The website is easy to navigate and gives you all the relevant information at the right time in order to make the holiday selection and booking process quick and easy. I knew what I wanted to book so to be able to do that easily online was helpful. Quick confirmation received via email post booking, with all the relevant information clearly articulated.

Excellent travel agent - always our first choice

We have always used Kenwood for longhaul holidays. The company has been unfailingly responsive and always well organised. Agents are polite and friendly, and are experienced travellers who appreciate the nuances of organising an itinerary. This is really important when you are spending a significant amount of money; the Kenwood agents appreciate this and offer practical advice and suggestions well beyond what might be expected. Nothing is too much trouble. Kenwood is always our first choice for travel.

Excellent Travel Company

Just booked a two centre holiday to Thailand with this company. The telephone was always answered promptly and if the person who I wanted was unavailable, I left a message and they called me back quickly. She was very knowledgeable and put my quotes together really qiuickly. The information she sent me was easy to follow and explained everything clearly. When I wanted to make changes it was no trouble to her and paying the deposit was straight forward. This is the second time we have used Keneood Travel for longhaul holidays and I would definitely recommend them.

A breeze booking our dream hoiiday

The agent we dealt with was full of expert knowledge and advice. The resorts chosen, accommodations and all transfers were arranged super quick. I can honestly say our dream holiday had been completely sorted and all arrangements confirmed in less than half an hour. Our experience using Kenwood Travel has been absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We had an idea of where and when but needed intel on the area, availability, ratings and facilities, including the best way to get there. Zeb, our Personal Travel Advisor, went above and beyond to help us make the best choices both for the holiday and the budget. Kenwood were a fantastic help booking 10 of us onto a holiday to Florida. 3rd time using and will continue to do so

I would recommend Kenwood to anybody that is looking for a professional service, curtesy and good prices. I have been using this travel agent for a few years now and in my opinion they are very good. I normally deal with Jit: he is simply fantastic.

Their expertise is invaluable.

I was guided through my dream holiday one that I had imagined but didn’t know even existed. Their expertise simplified the whole process and very quickly they recommended a place that I’m sure I actually saw in my dream!

The devil is in the detail

I needed to make more than just a booking. I needed advice and I needed guidance. Ali provided that in spades. She was so patient with me and so very down to earth. Her real life experiences of a Dubai holiday were invaluable. She wasn't looking for a quick sale but more interested in what I wanted from my first holiday to Dubai. She gave me choices based on my needs and expectations , time to compare and no question was unanswered. She even considered things I didn't like suitable flight times, best views from room choice, variety on club service and half board, taxis etc.

Very helpful and efficient

Kenwood were very helpful last year when we went to a two centre holiday in Mauritius. We went back to the same agent Jit Mandalia for a new booking and despite a hiccup from the hotel end, Jit was brilliant, sorting out everything and arranging private transfers. Courteous and communicative, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended. p.s. the hiccup was not Kenwood's fault but Jit dealt with it perfectly, definitely went above and beyond. Thank you.

After being let down by a major online…

After being let down by a major online holiday company I can say that so far Lai from Kenwood has been brilliant. To be able to talk to someone on the phone who genuinely seems to care about her customers is a breath of fresh air. Our holiday is booked for May but if it goes as well as the booking then me and my wife will have a happy 40th anniversary and no doubt will be back to Kenwood for more holidays!
