Martina McBride has earned more than 15 major music awards, including four wins for Female Vocalist of the Year from the Country Music Association and won three Academy of Country Music for Top Female Vocalist. Martina has been awarded 14 Gold Records. Nine Platinum honors, three Double Platinum Records, and two Triple Platinum Awards. Martina was awarded the Covenant House Beacon of Hope Award and Music Business Association’s prestigious 2015 Harry Chapin Memorial Humanitarian Award for her philanthropic efforts on behalf of domestic violence. Martina has released two cookbooks–the first, Around the Table, a full-color illustrated collection of her favorite recipes, hosting tips, practical menu planning advice, and themed décor inspiration. She released her second book, Martina’s Kitchen Mix: My Recipe Playlist for Real Life, in October 2018. Most recently, Martina was honored with the Cliffie Stone Icon Award at the ACM Honors event for her impactful contributions to country music.

Country singer hits the road again this holiday season

Country music icon Martina McBride has announced upcoming dates for her 12th annual The Joy of Christmas Tour. Kicking off on November 26th in Greensboro, NC, McBride will once again hit the road to celebrate the holiday season in what has become a favored tradition of not only her fans but of McBride’s as well.

“This is the 12th year of doing the Joy Of Christmas Tour and I truly believe our 2022 version of the show is the best yet,” says McBride. “It is truly a night for the whole family to celebrate all the joyful things about the holiday season. We look forward to it every year and are honored that our show has become a tradition for us and the fans. We cannot wait to take it back on the road!”

Pre-sales go on-sale on Tuesday, September 26th via McBride’s website . General on-sale for The Joy of Christmas Tour are available on Friday, September 30th.

This year also marks McBride’s 25th anniversary of her impactful album Evolution. The project that produced two No. 1 hits — “Wrong Again” and the iconic “A Broken Wing” — and was certified 3x Platinum by the RIAA.

This fall, McBride will support Wynonna Judd on The Judds: The Final Tour , an all-star tribute to mother and musical partner Naomi Judd, who tragically passed away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on April 30th. Wynonna has chosen to honor her mother’s legacy by inviting some of music’s biggest stars to join her onstage for the 11 date trek to perform some of the timeless hits that earned The Judds multiple Grammy, CMA, and ACM awards over a span of 30+ years. Along with McBride, Wynonna is thrilled to welcome Brandi Carlile, Ashley McBryde, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, Trisha Yearwood and Faith Hill, on select dates to honor the legacy of The Judds and their everlasting impact on country music.

Martina McBride Plans Her 12th Annual Joy of Christmas Tour

It's an annual holiday tradition, and in 2022, Martina McBride will once again head out on her Joy of Christmas Tour.

The singer officially announced the news this week, putting 12 dates on the books between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

"This is the 12th year of doing the Joy of Christmas Tour and I truly believe our 2022 version of the show is the best yet," McBride says in a statement. "It is truly a night for the whole family to celebrate all the joyful things about the holiday season. We look forward to it every year and are honored that our show has become a tradition for us and the fans. We cannot wait to take it back on the road!"

The Joy of Christmas Tour kicks off Nov. 26 in Greensboro, N.C., and will extend through Dec. 18, wrapping with a stop in Fayetteville, Ark. The national on-sale date for all dates is this Friday (Sept. 30), but a pre-sale is going on now .

It's a big year for McBride in a few different respects: In addition to planning her Christmas tour, she's celebrating the 25th anniversary of her fan-favorite Evolution album, which contains the No. 1 hits "Wrong Again" and "A Broken Wing."

Additionally, McBride is slated to join Wynonna Judd and a revolving cast of female country superstars for the Judds Final Tour, which begins on Friday (Sept. 30) and lasts through the end of October.

HOMETOWN ENTERTAINMENT: Martina McBride bringing “Joy of Christmas” tour to Roanoke

The country star is bringing her holiday show to the berglund performing arts theatre november 25.

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Singer-songwriter Martina McBride has sold millions of albums, with six number one hits in the world of country music.

But for many fans, she’s the voice of Christmas.

“It’s such a fun tour to do. We have this very limited window that we get to go out and do these shows and just bring holiday joy to everyone and we’re just so excited,” says McBride.

McBride’s done her Christmas tour for over a dozen years. Next month, she’s bringing it to the Berglund Center.

“It’s a beautiful set. We have Christmas trees. Gorgeous to look at. And I really think that it -- I always say my job every year is to put everybody in a holiday spirit.

The proud mom of three daughters has long been a country radio staple. But McBride says the pandemic brought a much- needed break from making music, and a time of reflection.

“I took a total break in a way, and I think that’s been good for me. To come back now and try to -- I want to make a record that’s more personal. Songs like “Independence Day,” “Broken Wing,” “I’m Going to Love You Through It,” didn’t really- weren’t really about me. I think it’s time at my age to do a little more of an autobiographical kind of thing. That’s a really big undertaking, so I’m kind of just setting the wheels in motion for that,” says McBride.

As for her current Christmas tour, McBride is happy to be part of many people’s holiday traditions.

“We just really enjoy it, we enjoy that music and that time of year when everybody is kinder to each other, you know. It’s just a joyful night of music,” says McBride.

Martina McBride tour dates are here! The country artist just announced dates for her 12 th  annual  The Joy of Christmas Tour , which will kick off on November 26 in Greensboro, NC.

“This is the 12th year of doing the Joy Of Christmas Tour and I truly believe our 2022 version of the show is the best yet,” says McBride. “It is truly a night for the whole family to celebrate all the joyful things about the holiday season. We look forward to it every year and are honored that our show has become a tradition for us and the fans. We cannot wait to take it back on the road!”

Martina McBride tour 2024 announced : Martina McBride will once again help her fans celebrate the holiday season with her annual Christmas tour. The country musician, cookbook author and podcast host, a Grammy nominee, will kick off her 12th annual "The Joy of Christmas Tour" tour on November 26, 2022 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 12-date tour includes stops in Daytona Beach, Denver, Omaha, Tulsa and Kansas City before ending in Fayetteville, AR on December 18. McBride has sold more than 18 million albums and has received 14 gold certifications, nine platinum, three double platinum and two triple platinum. She has also been nominated three times for Female Vocalist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music Awards.

The new shows will take place in November and December in American locations. On social media, Martina shared: "This is the 12th year I’m doing the #JoyOfChristmasTour and I think the 2022 version of the show is the best! It really is an evening for the whole family to celebrate all the joyous things of the Christmas period. We wait for him every year and we can’t wait to go back on tour!". Before The Joy Of Christmas Tour, Martina will perform the star-studded Judds farewell tour. It will undoubtedly be very exciting concerts, after Naomi Judd committed suicide last April shortly after the announcement of the tour. Wynonna will perform with Ashley McBryde, Faith Hill, Brandi Carlile, Little Big Town and Trisha Yearwood on selected dates.

The Joy of Christmas Tour kicks off on November 26 in Greensboro, N.C., and continues until December 18, with a stop in Fayetteville, Ark. The start date of the Martina McBride 2024 tickets for all dates is this Friday (September 30).
