We went into Leeds White Rose branch to book a short notice cruise (5 weeks time). The agent was really great booking made within 5 mins and a discussion about cruise holidays. She also organised our car parking too. Got everything we needed and will be going in again to do the online check in. We always have a great experience at Hays. Your agents are very knowledgable.

Our second time booking with Hays at…

Our second time booking with Hays at White Rose (previously been to Krakow) Kealie, our advisor was amazing. We booked two city breaks and she immediately identified a quirky hotel in Budapest that we simply loved. We hadn’t chosen our second destination but Kealie was very knowledgeable and soon helped us settle on Lisbon. Location is really important to us - we like to be central and Kealie was great checking this out for us. She also gave us some options to take away for a third break to Vienna. We will be back soon to book this one too!

A totally painless experience

Our holiday requirements were not the easiest, ten adults and one three year old heading to Ibiza for a family wedding. Luke looked after us so well, accommodating every request, five double rooms, same hotel, Leeds Bradford airport, free child place, good flight times, affordable, the list went on. Every detail sorted and all requests met with good humour and patience and a lovely cup of coffee. I don’t usually use travel agents preferring to sort everything myself, I think though I am possibly converted. A great experience.

While staff are very pleasant and helpful the company makes numerous administrative errors, on numerous bookings, that they fail to pick up until I have pointed them out. The errors if gone unchecked would have serious repercussions.

You will have excellent product knowledge, questioning and listening skills to help our customers plan, choose and successfully book their holidays.

Working as part of a team you will drive business through social media, events and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

She also organised our car parking too. Got everything we needed and will be going in again to do the online check in. We always have a great experience at Hays. Your agents are very knowledgable.

Our second time booking with Hays at…

Our second time booking with Hays at White Rose (previously been to Krakow) Kealie, our advisor was amazing. We booked two city breaks and she immediately identified a quirky hotel in Budapest that we simply loved. We hadn’t chosen our second destination but Kealie was very knowledgeable and soon helped us settle on Lisbon. Location is really important to us - we like to be central and Kealie was great checking this out for us. She also gave us some options to take away for a third break to Vienna. We will be back soon to book this one too!

A totally painless experience

Our holiday requirements were not the easiest, ten adults and one three year old heading to Ibiza for a family wedding. Luke looked after us so well, accommodating every request, five double rooms, same hotel, Leeds Bradford airport, free child place, good flight times, affordable, the list went on. Every detail sorted and all requests met with good humour and patience and a lovely cup of coffee. I don’t usually use travel agents preferring to sort everything myself, I think though I am possibly converted. A great experience.

Top Agent for Multi-booking

Over the years we have used many agents to secure holiday breaks through. I cannot praise the agent 'Diana' highly enough. Mollie certainly knows her stuff. Wasn’t looking good me flying out and been in same apartment as my family. Within about a hour she’d got me on the flight and same apartment. (Going on my own wasn’t straight forward) Saved me time and money as I would of had to fly from Manchester instead of Leeds

The lady we dealt with was very helpful. We told her what we would like. She came up with a few options. There was no pressure to book. She gave us time to think, answered questions we had. We did book before we left. The whole experience was relaxed. First time using Hays Travel out it won't be our last.
