ABOUT JOURNEY

Since the group's formation in 1973, JOURNEY has earned 19 top 40 singles, 25 gold and platinum albums, and has sold over 100 million albums globally. Their "Greatest Hits" album is certified 15 times-platinum, making JOURNEY one of the few bands to ever have been diamond-certified, and their song "Don't Stop Believin'" has been streamed over one billion times alone.

JOURNEY was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2017, and 2018's co-headlining tour with DEF LEPPARD was the band's most successful tour to date, landing them in the Top 10 year-end touring chart with more than 1 million tickets sold, and earning them the prestigious Billboard "Legends Of Live" touring award. March 2019 saw the release of "Escape & Frontiers Live In Japan", a live DVD/CD set from their concert at the Budokan in Tokyo featuring the band's first-ever performances of the albums "Escape" and "Frontiers" in their entirety. JOURNEY has also received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame and were inducted into the Hollywood Bowl Hall Of Fame. Additionally, the band is the subject of the award-winning documentary "Don't Stop Believin': Everyman's Journey" about the band's resurgence upon adding Arnel Pineda as lead singer after JOURNEY Founder, Neal Schon discovered the Philippines native on YouTube.

The members of TOTO are celebrating an accomplishment few bands have achieved in the modern era. Cumulative streams of the ensemble’s repertoire

now exceed 3 billion plays. Amongst the most listened to recordings, “Africa” accounts for over one billion streams at Spotify alone. This year the song was recertified by the RIAA 8X Platinum.

Over the past decade, the band has had a major renaissance in popularity like few bands at this point in their career. The audience is truly multi-generational, becoming younger with each passing year. Joining Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams are band members bassist John Pierce (Huey Lewis and The News), drummer Robert “Sput” Searight (Ghost-Note, Founding member Snarky Puppy, Snoop Dogg), keyboardist Dominique “Xavier” Taplin (Prince, Ghost-Note), multi-instrumentalist / vocalist Warren Ham (Ringo Starr) and keyboardist / background vocalist Steve Maggiora,. This line-up marks the fifteenth incarnation of Toto in consideration of band members or sidemen who joined or exited. Individually and collectively, few have had a larger imprint on pop culture than the members of TOTO. The family tree can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a half a billion albums. Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with hundreds of Grammy nominations.

With now 45+ years together and literally thousands of credits, including the biggest selling album of all time: Michael Jackson’s Thriller, and accolades to their names, TOTO remains one of the top selling touring and recording acts in the world. They are the benchmark by which many artists base their sound and production, and they continue to transcend the standards set by the entire music community, being simply synonymous with musical credibility. They are pop culture and are one of the few 70’s bands that have endured the changing trends and styles continuing to remain relevant.

About Aerosmith

Celebrating their 50th anniversary, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members Aerosmith have sold more than 150 million albums around the world, produced genre-defining music videos such as “Amazing,” “Crazy,” “Janie’s Got A Gun,” “Livin’ On The Edge,” and “Love In An Elevator,” and launched extravagant record-shattering global tours, most recently with their smash hit Las Vegas residency. The band has broken numerous boundaries, including becoming the first rock band with a massive commercially successful hip-hop collaboration with Run DMC on “Walk This Way” and the first hard rock band to appear during a Super Bowl Halftime Show with their 2001 performance, and in 1999, Aerosmith became the first band to have their own themed attraction at Disney World in Florida and later Paris with the launch of the Rock ‘N’ Roller coaster starring Aerosmith. About The Black Crowes

The Black Crowes are leaving the bullshit in the past. 15 years after their last album of original music, the Robinson Brothers present Happiness Bastards – their 10th studio album. Some may say the project has been several tumultuous years in the making, but we argue it’s arriving at just the right time. Call it brotherly love or music destiny that brought them back together, the highly anticipated record consecrating the reunion of this legendary band just may be the thing that saves rock & roll. In a time where the art form is buried beneath the corporate sheen of its successors, The Black Crowes are biting back with the angst of words left unsaid penned on paper and electrified by guitar strings, revealing stripped, bare-boned rock & roll. No gloss, no glitter, just rhythm and blues at its very best – gritty, loud, and in your face. Since The Black Crowes reunited in 2019, they’ve made a triumphant return to form with over 150 shows spanning 20 countries worldwide, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Shake Your Money Maker , the album that put them on the map. The Robinson Brothers and longtime bassist Sven Pipien headed to the studio with producer Jay Joyce in early 2023 and the experiences of years past transcribed themself through the music as the band found their way back to their roots. And it’s finally here – Happiness Bastards is out now.

