kalong

Setelah berkumpul di Pelabuhan Labuan Bajo, kita akan berangkat sailing dengan destinasi pertama di Pulau Kelor . Di pulau ini anda bisa Trekking, Snorkeling, dan mengabadikan momen indah anda dengan cara berfoto. Setelah puas bermain di Pulau Kelor anda akan di suguhkan makan siang oleh chef kami, nikmatilah makan siang yang lezat di atas kapal yang akan membuat momen tak terlupakan bersama orang tercinta anda.

Day 2: Pulau Padar-Pink Beach-Taka Makassar-Manta Point

Di pagi hari sekitar pukul 06:00, anda akan kami ajak trekking di puncak Pulau Padar untuk melihat indahnya gugusan pulau pulau kecil di laut dari atas bukit. Manfaatkanlah momen indah ini dengan cara berfoto atau memandang luas ke arah bentangan samudra untuk menghilangkan rasa penat setelah bekerja di kota.

Setelah sarapan di atas kapal anda akan kami ajak untuk menuju ke Pulau Kanawa yang merupakan destinasi wisata labuan bajo terakhir di sailing trip labuan bajo 3D2N. 3 days 2 night sailing trip in labuan bajo and komodo national park on phinisi boat.

Indonesia holds thousands of beautiful places that are known as the best vacation destination. Mountain, sea, jungle, or cultural heritage vacation spots are available in this tropical country. Among them, one of the popular destinations where tourists can see one of the magical living creatures in the world live in its natural habitat is Komodo National Park. This place is the only island where people can meet the world’s biggest lizard, Komodo Dragon.

This time, we are going to introduce the tour package that takes you to explore this beautiful place along with various destinations close to it. It is the Open Trip Phinisi Labuan Bajo Komodo 3D2N. Through this tour, you will have a chance to have an open trip vacation visiting various destinations in Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park.

This trip uses the best boat with complete facilities to reach each destination. Because this is an open trip package, the participant can share the tour fee, which makes it an affordable vacation for everyone. You also will have a chance to meet new people and make new friends during this trip. Even though we provide a sharing trip package, we ensure you that this trip will give you the best experience with full privacy protection. Here is our menu for the three days and two nights you will spend on this adventure.

Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Manjarite Island – Kelor Island – Kalong Island

On the first day, you will enjoy the island adventure trip. We will take you to visit three beautiful islands close to Labuan Bajo, which are Manjarite, Kelor, and Kalong Island. The journey starts from Labuan Bajo. We pick you up from the hotel where you stay at 9 a.m. Then, we will go to the port and take a boat to Kelor Island.

On Kelor Island, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. But first, we have to climb the hill to reach its top, so you can get the best view of this island. Make sure you prepare your camera to capture all these beautiful views because you will not be visiting this island again during this trip. After we have finished the climbing and sightseeing, we will go to the next destination, Manjarite Beach.

Manjarite is well-known for its beautiful beach. More than that, the crystal clear sea around it is also a good spot for snorkeling. Therefore, we will have you enjoy the snorkeling time on this island. Witness the beauty of its underwater scenery. The fishes, coral, and other sea creatures will accompany your snorkeling time here. And, that will make one of the unforgettable experiences of your lifetime.

Once you are done with the snorkeling activity on Manjarite Beach, we move to the next destination, Kalong Island. Kalong is the local language for big-sized bats. Therefore, we choose this island as the last destination of the first-day trip to give you a chance to see the beautiful sunset and million bats leave their nest on this island to hunt for food. Afterward, we take a rest, have dinner and end the first day trip.

Day 2: Padar Island – Komodo Island – Pink Beach – Manta Point

The next day, we will have our journey visiting Padar Island. On our first destination on this second day, you will have a chance to see one of the unique scenery you might only find on this island. Have you ever watched the Jurassic Park movie? Remember the environment where the dinosaur lives in this movie? That is what you will see on Padar Island. However, you have to trek to the top of the hill on this island to see this scenery.

