- Each time you complete an unfinished Mission on your Tour of Duty in Mann Up Mode, you'll earn an item. This will consume the Tour of Duty Ticket you presented to enter Mann Up Mode.
- When you complete all of the Missions on a Tour of Duty, youβll earn a random rare item. These rare items can only be obtained by completing ALL Missions in a Tour of Duty.
- You can also obtain items using Squad Surplus Vouchers (see below).
- You leave a game while playing a Mann Up game on an official server; and
- You have not played through a single wave to completion or failure; and
- There are 5 or more players currently connected to the server (including you).
Operation Two Cities Badge
The Operation Two Cities Badge is a cosmetic item for all classes . It is a large gray disk featuring Archimedes , complete with blood splatters on his chest and face, perched on a laurel with a five-pointed star, from which a shield adorned with the Medic 's class emblem hangs on a chain.
This item is awarded to players when they complete their first mission of the "Operation Two Cities" Tour of Duty in Mann Up mode. It tracks a player's progress through the various Mann vs. Machine missions. The badge's level increases based on the number of Tours completed.

Be patient and strong willed. I find MvM is by far the most toxic community in TF2. Two cities has the best potential loot, and isn't really hard. Let's conclude. In conclusion two cities is the best tour suck it mecha nerds. Got 2 Aussie drops out of 11 overall tours played in TF2. Which was a 2% chance of even happening using a binomial probability formula. 4 tours in Mecha Engine, 1 in Two Cities (yes, 1.), 6 in Gear Grinder = 34 ToD Tickets consumed.

As much as you want. Don't give Valve any more money for a game mode they haven't updated in two years. MvM cosmetics drop as the random drop at the end of a mission, so tour choice is completely irrelevant there. The best way to get any item, of course, is to just trade for one. 4.

(not getting my hopes up for australiums) I don't want to load up the game just to see, but some payed mvm takes a 3 ticket tour while others are 4 ticket tours, namely two cities (4 ticket). You can do an infinite amount of tours, but being about $4 per tour, and on average $1 return, it isn't worth it.