KANSAS Announces 50th-Anniversary North American Tour

KANSAS , America's legendary progressive rock band, will embark on its 50th-anniversary tour this spring. Dubbed "Another Fork In The Road" , which is also the title of the group's recently released career-spanning compilation, the trek will kick off June 2 in Pittsburgh and run through January 28, 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

"Our entire career has been a winding journey," KANSAS guitarist Richard Williams said in a press release. "Whether it's been the 'original' lineup signing with Don Kirshner , years on the bus, touring with QUEEN , worldwide success peaking with 'Leftoverture' and 'Point Of Know Return' , the valleys of the '90s and 'dinosaur bands' losing steam, various lineup changes, to our most recent 'rebirth' and success of our latest new music over the last eight years — there have been several forks in the road of that journey. This 50th-anniversary tour and release will represent that journey and the forks along that road."

Added singer Ronnie Platt : "I'm incredibly excited about the 50th-anniversary tour. I tell people I'm not allowed to create a setlist, because it would be five hours long. There are so many songs I want to perform live. I think fans will be excited not only to hear our hits and fan favorites spanning 50 years of KANSAS but also some songs that haven't been performed live in decades."

Latest articles, petra announces 50th anniversary reunion tour.

Petra, one of the most important and influential Christian rock bands in history, reaches its 50th anniversary and announces a tour to celebrate.

Winners of 4 Grammys, 10 Doves Awards, and induction into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, Petra has been the most successful and influential Christian rock band in the history since its formation in 1972.

Petra's members have been many for 5 decades, and although it has not been confirmed who the musicians will be for this tour, the band posted an image on their official facebook page showing Greg Bailey, Cristian Borneo, John Schlitt, John Lawry, and Bob Hartman , being the official members in recent events of the band. As expected, many fans have begun to ask if this tour will feature other musicians from the band such as Louie Weaver, Greg X Volz, Ronny Cates, or Mark Kelly .

Honestly, I think it would be epic and historic for it to be a tour with musicians from the different eras, they all meant an important moment and marked the lives of many people. Will the founders of Petra be there? Both Mark Kelly as well as Ronny Cates were iconic bass players at two important moments in the band's history, John and Greg are the two voices of Petra , neither better than the other, simply two important periods of the band that marked the history of Christian music.

Of course, it is a rather sentimental, nostalgic and fanatic appreciation, but being objective, it should not be easy to move so many musicians at the same time, the costs would be very high, and finally, would they be willing to join again as a band of different stages to celebrate such an important date?

Anyway, come and join the tour that will take place from October 6 to November 20 .

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - SEPTEMBER 12: Bryan Ferry of Roxy Music performs at Madison Square Garden on September 12, 2022 in New York City. (Photo by Steven Ferdman/Getty Images for Live Nation)

Just over 50 years ago, on the same day, June 16, 1972, two albums were released that changed the landscape of rock and its sartorial splendor: Roxy Music ’s eponymously titled debut and David Bowie’s “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.” While each album was conveniently tagged as part of the start of glam-rock and its slow movement from Britain to the U.S., “Roxy Music” was something that “Ziggy Stardust” was not, despite the latter’s grandeur: downright weird.

Popular on Variety

The smoothly sleek “Avalon” portion of the live show was funky, chic and took up a goodly portion of the concert’s real estate, from the militaristically rhythmic “The Main Thing” to Mackay’s haunting instrumental “Tara” to Ferry’s sensual, low-note vocals throughout “To Turn You On,” to the airily romantic “More Than This” and “While My Heart Is Still Beating.” But it was the the oddballs that were both regal and ruled the evening.

