Multi-platinum, chart-topping band Shinedown has announced their upcoming fall leg of The Revolutions Live Tour, co-produced by Live Nation and FPC Live, with support From Papa Roach and Spiritbox.

The fall run of shows  starts off in St. Louis, MO on September 3, kicking off a 26-date  run of fall  headline shows and festivals .  Tickets are on sale this Friday May 5th at 10am Local at  LiveNation.com.   Various presales will be available Wednesday, May 3 through Thursday, May 4.  VIP packages featuring exclusive access available for  purchase . This week, the band’s hit single “ A Symptom of Being Human ”   jumped into the  Top 25 at Hot AC Radio.  Unfolding with gentle acoustic guitar, soaring strings, delicate piano, and a powerful vocal delivery from front man  Brent Smith ,  “A Symptom Of Being Human”  celebrates the beauty of our individual differences and embraces the ups and downs of life ,  while showcasing  Shinedown’s gift for making us feel connected through our common humanity.

This follows Shinedown’s recent #1 at Active Rock Radio with   “Dead Don’t Die.”   The  single notched Shinedown their  20 th  #1  at the format .  It became the most spun #1 song at the Active Rock format in a single week since 2016 when Metallica’s “Hard Wired” hit that milestone, and it is also the most played Shinedown #1 in one week at Active Rock. The defiant track, featuring pummeling drums and searing off-the-rails guitar solos, is a rousing declaration of survival and an anthem about the resilience of the human spirit after trying times.

Shinedown is currently on their spring tour playing to sold out arenas across the country, with support from  fellow chart-toppers  Three Days Grace and From Ashes To New.  For this current run of shows, Shinedown has  partnered  with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to donate $1 for every ticket sold.

Shinedown will play 21 dates with Three Days Grace and From Ashes To New

Shinedown have announced The Revolutions Live US tour. It'll kick off at The Dow Event Center in Saginaw, MI, on April 3, and climax at the Moda Center in Portland, OR, on May 9 (full dates below). Support will come from Three Days Grace and From Ashes To New.  

Presales will begin on January 24 through January 26, with general sales starting Friday January 27 at 10am local time.

The news comes a week after Shinedown launched a video for Dead Don’t Die, the latest track to be lifted from last year's Planet Zero album.

“‘ Dead Don’t Die is the first song I think any of us had ever brought in completed that really didn’t go through some sort of major change," says guitarist Zach Myers. "I’m never a fan of talking about what songs mean because I feel like you put them in a box… but the song is about Brent [frontman Brent Smith], and the people like him. 

"I’ve seen this man be at the bottom before, and pick himself up, and never stop trying to be better. I hope everyone feels something when they listen to it. I hope it makes you feel like you can run through a brick wall."

Shinedown announces 2023 the revolutions live tour.

Shinedown has announced their upcoming The Revolutions Live Tour, co-produced by FPC Live and Live Nation. Three Days Grace and From Ashes to New will support the spring trek.

The Revolutions Live Tour starts off in Saginaw, Michigan on April 3rd, kicking off a 21-date US run of spring shows that will see the record-breaking band bring their hit album Planet Zero to life live from coast to coast.

The public on-sale begins Friday, January 27th at 10 am local via Ticketmaster . Various presales will be available Tuesday, January 24th through Thursday, January 26th. The band will also play the Blue Ridge Rock Festival at The Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA this September.

This tour announcement follows last week’s release of the new music video for current rock single “ Dead Don’t Die ,” a rousing declaration of survival and an anthem about the resilience of the human spirit after trying times, written by guitarist Zach Myers about front man Brent Smith. The cinematic video, filmed in London, was directed by Lewis Cater.

Shinedown’s acclaimed seventh studio album, Planet Zero , produced by the band’s bassist Eric Bass, is out now via Atlantic Records and debuted in the Top 5 on the Billboard 200 Chart and the Official UK Albums Chart, and at No. 1 on six other Billboard charts including Top Album Sales, Rock, Hard Rock, and Alternative Albums Charts. With songs like No. 1 rock hits “ Planet Zero ” and “ Daylight ,” the album boldly confronts the societal forces that perpetuate divisiveness while offering a restorative path forward through empathy and open conversation – ultimately serving as a reminder that it is our human connections that matter the most.

Shinedown brought Planet Zero to life across the globe last year, with the Planet Zero World Tour culminating in a sold out UK run at the end of 2022. The video for “ Daylight ,” set to the Amazon Original version of the song, is a love letter to the band’s fans from the tour and the impact of the song’s message – that you are never alone – can be seen in the moving video.

Over the last two decades, multi-platinum band Shinedown – Brent Smith [vocals], Zach Myers [guitar], Eric Bass [bass, production], and Barry Kerch [drums] – have cemented their status as one of the most vital and forward-thinking powerhouses in modern rock. Their most ambitious and masterfully realized work to date, their seventh studio album Planet Zero (Atlantic Records) firmly places the group in the pantheon of artists capable of moving the culture forward on the strength of their singular vision, uncompromising honesty, and fierce commitment to constant evolution. 

A high-concept, ultravivid saga that is part social commentary and part in-depth exploration of the human psyche, Planet Zero, produced by Bass, offers an incisive look at a strange and terrifying moment in human history and its implications for the future. Featuring Shinedown’s combustible yet artfully crafted sound and urgent lyrics, lead single “Planet Zero” rings the alarm on Shinedown’s dystopian warning regarding the issues at hand: cancel culture run rampant, the corrosive effects of social media, and the increasingly toxic division among those of differing ideologies. While a raw ferocity fuels much of Planet Zero, there is also vulnerability, hope, and reminders that we all need one another. After all, it is the band’s impassioned striving for unity that deeply informed the making of Planet Zero. Not only a driving force for their songwriting, their humanitarian outlook led them to be one of the first artists to fundraise for non-profit humanitarian organization Direct Relief in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, raising more than $400,000.  

Shinedown will soon embark on a world tour in support of Planet Zero beginning January 26th alongside the release of single “Planet Zero” and the album announcement, with their biggest stage show yet propelled by the undeniable power of front man Brent Smith’s voice.

Health and safety policies may be posted throughout the Arena as well as on tickets and are subject to change as circumstances, regulations or guidance change.
