EVERYBODY SAY JLS: The Hits Tour details revealed including new dates and tickets.

JLS fans rejoice, because the boys are coming to an arena near you this autumn with another incredible tour across the UK.

Aston Merrygold, JB Gill, Marvin Humes and Oritsé Williams shot to fame in 2009 when their debut single ‘Beat Again’ shot straight to number 1.

A string of instant pop classics followed, including ‘Everybody In Love’, ‘The Club Is Alive’, ‘Love You More’ and ‘She Makes Me Wanna’.

Fans were devastated when they said goodbye with their 2013 ‘Greatest Hits’ album, but luckily this wasn’t the end for JLS.

Their comeback tour in 2021 proved to be one of the hottest tickets, with Aston, JB, Marvin and Oritsé having to extend their initial 16 show schedule to a 29 date tour.

The good news is, the JLS heart will beat again with this autumn’s ‘EVERYBODY SAY JLS: The Hits Tour’.

And the huge demand is clear, as two extra dates have already been added at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena (October 27th) and the Cardiff International Arena (October 31st).

Now an extra matinee performance at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena will take place on the 4th November.

JLS reunion tour 2023: Dates and how to get tickets

X Factor boyband JLS have announced they are reuniting for a huge 15-date UK arena tour later this year.

The group revealed on social media that they will be hitting the road again, kicking off on October 20 in Dublin, before wrapping up their tour on November 11 at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena.

The announcement comes just days after the band teased fans on TikTok and other social media platforms about a possible reunion just three years after they first got back together.

Band members Marvin Humes, Oritsé Williams, JB Gill, and Aston Merrygold found fame on the X Factor in 2008, split in 2013, but later reunited for a UK tour in 2021.

Now they’re taking their hit songs on the road again with The Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, March 3, at 9am.

2023 is undeniably the year of comeback tours. Beyoncé ? Yep. Madonna ? Yep. S Club 7 ? Yep. And now, if you enjoyed singing along to JLS back in the day, this one is for you. In news that’s sure to make your heart beat (again), the English boyband has announced a reunion tour – and they’re heading to more than a dozen cities throughout the UK and Ireland . 

JLS, for those not in the know, is a four-person group consisting of Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes and JB Gill. They were runners-up in talent TV show ‘The X Factor’ all the way back in 2008, before having several hit singles (including platinum-selling ‘Beat Again’ and ‘Everybody in Love’) and then disbanding in 2013. They reunited for the first time in 2019, announcing a new album and tour.

The group’s latest reunion tour is called ‘Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour’ and it’ll include 15 arena shows, starting in Dublin on October 20.  The presale for the tour starts today, with general sale coming up on Friday, so look sharp and set those alarms.  Here’s everything you need to know about the 2023 tour.

When do JLS tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on general sale on Friday March 3 at 9am. Presale tickets will go on sale on Wednesday March 1 at 9am.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices haven’t yet been announced. When they go on sale, ticket prices for each venue will be available  here .

JLS stands for ‘Jack the Lad Swing’, combining the musical genre ‘new jack swing’ with the phrase ‘Jack the Lad’. The name was shortened to its initials during their time on ‘The X Factor’ in 2008.

JLS’s 2021 comeback tour proved to be one of the hottest tickets for years, with phenomenal public demand seeing the reunited quartet having to extend their initial 16 show schedule to a 29 date tour of arenas across the UK and Ireland. It was an experience of a lifetime for the boys and their fans alike as JLS performed to a total of more than 350,000 people – including four sold-out shows at The O2 in London.

And when something is so good, who can resist doing it again? The JLS heart will beat again as they today announce details of a huge UK and Ireland tour, the ‘EVERYBODY SAY JLS: The Hits Tour’. It will commence in Dublin on October 20th – exactly two years to the day since they embarked upon the ‘Beat Again’ tour and includes two nights in London at the O2.

JLS commented, “We couldn’t be more excited to announce another UK and Ireland arena tour! Last time out was totally surreal and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the right time to do it all over again. Playing live and seeing our amazing fans is definitely the best part of being JLS!”

Last month they confirmed that all four members will be going on a greatest hits tour this autumn.

Noughties boy band JLS has announced an arena tour , titled Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour , set to take place in venues across the UK and Ireland this year.

The four-man ensemble – Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams , Marvin Humes and JB Gill – formed in 2008 when members finished as runners-up on The X Factor . They went on to release a handful of top 10 singles, including ‘Beat Again’ and ‘Everybody in Love’, before separating in 2013.

However, it wasn’t long until JLS reformed with new music and a set of reunion gigs called The Beat Again Tour in 2019.

Last month they confirmed that all four members will be going on a greatest hits tour with an excited statement on Twitter, saying: “The suspense is over… 😂 We couldn’t be more excited to announce another UK and Ireland arena tour later this year🙌🏾🙌🏾 Last time out was totally surreal and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the right time to do it all over again!!”

When do JLS tour tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on general sale via Ticketmaster on Friday 3 March at 9am and presale tickets will go on sale on Wednesday March 1 at 9am.

JLS broke through in 2009 in the biggest way imaginable as the instant pop classic ‘Beat Again’ shot straight to #1 – their first of five UK chart-topping smashes which continued with ‘Everybody In Love’ , ‘The Club Is Alive’ , ‘Love You More’ and ‘She Makes Me Wanna’ . With another five Top 10 hits to their credit, JLS also impacted the album charts with their self-titled #1 debut and three more Top 3 records before saying goodbye with their 2013 ‘Greatest Hits’ album. Throughout, they were heralded with numerous major awards, notably two BRIT Awards and five MOBO Awards .

But thankfully not all goodbyes are forever. While each member continued their own successful careers outside of JLS , they remained best of friends and shared a nagging feeling that they had unfinished business to address. In February 2020 they announced details of their ‘Beat Again’ reunion tour, which was quickly extended and then completed in November 2021 after the world reopened post-lockdown. They also returned to the charts when their album ‘2.0’ debuted at #4, with the songs ‘Eternal Love’ and ‘Day One’ becoming new fan favourites as the tour progressed.

Now the JLS heart will beat yet again.

With 10 million albums sold, a reputation for shirtlessness, and countless arenas booked solid, how could JLS go wrong? The answer is they can't. The foursome whizzed their way through their string of hits at the O2 in London, beaming and bouncing all the way.

The set included their biggest singles, "Everybody in Love" and "Beat Again," although it was sometimes hard to hear them over the screaming girls. The arena is massive but they've got the personality and showmanship to fill the place up. Aston kept the crowd excited with his backflips, but Oritsé, JB, and Marvin got their turns in the spotlight, too. They really made an effort to get the audience involved.

There was lots of chatting and banter between the boys, and at one point, they whipped out the stools and got some girls from the crowd up on stage with them. The show was a whirlwind of lights, costume changes, and theatrics, but the guys have genuine talent to back up the spectacle. The story has a bittersweet ending since JLS won't be back for more, but they certainly give a new meaning to going out with a bang. If they were to reunite, you can bet there'd be plenty of people, including me, who'd go running back for more.