A couple of setlist questions — why did they not do a “Country Life” stunner such as “The Thrill of It All” or the Rickenbacker-ringing “Take a Chance with Me,” crowd-pleasers both? And why would Roxy Music, possessed of such original songwriters such as Ferry, Mackay and Manzanera, close out its frenzied energetic set’s finale with a mellow take on the band’s 1981 cover of John Lennon’s “Jealous Guy”? Certainly, it was lovely hearing Mackay’s soft saxophone solo and Ferry’s sweet, noir-ish whistle end the song, but with so many Roxy classics yet unplayed, it felt like a missed opportunity to celebrate themselves. Maybe for the 60th anniversary reunion shows.

The band’s legendary run will continue on for a few more months

Kansas band 2023

After playing several successful shows on their current 50th anniversary tour , Kansas have decided to extended the run. The rock music legends added several new dates, extending the trek by an additional four months. Check out the full list of new shows below.

“The way audiences have received the 50th Anniversary Tour has been spectacular,” Kansas drummer and original member Phil Ehart states. “It only made sense to extend the tour into 2024. We look forward to fans in more locations being able to see the tour – and for people who loved it the first time to see it again!” Ehart adds, “Heck, the first 50 dates didn’t even include the state of Kansas. You know we must perform there!”

Most newly announced concert dates go on sale this Friday, September 15, 2023, at 10am local time. Kansas Fan Club, American Express Card Holders, and other pre-sales begin today, September 12, at 11am. Previously announced concert dates and Kansas VIP Packages are on sale now and selling fast. Ticket information can be found HERE .

“Our entire career has been a winding journey,” guitarist and original Kansas member Richard Williams noted in a press release. “Whether it’s been the ‘original’ lineup signing with Don Kirshner, years on the bus, touring with Queen, worldwide success peaking with  Leftoverture  and  Point of Know Return , the valleys of the ’90s and ‘dinosaur bands’ losing steam, various lineup changes, to our most recent ‘rebirth’ and success of our latest new music over the last eight years – there have been several forks in the road of that journey. This 50th Anniversary Tour and release will represent that journey and the forks along that road.”

“I’m incredibly excited about the 50th Anniversary Tour,” adds vocalist Ronnie Platt, who joined the band’s lineup in 2014. “I tell people I’m not allowed to create a set list, because it would be five hours long. There are so many songs I want to perform live. I think fans will be excited not only to hear our hits and fan favorites spanning 50 years of Kansas but also some songs that haven’t been performed live in decades.”

Earlier this year, Kansas released a career-spanning compilation titled Another Fork in the Road – 50 years of Kansas. The album is available digitally and on a three-CD set. Fans can purchase it now  HERE .

A complete list of the new shows is below. Additional stops include Las Vegas and Austin; Kansas is also returning to Pittsburgh. Tickets for most concerts go on sale Friday at 10AM local time. Select pre-sales begin on Wednesday. For more information, head over to Kansas' official website .

"The 50th-anniversary tour started in 2023, which commemorates Kansas's first year as a band. It is continuing in 2024, which commemorates the release of the first Kansas album," longtime guitarist Rich Williams said in an official statement. "After such a successful and sold-out premiere of the tour in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we wanted to put an exclamation point on the tour by having the closing 50th-anniversary tour concert take place back there at the Benedum Center.”

The group originally added more dates to the Another Fork in the Road tour last September . Then Kansas revealed in February that Ehart, their co-founding drummer, would be taking some time off after suffering a heart attack. His role is being filled by Eric Holmquist, who was already performing during the first half of these shows.

A 3CD career-spanning collection was released in conjunction with the tour. Another Fork in the Road: 50 Years of Kansas features an update of 1974's "Can I Tell You," performed by the current lineup. "The audiences for this 50th anniversary tour have been exhilarating,” lead vocalist Ronnie Platt added. "Let me tell you, after a decade of performing in the band, the energy the fans bring each night continues to give me goosebumps."

50th anniversary tour rock

Hold those lighters aloft in remembrance: Fifty years ago, 200,000 rock fans descended on Ontario Motor Speedway for California Jam, a one-day music festival .

The April 6, 1974 event — ticket price: $10 — had this lineup, in order of appearance: Rare Earth; Earth, Wind and Fire; the Eagles with guest Jackson Browne; Seals and Crofts; Black Oak Arkansas; Black Sabbath, led by Ozzy Osbourne; Deep Purple; and Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Imagine 200,000 people — essentially the entire present-day population of Fontana, and more than double a Coachella Festival weekend — gathering in Ontario for a rock festival. At the time, California Jam was said to have been the largest one-day gathering in state history.

