If they don't have it, then you most likely don't need it when it comes to golf. Huge selection of everything golf related. I picked up a new putter, tees and some balls while I was here Saturday night. Very large selection with fair prices. Clean store. Very friendly staff. Indoor putting area and hitting area to try clubs before you buy.

This store was nice, it is very much a superstore. I didn't envision seeing gear for tennis as well. I absolutely love the shoe section, there is a good selection of shoes for women and men. I did see some good pieces that were affordable in the clearance section. I ended up not purchasing anything but there was just an abundance of items to choose from. The bag selection was also very nice, there was a variety of bags from men, women, to kids. Also, my pup came in the store too, and rode in the cart.

I have bought many a club and golfing equipment over the years from this store location, when it was Martin's and now PGA, and always thought they offered products at a fair price, and still do. But today, I had an experience that I feel was very eye opening and disturbing. I received a gift at Christmas that was purchased in October 2022 for a price of $549.99 plus tax (TaylorMade Stealth Driver) and found out during the year I could not control this club like others I have had so I took it to the PGA store to trade it in on a different club. The store had 3 of the same clubs in their used club area, and were asking $329.99 for their clubs, and my club was in much better used condition. Their offer for my club which is in lightly used condition and includes the head cover and never used TM adjustment wrench was $114.19! It would not have bothered me had the offer been $225 or so, as I understand they have to make money. But $114.19 was insulting and very unreasonable. I of course thanked the gentleman and left with my club. So, my advise to all is: don't even consider trading your clubs in to the PGA Tour Store. There are several other ways to rid yourself of unwanted clubs where you can get a fair and equable value for your item.

Start to finish - we had a great experience. The person who helped us with club fitting was personable, friendly and professional.

This is the 'official' PGA Superstore. They carry a 'huge' selection of products. I mainly go here because I know they will have a great selection of golf balls on the shelf and they usually have what I want. They also have a great selection of men's golf wear. You'll find they have all the major brands, Nike, UnderArmour and PGA. They will have mark downs and sales at the beginning and the end of the golf season. You can also get advice on various products, like rangefinders and clubs. They will do custom club fitting as well. They also have an agent set up in the lobby to give you advice on area courses and updates on discounts. It's worth checking out if you are into golf.

Quiet, respectful of your reviewing different clubs. Very efficient at check out. Best Superstore I've been to.

Purchased a Putter on April 9th, and used it for the first time on April 12th, on 9 holes. I alternated between my old putter and the new one to see which one worked best. Decided to return the new Putter on April 13th, 5 days after purchasing it. The store would not return my money but would give me a store credit. Here are the ridiculous excuses Management used not to return my money: Written on the purchase receipt are 2 separate paragraphs: A. We will gladly return or exchange any purchase, with receipts, that is in new condition, for up to 30 days. B. If you are not satisfied with your new golf club for any reason, return with receipt within 90 days for 100% credit. Management informs me the first paragraph (A) has nothing to do with a golf club, that it is for clothes, golf bags, shoes, etc., and that only the second paragraph (B) has to do with golf clubs. My response is the first paragraph (A) states "any purchase", and "any" includes a Putter. Management said "any" does not include the Putter. Is that not a ridiculous statement by Management? Management then used "new condition", and since I used the Putter on 9 holes it is now considered used. I understand this, however, the putters in the store are always being used by the customers to see how well they like the putter before buying. The putters are being used in the store, therefore, they are not "new condition". The wrapping was off the Putter I bought which told me others had used it. I putted with the Putter at the store before buying it. This is not a new putter but a used putter. How can I return a new condition putter when the putter I bought was used? This works both ways. Either provide the customer a new unused putter or mark down the putters being used. Do not pass off a putter as "new condition" when it was actually used, and expect the customer to return a "new condition" putter. Management then tells me they do not consider people using the putter in the store as being used, but only if it is used to putt at a golf course. Is that not a ridiculous statement? Whether you use the putter in the store to putt or on a green at a golf course it is still putting and being used. Is it not being USED at the store to putt? Management then tells me they do not accept returns on golf clubs because they get banged up. I understand this reasoning, however, I only used the putter on 9 holes, it still looked new, and I was returning it only 5 days after purchasing. I had to go up to the third Manager before I got any results. I wonder what happened to "We will GLADLY return any purchase"? It was more like you need to hear all of our phony excuses then fight like Hell to get your money back!

Excellent selection for golf and tennis. Lots of apparel, gear, and shoes on clearance.

