Alfie Boe announces UK tour dates for 2023 including VIP packages

Alfie Boe has announced a nationwide UK tour for autumn 2023 including a date at the London Palladium.   Alfie Boe has conquered the world’s most prestigious opera stages and has entertained fans around the globe.  From leading the cast of Les Misérables – which received a Grammy nomination for ‘Best Musical Theatre Album’ and three sold-out solo UK tours, Boe has always strived to bring great music to different audiences.

 Boe’s career exploded in 2002 when stage and film director Baz Luhrmann cast him in a lead role in the acclaimed Broadway revival of ‘La Bohème’. Alfie’s powerhouse performance brought him a Tony award and marked his arrival on the international scene.   Having conquered the world’s most prestigious opera stages, Alfie led the cast of Les Misérables in the role of Jean Valjean in the West End and played the lead role in Finding Neverland on Broadway.   Alfie is a platinum, multi-million-selling recording artist, with four top ten solo albums, three number one albums as part of ‘Ball & Boe’ alongside Michael Ball – the last one being 2020’s ‘Together At Christmas’ which was followed by a sold-out UK and Ireland arena tour in December 2021 and a Summer Festival tour in 2022. The duo have just released their latest, current album ‘Together In Vegas.   This year Alfie appeared on The BBC Series ‘Freeze The Fear’ with Wim Hoff and made a very special guest appearance on Love Island. He debuted ‘Showstoppers’ – his first headline performance show in Las Vegas, where he’s also just announced his next show on April 8th 2023. He played a sold-out headline show at The Royal Albert Hall this month and he’ll be headlining 3 shows in Tokyo in February 2023. Les Miserables of course is a favourite musical of anyone, an absolute classic, but to hear Alfie Boe sing Bring Him Home to a huge theatre full of fans as part of his performance was simply incredible. Boe’s voice is distinctive and one of those goose bump guaranteed voices, and he brought everyone around me to tears before the end of the first verse. Watching Boe perform a variety show blew me away, as he demonstrated the incredible versatility of his voice in one performance, from tenor to bass pieces.

As well as being one of the most talented vocalists I have ever heard perform, Boe is hilarious and great at interacting with his audience. From the start of the concert he was cracking jokes and asking everyone in the audience questions, and although it was a huge theatre, it felt really personal and intimate. Of course all of Boe’s recordings are incredible, but the raw emotion that he injects into his music is something that is massively heightened in live performance and brought a whole new level of comprehension to the songs.

When he performed the duet Come What May, he and Becky were joking before the song started, and they had a little giggle in the introduction and started again. I really liked this comedic aspect, as it demonstrated that the couple were really enjoying the show as well as performing an incredible song.

What can I say! This show was Alfie Boe at his finest. An intimate setting provided superb acoustics for his powerful voice that resonated round the whole room. All the favourites were on the repertoire. Bring Him Home from Les Miserables as always outstanding. Snow Patrol's "Run" absolutely phenomenal and finished with a magnificent a capella performance of Danny Boy, brought the house down

He was his usual humble, humorous, jovial self and took great delight in interacting with the audience. AMAZING SHOW AS ALWAYS.

The chemistry between Alfie and Michael is electric, the banter between them funny, such a great entertainment show including a wide range of songs from different genres, we were thoroughly entertained, would watch it again.

Alfie kicked off 2022 filming BBC One’s new show ‘Freeze The Fear with Wim Hof’ the show followed Alfie along with 7 other celebrities as they give up their warm cozy lives to live in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions, facing a series of daunting cold challenges designed to push their minds and bodies to the limit all under the watchful eye of the global sensation Wim Hof AKA ‘The Ice Man’ who believes that embracing the cold can change their lives for the better. Filming the series had a huge lasting impression on Alfie as he opened up about his own struggles with mental health. As a young boy, Lancashire-born Alfie Boe (from the fishing port of Fleetwood) dreamed of a career as a singer. Turning his dreams into reality, Alfie has enjoyed a hugely successful career both in his native Britain and across the pond.

