great dinner and breakfast with a well-organized room

the beach and pools are great,and the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful.

The staff were pleasant and ready to assist. The food was good too.

The meals, both breakfast and dinner (my package did not include lunch), were excellent: broad variety and deliciously prepared. At breakfast, I enjoyed the pancakes and sausages so much. The meals blended local and continental dishes well. The afternoon tea and snacks from 4 pm were sumptuous. In the room, we were initially given two twin beds, but this was changed quickly to a double bed when i asked them.

I like the room location, it was right on the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they made sure out family stay was excellent!

The meals were great. The front desk, room service, bars and room cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The drivers were also very welcoming and accommodating.

The staff at the Restaurant were not very helpful. They largely ignored me and gravitated towards the larger family, corporate groups and tourists. The two ladies (Faith and another Lady) I was familiar with were mostly working the indoor section- not outdoors where I was seated. Many of the staff did not look in my direction, even though I was waving frantically. On one occasion, (Dinner, Tuesday 2nd July) I had to call back a waiter (Klaus?) who had repeatedly walked right past me so I could request a glass of water. He then asked for my room number, even though my wrist-band was clearly on display. I was offended, as I have never been asked on any of my previous five stays. By the time I got my desert, I had not received the glass of water. That was a mood-killer. Also the wifi was too slow for streaming, so evening movie/series wind-down tended to be a bit of a bore.

The staff were helpful and friendly especially Winfred.The food was delicious & last but not least the entertainment was superb👌. The swimming pools were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much.

First of all the staff were friendly helpful and smiled a lot especially Mariam. The animation team were excellent.. good entertainment thumbs up to Biloh Anthony UK boy and the girls👍😀 I would however recommend toilet and shower upgrade.. they are archaic. Having said that the food was amazing. I definitely would recommend it to a friend..

We have various locations from which the couple can choose, including: ✓    Artificial beach – at the rooftop of the one of the decks with a panoramic             view of the beautiful blue waters of the Indian Ocean. It is a perfect choice for those who would love beach weddings. ✓    Green Gardens – with the resort spread out on 22 acres of land with                    well-manicured gardens. The lawns are overgrown with coconut palm trees hence you get the congratulations message from the whispering palms as you take your vows. ✓    By the ship wreck – with Voyager themed after a ship, what is more                     appropriate than an old rustic ship-wreck set between three fountains in pond a few meters from the entrance.