I just needed to regrip my driver. Nice grip selections and had it installed under 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

This is an OK store if you want to use their professionals and pay premium prices. They used to have separate bays where you could try out clubs, but now the bays seem to be exclusively for lessons or club fitters. Used clubs don't seem to be very discounted anymore. I'm headed to Golf Galaxy. ‍

I like this store a lot. Been in town about 3 weeks and I've visited here 4 times. There is a huge selection of anything you need for golf. I really enjoy using the hitting bays to try out clubs before I buy. I purchased two clubs, a set of balls, and new protective covers for my woods. I also picked up some cool (and cheap) golfing attire! You can also book tee times to local courses and pick up discount coupons for area driving ranges. The only reason I'm taking away a star is I tried to book a golf lesson today and had a difficult time. First I got transferred (on the phone) 3 different times before someone could finally help me. No big deal. What annoyed me was the lady who was booking my lesson was incredibly rude and condescending. As I gave her my info, she gave me attitude when I went too fast, and then attitude for not going fast enough! I was so frustrated that I just hung up before I said something mean. This lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed! Other than her, I love this store.

I've been in this store multiple times over the years so it's about time I wrote a review. It's just amazing to me the volume of varied products & clothing they keep stocked. Just the number & types of golf bags alone is just incredible. I stop in at least 2 to 3 times a year & always stop in to see what they have and to stock up On golf balls & tees. Occasionally I'll buy some golf clothing if it's on sale. They have a vast array of golf clothes for men & women. Sometimes you can find a sale going on but most of the time it's not. My only complaint is there branded clothing is on the pricey side. Especially the Nike & Under Armour, you'll find much better prices on Amazon.

This place is very expensive you would think for a Superstore you would see some better deals. They do have a few sale racks but I guess you have to stop in daily and maybe you would find a good deal or something at the sale rack. You can go online and get a lot of the things cheaper.

I don't think you will find a better selection of Golf gear anywhere, you name it they have it. Unfortunately the prices are retail with very little if any discount. The gripping team is great, great advice and quick service.

Sign at the entrance said 30% off all Under Armour apparel, men's and boys. Picked out 6 shirts from 25 & 50% off section. Cashier says discount not good on sale merch, just regular priced stuff. Asked manager, who says he didn't know if it applied or not. Get it together

This place has everything golf related. They even had a tennis section. Golf clothes for everybody even children. Best selection of women's and men's golf apparel, including Lily Pulitzer and Vineyard Vines. Great variety of golf shoes and golf clubs. This is a large store and is very clean and neat.

I was making a basket for a golf outing. I went to the Superstore thinking it would have some reasonably priced items. Wrong. Everything is regular priced.... No reduction whatsoever. I was looking for koozies--They only had Yeti koozies, everyone is charitable but not that much . The selection was huge. If you're a serious golfer looking for something new or particular they will have it--Just don't expect a cheaper price.

Just walked out. VERY UPSET AND ALMOST IN TEARS after being treated terrible by an employee. I went in excited to purchase my second set of golf clubs and was treated as if I didn't belong in the store. The gentleman asked me if my budget allowed me to get $3000 clubs as if that was all he had to offer and he knew I couldn't afford that price which I can and planned on doing. I asked to be fit and he told me they don't fit clubs for a bag set! As the only African American women in the store I felt as though my budget was predetermined based on my race. Totally unprofessional demeanor. The employee couldn't hide the fact that I was not welcome. Since they didn't want my business I'm headed to Golf Galaxy.

I'm so disappointed. We waited to get here so my husband could buy a new driver and after no help offered, he approached a "pro"and when he told him what he was thinking he said....are you gonna be okay with a $600.00 driver. Then when my husband answered a question, he stated that he should use a woman's club. Really?!?! Not one person smiled while we were in there not even the manager. Do better!!! Im so sad, he was really excited and it was a crappy experience.

The origin of PGA TOUR Superstore beings in Myrtle Beach, SC in the late 60s. It is there that the iconic Martin’s Golf & Tennis Superstore operated for more than 40 years as the first off-course specialty golf and tennis retailer in the country. If you were traveling to Myrtle Beach to golf, Martin's was the first place you always stopped. Fast forward to 2004, when the Golf & Tennis Pro Shop acquired Martin’s and rebranded to PGA TOUR Superstore. The new company became the PGA TOUR’s exclusive partner for off-course/off-airport golf retailing with the mutual vision of establishing PGA TOUR Superstores across the country.