ABC Entertainment produced Cal Jam and aired highlights over four nights. Showbiz professionals put on this rock festival, not idealistic amateurs. There were no breakout stars or touchstone cultural moments.

Some, like reader Ron Vander Molen of Pomona, fondly recall how Keith Emerson, behind his piano, rose into the air along with his instrument, and while suspended in mid-air, he and his piano rotated, end over end, as he continued playing, evidently without losing his lunch.

Still, Emerson didn’t light his piano on fire or chop it up with an ax.

Robert Hilburn covered the festival as pop music critic for the Los Angeles Times. He wrote that the festival bill didn’t have “the tension and overwhelming anticipation” that marked great festivals like Woodstock or Watkins Glen.

I emailed Hilburn, now 84, to ask how he views Cal Jam from 50 years on.

“It was an ambitious attempt to toast the growing popularity of rock ‘n’ roll in a massive setting,” Hilburn replied. “But the talent line-up (aside from the Eagles) doesn’t rank with my favorites. I much preferred the US Festivals at Glen Helen in the 1980s because the talent line-up was so much more memorable.”

To commemorate the festival’s 50th anniversary, I put out a call for your memories. Here are excerpts.

John Carvala, now of San Francisco: “I remember parking in a big dirt field to the east of the speedway. I got there before the music started. Of course the concert crowd area was huge, covering much of the infield, and there were speaker towers in the crowd so everyone could hear. It was dusty. There was litter and trash around and the smell of marijuana in the air.”

The stage at California Jam is flanked by huge sound and light rigs for the April 6, 1974 festival in Ontario. (Courtesy Allen Pamplin)

Janice Elliott, Upland: “I was 20, old enough to have common sense, but I chose style over practicality with my footwear choice: platform wedgie sandals. I think I had fun, lots of intoxicating smoke prevailing, in spite of my throbbing feet.”

Brian Uhl, Corona: “Ozzy Osbourne fronted the Sabbath with an enthusiasm that his band and the crowd lacked. The best part of the show was getting out. The 200,000 others had the same idea and exiting was chaotic. Groups waited at the on-ramp. I picked up two girls without any idea where they lived.”

Kent (Bayless) Romero, Eastvale: “At the end, Emerson, Lake and Palmer played ‘Karn Evil 9’ and I remember looking up through all pyrotechnic and other types of smoke and seeing what I thought were ping-pong balls bouncing up and down. What I was seeing was half-gallon plastic jugs (passed out earlier for water) being thrown up in the air by the thousands. It was quite a sight, especially when we determined that we might be in danger. Several people around us were struck by falling water jugs. We took cover and none of our group were injured.”

Nancy Jefferis, Ontario: “I was 15 years old. My friend and I were dropped off at the corner of Haven and Fourth on the morning of the Jam. I remember it being very, very crowded inside. The lines to the bathrooms, and to the concession stands, were at least 100 people deep. Needless to say, we somehow managed to not go to the bathroom or drink any water all day. We could hear the music the whole way home on the walk to Fifth and Baker.”

Fans look for a spot to sit at California Jam near the sound and light tower at the April 6, 1974 festival in Ontario. The stage with its signature rainbow arch design is in the background. (Courtesy Allen Pamplin)

Philip Montgomery, Upland: “I knew all the little dirt roads. I had my truck, a couple of buddies, a couple of girls. We drove through the vineyards. A fence on the north side was down so we walked in. We only saw the night part of the show.”

Albert vande Steeg, then an Ontario police officer: “Many of our youths had their first exposure to and use of drugs at that event. I witnessed numerous people injecting, smoking or swallowing drugs and narcotics. Sexual perversion was rampant. Worst of all were the ‘bummer tents’ where those who overdosed were treated. The city sold its soul and our youths for money to save the speedway and lost.”

Mike Huey, Menifee: “Frankly, one of my most distinct memories was of standing in line waiting to enter for seemingly (and probably) hours just to get in. I think we heard at least the first two acts from outside the racetrack. Once we got in, our basic tickets entitled us to a small area of concrete on the track itself, roughly 100-150 yards from the stage. Safe to say we ended up attending more for the experience than the music.”

