Tickets For DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA -TO THE HASHIRA TRAINING- Are On Sale Now

Anime fans, are you ready? Because something very special is coming to London this month. Aniplex of America, Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will be showing  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training-  only in cinemas, from 23rd February. In addition, as a part of the  World Tour , a special screening will be held in  London at BFI IMAX  on 25th February at 5pm with Tanjiro voice actor  Natsuki Hanae  and producer  Yuma Takahashi attending.

About Natsuki Hanae

Natsuki Hanae voices the roles of Tanjiro Kamado in  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba , Riddle Rosehearts in Disney  Twisted-Wonderland , Kosei Arima in  Your lie in April , and 9S in  Nier:Automata Ver1.1a  in addition to many other major characters. He won the Best Actor in a Leading Role award during the 14th Seiyu Awards and also has a background in narration and radio work.  

About Yuma Takahashi

Yuma Takahashi joined Aniplex Inc. in 2004 and started his career in Aniplex Inc.’s publicity department, where he served as the publicity producer on  Bakemonogatari, Fate/Zero , and  THE iDOLM@STER . In 2017, he joined Aniplex Inc.’s production department, where he served as the producer of  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Cells at Work!,  and  I want to eat your pancreas .

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training-   will feature “A Connected Bond: Daybreak and First Light” (Episode 11) from the Swordsmith Village Arc, featuring the conclusion of the fierce battle between Tanjiro and Upper Four demon Hantengu, as well as Nezuko’s triumph over the sun. Seamlessly followed by Episode 1 of the highly anticipated Hashira Training Arc, featuring the start of training conducted by the Hashira in preparation for the forthcoming final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, an episode never before seen by audiences.

The Demon Slayer hype is back following the announcement of the Hashira Training Arc premiering in spring 2024. Alongside this is the announcement of a world tour. Here is everything you need to know about the Demon Slayer World Tour 2024.

The next installment of the Demon Slayer series is the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc which is set to premiere in spring 2024. This also comes with a world tour in which the series’ cast and crew will have stage events in ten cities worldwide.

The World Tour 2024 -To the Hashira Training- screenings will show the last episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc plus the first episode of the Hashira Training Arc, which will be an hour long. There will also be worldwide screenings in over 140 countries and regions. Check out the promotional reel below:

Meet the people behind the anime!

Demon Slayer has been one of the biggest anime hits in recent years. After the success of The Mugen Train movie , the franchise’s next theatrical release is going big with global events.

The Demon Slayer 2023 movie will host multiple world tour events in select cities to promote the series’ second movie. The special screenings titled To the Swordsmith Village will feature special guests, including the series’ musicians, voice actors, and producers.

The Demon Slayer 2023 movie is already off to a hot start at the Japanese box office. In the first three days since it was released on February 3, the film earned about US$8.73 million, according to Anime News Network .

Following To The Swordsmith Village theatrical release will be Demon Slayer’s third season , which is set to begin in April.

The first two seasons of the anime are available on Crunchyroll and Netflix for fans looking to re-watch Demon Slayer’s previous episodes .

Demon Slayer Announces Season 4 and World Tour 2024

Stage events will be held in 10 cities worldwide, featuring the cast and producers

In a promotional video reel, it was revealed that before the scheduled TV premiere of the Hashira Training Arc in spring 2024, the franchise will embark on another World Tour starting February 2, 2024, in Tokyo.

Through the promotional video released on Sunday (12/10), the fourth season titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hashira Training is set to release in the upcoming spring, around April.

Special Episode

The first episode of anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc will premiere in Japan via Fuji TV in spring 2024 as a special one-hour episode.

World Tour 2024 - To the Hashira Training

The screening of World Tour 2024 - To the Hashira Training - will feature the closing episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc and the first episode of the Hashira Training Arc, both one-hour long. All episodes have been up-converted to 4K and have undergone special mixing for theaters.

World Tour 2024 Schedule

The World Tour will commence on February 2 in Japan with a stage event on that day and on February 3 at TOHO Cinema Hibiya, Tokyo. There will be screenings in 427 theaters nationwide in Japan, including 377 regular theaters and 50 IMAX theaters.

The World Tour will also be broadcasted in 140 countries and regions worldwide. Further information about screenings in each region will be confirmed soon.

Jakarta will be one of the cities hosting a special screening on February 18. This special screening will utilize the 4K and IMAX formats.

Voice actors for Kamado Tanjiro (Natsuki Hanae) and Kamado Nezuko (Akari Kitō) will be special guest stars at the Jakarta screening.

‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – To The Swordsmith Village’ to open in UK & Ireland cinemas on 1st March 2023!

Aniplex of America and Crunchyroll  have today announced that  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Swordsmith Village  will be released in cinema in the United Kingdom and Ireland on 1 March 2023 , as part of a cinematic event worldwide consisting of Episodes 10 and 11 of the series’ Entertainment District Arc , as well as the extended Episode 1 of the highly anticipated Swordsmith Village Arc , all of which will be combined into one feature-length cinematic experience remastered in 4K .   The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba TV series, which debuted in 2019, and Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train , which took the world by storm in 2020, are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll . The series is based on Koyoharu Gotoge ‘s manga, which boasts over 150 million copies in circulation in Japan. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is an action-packed, thrilling tale of a young man in search of a cure for his sister, who has been turned into a demon after their family is viciously slaughtered by demons.

After his family is viciously murdered, a kind-hearted boy named Tanjiro Kamado resolves to become a Demon Slayer in hopes of turning his younger sister Nezuko back into a human.

World Tour New York Event Tickets On Sale January 27!

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour officially kicks off in Japan on February 3, bringing with it a feature-length cut of The Entertainment District Arc ‘s 10th and 11th episodes as well as an extended first episode of Swordsmith Village Arc featuring 4K video and remastered audio. That’s not all, though, because now there will be a special recap video shown at the start of each screening to take us through Tanjiro’s journey in Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series.

Outside of Japan, folks in LA can look forward to the premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour on February 18, followed by wider screenings on March 3— available both dubbed and in Japanese with English subtitles —with a total of 80 countries and territories participating.  

As for the  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc , the new season is officially set to begin its broadcast on Fuji TV in Japan in April 2023, starting with a one-hour special first episode.

How to watch ‘Demon Slayer’ season three in the UK

We're heading to the Swordsmith Village

Demon Slayer tackles the Swordsmith Village arc in the show’s third season.

Based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge, the anime series follows Tanjiro Kamado who strives to become a Demon Slayer after his family were slaughtered and his younger sister, Nezuko, was transformed into a demon.

After the second season adapted the Entertainment District arc, the third season jumps into the Swordsmith Village, where Tanjiro meets swordsmith Hotaru Haganezuka in order to repair his sword following a battle against Upper Rank Six siblings, Daki and Gyutaro.

Where to stream Demon Slayer season 3 in the UK

All season three episodes will be released on Crunchyroll . The premiere dropped in the UK on Sunday April 9, with subsequent episodes expected to air weekly.

New episodes are released (roughly) as they’re aired in Japan, which is Sundays at 11.15pm JST and 3.15pm BST.

How many episodes are in Demon Slayer season 3?

The official number of episodes hasn’t been confirmed. Past seasons have varied wildly, with the first season spanning 26 episodes while season two (split into two separate arcs, Mugen Train and Entertainment District ) had 18 episodes in total.

Like the Entertainment District arc, the Swordsmith Village storyline spans roughly 30 chapters from the manga in total – so it’s expected that this season will span between 10-12 episodes.

Where to stream past seasons of Demon Slayer

All past episodes and movies are available to watch on Funimation , which costs £5.99 a month. The first season, along with the Mugen Train arc from the second season, are also available on Netflix UK.

Demon Slayer World Tour Mumbai Date Confirmed, Tanjiro Voice Actor and Aniplex Producer to Attend Screening

The world tour made its way to several countries around the world in february, screening the demon slayer: kimetsu no yaiba -to the hashira training- compilation film..

Update (April 17): The panel with voice actor Natsuki Hanae and producer Yuma Takahashi will take place on April 20 at Comic Con Mumbai.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba official website has confirmed the World Tour dates for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training- film.

According to the announcement , the film will be screened in Mumbai on Saturday, April 20 at Mumbai Comic Con . It will be attended by Natsuki Hanae, who is the voice actor of Tanjiro Kamado, and Yuma Takahashi, who is a producer at Aniplex.

Crunchyroll had announced back in January that the special screening as part of the Demon Slayer World Tour will make a stop in India.

Natsuki Hanae and Yuma Takahashi also attended the New York City screening of the film on February 10, along with Hiro Shimono, the voice actor for Zenitsu Agatsuma.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba To the Hashira Training- released in Indian theatres on February 22 in IMAX and premium large formats (PLFs).

The film consists of the final episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc, along with content from the Hashira Training Arc that will be part of the show’s Season 4. A special fan screening of the film also took place on February 21 in Mumbai. The film was a success in the country, making ₹5.19 crores at the domestic box office in its first week, making it the second-biggest opening for any anime film in India.