In 2010, retailing legend and co-founder of The Home Depot, Arthur M. Blank acquired the company as part of his AMB Sport & Entertainment (Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United Soccer Club, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta Drive Golf Club, AMB West and Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation) organization. Since then the company has been on an accelerated strategic growth trajectory that is not only the first off-course specialty golf retailer but now the biggest.

Today, PGA TOUR Superstore brick-and-mortar footprint extends to more than half the states in the U.S., along with a vibrant e-commerce store that ships worldwide.

Community Caddies 

Helping out with even the smallest tasks can make a real difference to the lives and organizations in need.

Without volunteers, many services and events Associates enjoy in their communities would potentially not be available. Spending time helping out at local shelters, food banks, parks and recreations areas provide an important service for the organizations and beneficiaries they are assisting. 

For more than a decade, PGA TOUR Superstore and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation have championed First Tee’s mission through charitable and in-kind donations across the country from reaching approximately 260,000 students PGA TOUR Superstore markets in 2011 to nearly three million young people today.

In partnership with the First Tee, each year we host 40 teens at West Creek Ranch, an intimate setting in Montana for leadership development, community building, inspiration and connection owned by PGA TOUR Superstore chairman and First Tee board member, Arthur M. Blank. Over the course of the Summit, teens learn about leadership and explore their own strengths and values during two week-long Summits, which feature guest speakers, leadership training and outdoor activities.

We also partner with the First Tee to host our Leadership Academy, which features workshops on cultivating authentic relationships, developing a winning culture and more. The Academy takes place at various venues across the Atlanta area, including Atlanta Falcons Flowery Branch, Atlanta United Training Ground, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Institute of Technology, the Bobby Jones Golf Club and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

Community Grants

Giving Back to Others is not simply one of our core values, it’s an underlying principle that helps us build meaningful relationships with the people and communities we serve. This year, to support those efforts and recognizing that the growth of our company is tied to our in-market relationships, we once again activated our Community Fund G rant P rogram for store and Store Support Center Associates to be actively involved in serving nonprofit groups in the local communities where PGA TOUR Superstores operate.

From women and children support groups to organizations committed to helping military veterans and their families, people with disabilities, athletic programs, first responders, disaster relief and animal rescue groups; the diverse list of impacted organizations shows just how board our impact in our communities have been.

These grants are in addition to our annual charitable giving to the First Tee.

Veterans Golf Association (VGA)

Recently we teamed up with the VGA for a campaign for their membership. The Veterans Golfers Association started as an idea amongst wounded veterans at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC. Today, headquartered in Pinehurst, NC, the VGA is dedicated to enriching the lives of Veterans and their family members through support, camaraderie and sportsmanship of golf. Annually, the VGA hosts more than 1,300 local tournaments across the country.

Play Yellow

Last year across our stores we helped to raise $100,000 dollars for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the nonprofit organization founded by Jack and Barabara Nicklaus, Play Yellow. The monies by PGA TOUR Superstore helped to raise impacted 35 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country.

Want to catch a ride to Myrtle Beach’s first PGA golf tournament? Here’s where to go go

Starting May 9, 2024, thousands will descend on Myrtle Beach, many driving to see the area’s first PGA Tour tournament.

Many will take their cars to the Myrtle Beach Classic , but some might want to take an Uber or Lyft to The Dunes Golf & Beach Club , which is hosting the tournament, to avoid the hassle of parking . However, tournament organizers say that ride-sharers should think again.

Darren Nelson is the Myrtle Beach Classic tournament director. Nelson said that ride-share users should set their drop-off location to 2400 North Oak St. , the site of the former Myrtle Square Mall in the downtown area. The empty parking lot will serve all customers driving and ride-sharing to watch the tournament.

Nelson said shuttles will frequently arrive to take attendees to the golf course to watch the tournament. Attendees should not confuse the parking and ride-share location of the now-closed Myrtle Square Mall at 2400 North Oak St. with the Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet, which will not provide parking for the tournament.

Nelson also said ride sharers shouldn’t set their destination to The Dunes Golf & Beach Club .

Nelson added that only cars and club members with special parking passes can park near The Dunes Golf & Beach Club during the tournament.

According to the tournament’s website, parking costs $15 a day. Attendees will receive a QR code as their pass. Parking is cashless.

Traffic is also expected to be heavy in the areas surrounding the parking lot, specifically along North Kings Highway and North Oaks Street, during the tournament, which runs from May 9-12, 2024.

While a golf dress is preferred, similar to what you would wear during your outing on the golf course, Nelson said the tournament doesn’t have a dress code.

The tournament will be broadcast on the Golf Channel and Peacock.