Our next destination is similar to Padar Island. It still has the ancient creature vibe. This time, we will visit the main destination of this trip, Komodo Island. This island is the natural habitat of the Komodo Dragon. You also can see and meet it on this island. The environment on this island is also beautiful. So, do not forget to capture them on your camera. You might also get a different experience here as you have the freedom to choose the trekking route for exploring this island.

On Komodo Island, you also can find one of the unique beaches in the world, Pink Beach. This place has very beautiful scenery that you don’t want to miss. We also give you snorkeling time in this area because it also has beautiful underwater scenery.

Then, the last destination is Manta Point. It is also a good spot for snorkeling. Moreover, you can also meet the big Manta-Rays fish here, if you are lucky. That is all for the second day of our trip. You will have dinner and take a rest, then prepare for the last day of this tour.

Day 3: Taka Makassar – Kanawa Island – Labuan Bajo

We start the third day by having breakfast first before we depart to Taka Makassar. Taka Makassar is a small sandy island that appears in the middle of the sea. It offers unique scenery and experience you never had before. Take pictures you want here, then we continue our trip to Kanawa Island. Kanawa Island is one of the best vacation destinations in this area. It has a resort and various facilities. You can try snorkeling here or enjoy the beautiful scenery of this island.

On the last day, we want you to relax and have fun. So, do that here. Then, we will take you back to Labuan Bajo, to the hotel where you stay there, or to the airport. However, we could add another trip to Bidadari Island for snorkeling and sightseeing, if we still have time before the end of our schedule. When 5 years ago we started to build Samara 1 and Samara 2, little we knew about our journey ahead. It was a wild and romantic,- but also a very challenging time. Living and Working on a beach surrounded by jungle, dealing with the countless technical aspects of boatbuilding. It was a high intense experience. With a lot of work and the help of many hands we launched this two boats in 2016 and 2017 and started to operate them successfully from the port of Labuan Bajo, the Gate to visit Komodo and the surrounding National Park.

Took the fam (wife, 3 kids 18, 15 & 6 and myself) on a 3-day 2-night circuit around Komodo National Park on the Samara. Hand-crafted boat was gorgeous and comfortable, staff were terrific, food was delicious and plentiful and the environment was just incredible. The personal touches of Fresa (Indonesian) & Marc (Swiss) came through in every detail and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

You will have the chance to explore the pristine island, discover every main feature of Flores, yet got the opportunities to set your feet at a bunch of less touristic island. Get in the ship and start your Komodo tours from Labuan Bajo. In one hour the ship will carry you to Sebayur Besar, one of the twin islands just right at the border of the Komodo National Park. The island might be unheard of, but it has wonderful natural beauty both up and below the lands. Sebayur offers a stunning view for trekking and fantastic snorkeling as you will experience snorkeling between the twin island and see the blooming life underneath.

After a pleasant start, you can sail to the northern part of the Komodo National Park and land in Gili Lawa Darat, an island popular with its other name; the Pirate Bay. protected by the wide and deep bay of Komodo Island in front of it, the Pirate Bay is perfect for water sport, kayaking, and many other fun water activities

A trip to the island will not be complete without a dive or two in the ocean. That’s why you might want to include a visit to Manta Pointto swim with the giant Manta right from the deck. This shallow dive site is famous for Mantas sighting all year round. Not so long after, a group of Mantas will gracefully greet you from below, and when you have satisfied, the beautiful pink beach of Pulau Makassar awaits you to have a rest and relax.

Make the most of the last day by visiting an island that you have never landed before. If the time allows, you can even fit a trek to two islands at once, before heading back to the port town. You want this day to be remembered, so why not pay a visit to a peculiar place? You can take Kalong, the bat island, to your next itinerary. The island lives up to its name, as Kalong means big bats in Indonesian. Don’t worry, these furry flyers are mostly sleepy during the day. Your captain will try to place the boat under the bats’ path, where you can stand very close to this animal and observe their natural behavior.

End your journey with one last beautiful spot. Flores has abundant of amazing view, and Kelor Island can be your choice. Sits just in front of Flores hills, this small island offers hills trekking where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Flores, Rinca Island, and other islands between the blue ocean. For someone who always longing for a life by the sea, taking 5 days cruise is just a perfect experience. For almost a week, you will sail from island to island, hopping from beach to beach, and just relish what nature has to offer. Having a week to spare means you can explore every nook and cranny of the archipelago and have a pleasure to visit hidden spot not many people know about. Stop anywhere as you please and experience the whole beauty of these islands.