Always striving to bring great music to different audiences and with three sold-out UK Tours, including shows at the Royal Festival Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, Alfie has become a firm household favourite with the British public. His records have gone Platinum in the UK with four top ten album placings and over 1 million records sold plus three number one albums as part of ‘Ball & Boe’ alongside Michael Ball - the most recent being 2020’s ‘Together At Christmas’ which was followed by a sold out UK and Ireland arena tour in December 2021.

In 2021 Alfie put together his own livestream show titled ‘Alfie Boe & Friends’ which saw him team up with Gary Barlow, Freddie Fox and Amanda Holden for live performances and interviews at the Savoy Hotel in London. Later that year Alfie performed at the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall in London alongside the Tri-Service Display Bands.

If you’ve ever dreamed a dream of seeing Les Misérables live on stage, now is the time. Here’s how you can get tickets to Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular.

Initial casting has been announced for the Les Misérables world tour, with Alfie Boe and Michael Ball set to return in principal roles.

Boe will be splitting the part of Jean Valjean with Killian Donnelly, while Michael Ball and Bradley Jaden share the role of Javert for the UK leg of the tour.

All four stars are alumni of the iconic Boubil and Schonberg musical, with Boe reprising the part of Jean Valjean for the fifth time and Ball having played the part of Marius in the first ever West End production, before later going on to play Jean Valjean and Inspector Javert.

The stars will be joined by a cast and orchestra of over 65 people for shows in Belfast, Sheffield, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester and Newcastle as part of Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular world tour.

Spanning over 15 countries, the tour will kick off this September with a limited UK run before carrying on to Luxembourg, Australia, Taiwan, Italy, South Korea and more.

This new tour has been specially designed for stadiums of between 3,000 to 5,000 audience members, which means everything from staging and choreography to the belting out Bring Him Home will be bigger and better than ever before.

We're creeping towards the end of summer, but that doesn't mean that the fun has to be over, with the beginning of the colder months.

In fact, from September onwards, some big-name artists and bands are paying a visit to the North-West. From the likes of Hozier, JP Saxe, Stornoway and Alfie Boe, there's a gig or concert to suit all music tastes - so don't miss out on getting tickets.

In 2007, Boyce Avenue started uploading covers of pop hits to Youtube, where their career kick-started.

Consisting of brothers Alejandro, Daniel and Fabian Manzano, the trio have since covered some of the biggest names in the music industry and have racked up over hundreds of millions of views over the years, collaborating with artists such as Fifth Harmony, Bea Miller and Sarah Hyland.

The band begin their UK tour this week, kicking off in Cardiff.

After returning with the BBC 6 Music favourite, 'Trouble with the Green', Stornoway continues to push their sound into exciting directions as they team up with rising Chinese artist Yija Tu for their most recent release of Björk’s ‘Its Not Up to You’.

The song will feature on the band’s first new album in eight years, ‘Dig The Mountain!’, releasing on September 8 ahead of their show at O2 Ritz this October.

Decca Records star Michael Ball is hitting the road across the U.K. in 2024 with his long-awaited “On With The Show” headline tour. The jaunt will include shows at London’s Eventim Apollo, Manchester’s O2 Apollo and Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall. General on-sale tickets will be available on Friday September 29, at 10am local time via the Live Nation website .

Michael Ball is Britain’s leading musical theatre star, a double Olivier Award-winning, Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum recording artist and a hugely popular radio and TV presenter. For over 30 years he has been at the top of his game, starring in musical theatre productions including Les Miserablés , Hairspray and Sweeney Todd in the West End and on Broadway, winning critical acclaim, a devoted following and awards for his stage work and recording career.

I can’t wait to see Michael on 23march 2024 at Manchester and it’s my 60 birthday I’m not been out since COVID and missed seeing him in aspects of love because i can’t travel but hoplly i will next year to see him if on the night he can wish me happy birthday that would make my very happy xx