If you’re a fan of the festival, check out the California Jam Fan Club Facebook page , which has 20,000 followers. Kudos to group moderator Allen Pamplin, who was at the festival at age 15, for keeping the Cal Jam torch burning.

I knew the 50th anniversary was coming up but hadn’t yet looked up the date when reader Carlos Garcia of Rancho Cucamonga emailed to remind me.

“You always address the important IE anniversaries, openings, closures, celebrations, etc. I just need to make sure it doesn’t slip by without mention,” Garcia wrote. “As an attendee of the concert at the age of 16, it’s always great to see the once-in-a-lifetime experience mentioned in your column.”

He signed off this way: “Cal Jam alum ’74.”

Legendary rock band’s drummer exits 50th anniversary tour after ‘major heart attack’

  • Published: Feb. 26, 2024, 1:41 p.m.

Phil Ehart of Kansas

Phil Ehart, the founding drummer of Kansas , has left the classic rock band’s 50th anniversary tour after suffering a “major heart attack,” the band announced on Friday, Feb. 23. Ehart is recovering, but it’s unclear when he’ll return to the road, Kansas said via a statement posted on social media and the band’s website.

Here’s the full text of the statement, titled “Kansas’ drumming legacy: Navigating through change and continuity” on the site:

“Kansas original drummer and band manager, Phil Ehart, is taking time away from touring as drummer for Kansas while he recovers after recently surviving a major heart attack. There is no timetable for his return to the road.

“While not on the road, Phil is remaining in a prominent role with Kansas during his recovery, serving as band manager, as he has done for 40 years.

“Eric Holmquist will be on drums for Kansas starting with the March 1, 2024, concert in Richmond, VA. Holmquist has filled in for Ehart on drums when Phil was ill in 2016, during Phil’s arm rehabilitation in 2022-2023, and has been performing the first half of shows during the Kansas 50th Anniversary Tour. Previously, Eric was Phil’s drum tech and protegé for more than 20 years.

“Kansas 50th Anniversary Tour – Another Fork in The Road continues March 1, 2024, in Richmond, VA. A complete list of tour dates can be found at kansasband.com. The band Kansas carries on, adding more tour dates in 2024 and beyond.”

Ehart, 73, has provided a rock-steady beat for Kansas since the early 1970s, appearing on iconic prog-rock albums such as 1976′s “Leftoverture” and 1997′s “Point of Know Return,” as well as hit songs such as “Carry On Wayward Son,” “Dust in the Wind” and “Point of Know Return.”

READ: The Southern backstory of classic-rock anthem ‘Carry on Wayward Son’

Along with guitarist Richard Williams, Ehart was one of two founding members who continued to perform with Kansas. Other original members, such as singer Steve Walsh and guitarist/keyboard player Kerry Livgren, no longer tour with the group.

“ I think we’re pretty doggone good at what we do, so that’s a big plus,” Ehart said in a 2023 interview with Billboard . “We’ve had Kerry and Steve writing great songs, and the band has been good playing the songs and recording the songs and touring the songs and everything else, and we’re hard workers. It’s just hanging in there, basically.”

The current lineup also features bassist Billy Greer, keyboard player Tom Brislin, singer and keyboard player Ronnie Platt, and violinist and guitarist Joe Deninzon.

“There’s a small paragraph on the cover of our first album that says, ‘Kansas is a band,” Ehart told Billboard. “It’s not Kansas featuring somebody or certain people. When Kansas plays, it sounds like Kansas. If there’s a bit of rotating of members under the moniker of Kansas, then so be it. So this time Kansas is going to be Steve Morse playing guitar — boy, what a great addition he was. Or David Ragsdale on violin. Or Ronnie Platt coming in, or Billy Greer on bass. There has been a lot of different people coming and going, but it’s all under the auspices of the band. We go out and do what we do best, which is write and play Kansas music.”

Kansas performed in Alabama recently, playing on Feb. 3 at the BJCC Concert Hall in Birmingham. Kansas also stopped in Huntsville on Oct. 26, 2023, appearing at the Von Braun Center Concert Hall . The band’s history in the state includes a memorable visit to Huntsville in the 1970s, rehearsing at the Von Braun Center and filming video clips for songs such as “Reason to Be.”

