Swan Valley Gin Co

The Swan Valley Gin Company is a small batch distillery in the Swan Valley that shares the property with Pandemonium Estate.

Their award winning gins are distilled by using the estate's premium wine base and the finest fruit and botanicals sourced both locally and internationally.

Production of their Diablo Gin starts in the vineyard with their amazing fruit, picked at peak sugar concentration and then pressed, fermented and stored. White wine is then distilled to extract the ethanol and remove any less desirable components such as methanol. Their large 200 litre hand crafted copper still made in Western Australia is used to distill the wine.

Head Distiller Martin selects only the best “cuts” from the distillation to soak with the botanicals for 24-48 hours.

Taste a rainbow of gin at Sin Gin Distillery, situated in the heart of the Swan Valley. Be welcomed with a Perth Pink gin and tonic on arrival, before tasting a selection of their delicious gins, seeing the copper still and learning about the history of gin and the distillery.

Head through the picturesque Swan Valley and drop in to Sin Gin Distillery, a micro award-winning distillery uniquely positioned at the Swan Settlers Market. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a delightfully refreshing Perth Pink gin and tonic, before being led on a guided tasting with a gin aficionado. Sample a selection of their Seven Deadly Sins gin series, see the copper still and learn about the distilling process, the history of gin and their unique story. After the tour, feel free to explore the markets and grab a bite to eat.