Your excursion begins at  Labuan Bajo , the famous port town where the ship will sail. This is your last chance to stack up your favorite snacks before being marooned for five days ahead. Meanwhile, as you have plenty of time to spend, so why don’t we use it to explore this beautiful little port town?

Beside the port deck, Labuan Bajo has a lot to offer. This is a great point for your  Flores exploratio n! Indulge in seafood delicacy at the fish market while enjoying the ocean view. Take a little trek down to  Rangko Cave  and swim at the ridiculously clear, secret swimming hole inside the cave.

If you have much time before the scheduled time of your Komodo Flores tour, take a mini-expedition to one of Labuan Bajo’s awesome waterfalls—the  Cunca Wulang and Cunca Rami , where you can enjoy swimming and canyoning before sailing off the shore. Cunca Wulang is especially gorgeous as the water streams from the canyon, entering a gorge where you can jump into the clear water and take a great shot of it.

Which beach will we land first? That’s the question. With almost a week of sailing, you have the chance to check every island on the archipelago off the list. Maybe you can start your journey with a small island with captivating beauty, both in the land and below, such as  Sebayur island .

A great place for a starter, Sebayur is blessed with undulating hills of brownish-yellow grass, providing a pleasing contrast with the surrounding ocean. Its charming view invites you to take a short track to the hilltop, to enjoy an unobstructed ocean view and sense idyllic remoteness.

If you are a licensed diver, don’t miss the chance to dive in Sebayur—diving is Sebayur’s main attraction, anyway!  A number of world-renown diving sites  lie just a few hundreds of meters off the shore, such as the famous Batu Bolong, Crystal Rock, and Castle Rock. The surrounding marine life is spectacular with sloping reef, coral walls, colorful sea critters, and schools of many kinds of fishes. It’s almost like a diving in clear aquarium. Past the beautiful coral plateau, the water is a heaven for pelagic hunters, turtle galore, micro diving, and occasional passing Mantas.

If you wish, you can spend your first afternoon in here. The island is famous as one of the best spot in Flores to enjoy the most beautiful sunset ever. Sits on the idyllic hills and watch the sky change into pastel colors, before heading back to the cruise and prepare for tomorrow’s adventure.

Passing to the neighboring Siaba Besar is highly recommended if diving is your thing. It’s one of highly popular easy dive, where you can spot pelagic, stingrays, and even dugongs. The site is also a favorite night dive among divers.

You can always opt for another island to explore if you prefer to stick with land, grass, and beaches. There are more islands in Flores than what you see in the itinerary samples, such as Bidadari, Seraya,  Kanawa , or Monkey island which each have its distinct beauty.

The next day, another adventure awaits. Start the day with something fresh, and docking to  Gili Lawa Darat  is on our suggestion. n fact, the island is one of the greatest places to catch a wonderful sunrise. Take a little tracking to the hills and enjoy an almost magical scenery when the sunrise from the horizon, slowly reveals the ocean and the bumpy hills of the archipelago from the darkness of the night. During January to May, you will be greeted with lush green grass covering the rolling hills, and the grass turns crisp and yellow during the dry season—turning the island into beautiful savannah.

An afternoon in the cruise clearly calls for a dip in the clear water, and it will be a great loss to miss a chance to meet the Manta. The  Manta Point  in Komodo National Park waters is the best place to see these intelligent creatures, as the water is rich with plankton - a delight for the Manta Rays. The Mantas are often traveling in a group and are present almost all year round. Lucky divers can even spend solid 30 minutes of interaction with the Mantas as long as the condition is right.

After spending first two days with water activities, your third day of excursion should be something fun. Why not visit the famous  Padar Island  today? A trek to this island is one of the most essential things to do during a Flores tour package, something you don't want to miss. As the hills lack of shady trees, it’s best to take a sunrise track early in the morning while the air is still cooler.

