Discovering the treasures of Agrigento’s City center and the Valley of the Temples with freedom and convenience is made easy with MUDIBUS: the new electric shuttle service designed to facilitate access to the cultural sites of the ancient heart of the city and the Temples Valley. This eco-sustainable mobility service operates in the Historical Center – from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM – and from the Historical Center to the Valley of the Temples – every day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM – providing tourists with a hop-on-hop-off experience at all MUDIBUS stops located near churches, museums, and monuments. MUDIBUS is a service born from the collaboration between the Ecclesia Viva Cultural Association, MUDIA – Diocesan Museum, the Municipality of Agrigento, and the Archaeological Park of the Valley of the Temples, with the aim of promoting the enjoyment of Agrigento’s main attractions without the need for a car: tourists will be able to explore the city on foot or leave their vehicles at designated parking areas, allowing for a truly relaxing visit.

The MudiBus service operates from August to October with two lines :
Line 1 – Historical Center : Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Line 2 – Historical Center > Valley of the Temples : daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Tickets can be purchased onboard the MudiBus.
MUDIBUS is a Hop-On service (allowing passengers to board and alight at each stop) with 7 seats.

Line 1 – Historical Center stops are close to : Santo Spirito Monastery and Church, San Lorenzo Church, Filippini Museum, Pirandello Theater, Lucchesiana Library, MUDIA – Diocesan Museum, Santa Maria dei Greci Church, Cathedral.
Line 2 – Historical Center to Valley of the Temples stops are close to : Central Station, Temple of Juno, Temple of Hercules, Archaeological Museum, Cathedral.
The ticket is € 5.00 per person: it is valid for 1 day and entitles you to a € 2 reduction on the combined ticket for the visit to the Diocesan Museum – Monumental Spaces of the Duomo – Church of Santa Maria dei Greci if shown before entering.
Tickets can be purchased on board the MudiBus .
