From the minute I walked in, I could feel the positive energy. Niqua is a true professional and knows the body inside out. I have been getting massages frequently for years. I was visiting Virginia Beach and went to Journey Bodyworks for the first time... so glad I did. It's so much more than a massage. Niqua can read your body and know exactly what it needs. Such a kind & caring soul; pure love. I was almost moved to tears. I have never experienced anything like it. I will definitely come back to Journey when I'm in VB again.

Great environment to unwind and relax. Tiffany and Niqua are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others in their healing journey. I always leave feeling better than I came, both physically and mentally. Love this place!

Before we began our journey to Va beach, we searched for spas. Came across a couple but to be honest my preference is black owned - and I found. Made our reservation in advanced for a couples massage.. YAY!! What an experience! Our bodies are so relaxed and we'll be back. Thank you ladies! I feel bad not having names to shot out, it's because we just left and I'm in my ZONE... We're headed back to our room to relax in the jacuzzi. If you're in the Va beach area you must go!

This was the best massage I ever had. This will be my new place to go whenever I need a good massage. HONESTLY, she is the best massage in Hampton roads. Her technique you will not find anywhere else. She is friendly, has a great personality and makes you feel at home! She works hard to make sure that when you leave you feel relaxed,refreshed and rejuvenated. Her goal is tp heal you! Also,she is very knowledgeable about her work. You get  the service you ask for but you also,get educated. She is also a fan of being healthy. She uses essential oils and cold pressed oils which is all natural and very expensive (some places only use baby oil or some other cheap oil on your skin that's not even healthy). Your journey and experience with her will be like none other, seriously. I took 5-10 mins out my busy day to type this. I dont post reviews often!!!

I always enjoy our sessions. You are a ray of Light and always smiling

Let me begin by saying I have had Thai, Chinese, deep tissue, sports, you name it! I'll describe my encounter with healing. I arrived and she took a look at front back, and she read my entire body instantly. The session is like no other, the way her body connect with yours is amazing! I have found my person. I've only done one session with her and I can tell you that I'm addicted to the therapy she provides for my body. I feel so light, I can stretch, I can bend, I feel like a new person! If you need body work, she is the go to person! She will heal your body and make you feel on cloud 9! Looking forward to our future sessions ;-)

The front office staff are warm and polite, the owner, mel is a stand up guy who takes pride in his work, and the quality of work is phenomenal. i've lived in st pete most of my life and bodyworks is by far the best shop i've dealt with. no nonsense, extra long repair times or overcharging for no reason. they give you a fair estimate, schedule the work and it's ready when they promise it will be., simply amazing the best of the best, over the past 8 years mel mendez has repaired body damage on serval vehicles for us and the repairs were always done to perfection. today the wife and i were astatic when we came in to pick up her jeep patriot that mel repainted, can't say enough about the a+ job he did, not a flaw, much better than the factory paint when we bought it new i can not speak enough about his knowledge of his profession or how well he and his wife jamie run this business. lets just say top notch from the moment you walk through their door to the time you pick up your vehicle again the best of the best, read all reviews.

BioCharger Sessions

  The BioCharger NG requires no physical contact and its operation is non-invasive. You simply place yourself in a relaxed position, sitting or standing, approximately 3-5 feet from the unit and receive the emitted energy forms. You do not have to attach any wires, pads, electrodes, or other devices. The electromagnetic waves, like radio waves, pass through everything within its broadcast range, which is approximately 10 to 15 feet.  The BioCharger can seat up to a group of 6 people at once so you can share this powerful healing experience with friends and loved ones. 

Most people feel very relaxed during a session. It’s recommended to choose a single intention during a session (5-15 minutes). There is little question that our thoughts and emotions can affect our health, wellness, and healing processes. People who focus on a single intention repeatedly, tell us they feel rejuvenated, more mentally clear, happier, and that they typically sleep better. Under recommended usage patterns, the BioCharger NG platform will be quite comfortable to use. In some circumstances, there may be a recognizable detoxification effect. It is recommended that people follow a healthful amount of water intake when utilizing the BioCharger regularly. If you are mostly healthy you may not have any detoxification effects at all. Experiences vary and we encourage you to notice not only how you feel during a session, but for a couple days afterwards.

SESSION OPTIONS

30 Min Private Individual Session: You may customize your session with individual recipes or a combination of recipes that fit in your 30 minutes. There will be a 5 min cool down time between recipes. 

30 Min Semi - Private Group Session : You may customize your group session (2-6 people) with individual recipes or a combination of recipes that fit in your 30 minutes. There will be a 5 min cool down time between recipes.  

30 Min Public Group Sessions: These group sessions will be customized recipes by treatment type or a "General Wellness" recipe. Up to 6 clients per session. 

Usage Guidelines

Using the BioCharger consistently will create the best possible results. Conducting sessions between 1-4 times a week has been shown to be the most effective. Many users find that more frequent sessions is preferable, though even a short session can produce beneficial results that can be felt. Listen to your body to determine the best power level and usage pattern for you.

Your body will tend to adapt to the BioCharger energies and you will find your optimal usage pattern and discover what works best for you. As with most subtle energies, your personal experience should be observed to guide your usage. If you listen to your body, you will likely be able to tell whether more or less usage is best for you.

Note:  Because no controlled tests or studies have been run on such populations, it is recommended that individuals with cardiac pacemakers, metal implants, light-triggered epilepsy, women who are pregnant, or children under the age of twelve years old, should not use the BioCharger device without your physician’s approval.