Reach the hilltop where you can catch a spectacular sunrise, and you will understand why radar Island steals thousand hearts of wanderer. This is your last night on the cruise, and surely this will be a view you could never forget.

The last day of the excursion is perfect for a sleepy pleasure before heading back to the port town. After so many adventures, having a last authentic vibe of Flores will be a foolproof closure, indeed. One last trek to the hills and you are set to grab the wonderful panoramic view of Flores, Rinca, and other islands you have visited. relax in the white sand beaches before ending your Flores Komodo tours for good.

POS-KUPANG.COM, LABUAN BAJO - Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno mendukung langkah Pemerintah Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) memungut pajak jasa akomodasi perhotelan dan pajak makan minum (pajak hotel dan restoran) kapal wisata di perairan Labuan Bajo . 

Pungutan yang bertujuan untuk mendongkrak Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Manggarai Barat itu dipungut pertama kali mulai April 2024 yang dibayarkan pada awal Mei 2024.

Sandi mengatakan Manggarai Barat membutuhkan anggaran yang cukup untuk memperkuat posisi daerah tersebut sebagai destinasi pariwisata superprioritas. Memungut pajak hotel dan restoran di kapal wisata bisa menjadi sumber PAD yang kemudian bisa digunakan untuk membiayai pembangunan pariwisata Labuan Bajo .

"Kita ingin melihat Labuan Bajo lebih memiliki kemampuan anggaran yang kuat untuk mendukung posisi sebagai destinasi superprioritas," kata Sandiaga di Labuan Bajo beberapa waktu lalu. 

Sandi mengatakan, pembangunan pariwisata ke depan adalah pariwisata berkualitas dan berkelanjutan. Untuk mewujudkan itu dibutuhkan anggaran. Ia berharap wajib pajak bisa menerima pungutan pajak hotel dan restoran di kapal wisata tersebut.

"Kita mengarahkan pariwisata ini menuju pariwisata yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan. Berarti dukungan dari anggaran Pemda sangat dibutuhkan. Kami berharap kenaikan pajak itu bisa diterima oleh industri sebagai bagian dari penguatan sistem fiskal daerah yang kita harapkan akan mempercepat pembangunan sektor kepariwisataan di Labuan Bajo ," ujar Sandi.

Kendati demikian politikus Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) itu menegaskan pungutan pajak, apapun jenis pajaknya, tidak boleh membebani masyarakat. Sebelumnya, kata Sandi, susah ada Surat Edaran tentang pungutan pajak yang tidak boleh membebani masyarakat.

"Sekali lagi himbaun kami, juga telah diberikan melalui Surat Edaran, jangan sampai ini membebani masyarakat," tandas Sandi.

Diketahui dasar hukum pungutan pajak hotel dan restoran terhadap ratusan kapal wisata di Labuan Bajo adalah Peraturan Bupati (Perbub) Manggarai Barat Nomor 5 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Cara Pemungutan Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu Atas Penyediaan Makanan dan/atau Minuman serta Jasa Perhotelan di Atas Air di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, dan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Manggarai Barat Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah.

Pajak yang dipungut itu sebesar 10 persen. Besar pajak itu sama seperti pajak hotel dan restoran yang ada di darat. Besaran Pajak itu bukan 10 persen dari harga paket wisata dalam satu kali perjalanan wisata (trip) di perairan Labuan Bajo . 

Pajak tersebut dihitung 10 persen hanya untuk komponen sewa kamar (cabin) dan makan minum di kapal. Adapun sewa cabin dan makan minum hanya dua dari beberapa komponen dalam harga satu paket wisata.

Selain sewa Cabin dan makan minum, komponen lain dalam harga paket kapal wisata adalah Anak Buah Kapal (ABK), bahan bakar, laundry, dan lain-lain. Komponen-komponen tersebut tidak dikenakan pajak hotel dan restoran.

Kepala Bapenda Kabupaten Manggarai Barat Maria Yuliana Rotok menegaskan pungutan pajak hotel dan restoran itu hanya untuk kapal wisata yang berlayar dalam wilayah Manggai Barat. Sebab ada kapal wisata yang melakukan trip dari Labuan Bajo ke Lombok hingga Papua.