Kansas fans have been posting messages of support for Ehart on social media, wishing him a speedy recovery. They’ve also been offering kudos for Holmquist as he fills in behind the kit. Here’s a sampling from Facebook , where Kansas has 1.4 million followers:

“I’m praying now for Phil and Laurie and their family, as well as all of the Kansas family. May God’s healing and peace be with Phil in these days and always. Please give him my love and regards. Eric is a fantastic drummer and a great guy. I wish him all the best as well.” — Stephen Simpson

“Wishing you a healthy recovery Phil. You’re a great drummer! I was lucky enough to get one of your sticks at a Milwaukee show. It’s with my other Kansas memorabilia.” — Gerri Bittner Stodola

“Best wishes and good health to Phil. His drumming has been inspiring to many of us and his playing last summer was incredible given he had an arm injury - Midwestern Tough. Eric is a powerhouse as well.” — Tim Baumann

Wishing him a speedy and full recovery. Truly one of the most publicly underrated greats of all time. The fans know and appreciate him and his commitment to excellence.” — Ronn Sprague

“God bless you Phil, best of luck with everything and recovery. Thank you for the last ten years of memories I saw you on the road with my Dad many times. My first show was for the 40th anniversary tour when Steve was still jamming in the band with you. Changed my life. Then, I had the pleasure to say hi after you signed my point of known return album at another show. You gave us some of the best memories of all time. I will always preach Kansas forever.” — Rafael Baglio

“Best wishes to Phil!! Bless you and we will all be praying for your healing and your happiness of course. Thank you for all the years you’ve entertained the masses!!” — Sandy Johnson Patton

“Take it easy Phil. I want you to Carry On My Wayward Son! Perhaps that was a Miracle out of Nowhere reminder for you to slow it down and enjoy!!! You are a member of my Favorite Band!!! My first Rock Concert too back in 1981 when I was a H.S. freshman. Prayers to you for a fast recovery and Live Long and Prosper too!!!” — Greg Kraemer

ABBA fans celebrate 'Waterloo' Eurovision victory, 50 years on

Members of the Mark de Lisser Singers perform the iconic ABBA song 'Waterloo' at Waterloo Station in London on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

Fans of the Swedish supergroup ABBA gathered Saturday in England, Sweden and elsewhere to celebrate the hit song "Waterloo" on the 50th anniversary of its victory at the annual Eurovision Song Contest.

Swedish Television hosted En Fest För ABBA (A Party For ABBA), a tribute concert in honor of the band, in Stockholm on Saturday evening. The king and queen of Sweden were in attendance, though none of the band members were there.

Earlier in the day, singers and a pianist regaled commuters with a tribute to the song at Waterloo train station in London.

Fans also gathered for a flash mob dance in Brighton to mark the occasion. The English coastal city hosted the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest.

ABBA performed "Waterloo" that day with glitter and gusto. One member (conductor Sven-Olof Walldoff) was even dressed as Napoleon.

The group's win was the first for Sweden in the history of the Eurovision Song Contest. The competition was first staged in 1956 in Lugano, Switzerland.

Telling the story of someone who "surrenders" to a lover, the song references Napoleon's surrender at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.

"My, my / At Waterloo, Napoleon did surrender / Oh, yeah / And I have met my destiny in quite a similar way / The history book on the shelf/ Is always repeating itself / Waterloo / I was defeated, you won the war / Waterloo / Promise to love you forevermore..."

"Waterloo" went on to sell millions of copies, and topped the charts in several countries, including the U.S. Top 10.

It also propelled the band to global success. ABBA has by far outstripped every other Eurovision winner in this regard, with platinum-selling albums, tribute shows like the immersive ABBA Voyage experience in London, and movies like Mamma Mia! starring Meryl Streep.

This year's Eurovision contest will take place in May — fittingly — in Malmö, Sweden. But the choice of host country has nothing to do with ABBA's victory five decades ago. With rare exceptions, Eurovision is always hosted by the country that won the previous year's contest. Swedish singer Loreen won the 2023 competition with "Tattoo."
